We hired BluePoem for our wedding videos and we couldn't be any happier with our choice. We benefited from some packages they offer, and ended up hiring them for the following services: A "How we Met" video, which we projected during the dinner in our reception, and people loved it; a video from our pre-wedding "photo shoot;" and our wedding video per se, which included the "getting ready" the ceremony, the reception and a short-video for us to share with our family and friends. We were very picky with the background music and they were extremely accommodating, which we really appreciated. Great customer service from everyone in the staff. We received our full wedding video 3 months, exactly, from our wedding date, just as the contract stated. So, thumbs up for responsibility. And it was beautiful! We highly recommend them.

Dont use this company. This will ruin your wedding and possibly your marriage. My husband and I would always fight about who was going to call each week to yell at the owner about us not getting our wedding video. We got married in 2013. Its 2017 and we never got our wedding video. He has personal pictures still from when we were younger and dsting he never returned and he has always refused to give us a refund of 4000.00. This company is a scam. They take your money, go to the party, and you never get your video.
