I've used Alexis' traveling services for a few trips and truly had the best experience. It made for such a smooth trip, and the most beautiful resorts that always came with bonus VIP perks and ease. I'd recommend Alexis 10 times over for your travel needs - having someone help with the details to somewhere you haven't been or don't know only enhanced my trips and made the process that much smoother so that I could enjoy my vacation that much more! Alexis helped us plan our honeymoon and it was magical! She helped us find a great resort and even planned some special things for us like champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and other little things that truly made our experience better!

Alexis was fantastic to work with! I had been planning to get married in Bali and had no idea how to start. Alexis helped me navigate all the International travel requirements and found the best wedding venues I could hope for. Most of all, she made it super easy and stress free for me! I recommend everyone I know to her.

Alexis was extremely challenging to work with from getting timely responses, updated documents, and quality information about the resort where we were stating. We attended a wedding where she handled the group booking. almost every member of our large group struggled with Alexis at some point in time - many of us unable to get ahold of her to answer questions or secure travel documents. Even when provided with all of our flight information, she only booked our transportation to the resort, she knew the occupancy of our room from the beginning, did not make us aware of an additional charge for our child until days before we left. I had to reach out to her a second time to request our travel voucher. Luckily, I chose to double check our "complimentary" shuttle to the airport for departure but Alexis has not booked ANY of us on a shuttle. I had to pay out of pocket for all members of my party.
If you are looking for a travel agent, do not go with Alexis at Blissfully Abroad. I am unable to decide if she is incompetent, disinterested, or a liar.

Although the photos and website appear professional, my experience with Blissfully Abroad Travel was disappointing. Booking rooms and answering questions seems pretty basic, but what a mess! Just returning from a family wedding in Mexico, every guest shared negative stories about their interactions with Alexis.

Booking through Alexis (Blissfully Abroad) was marred by poor communication, and a lack of support when issues arose. Many of us were left feeling frustrated as our questions went unanswered, and problems seemed to be dismissed rather than addressed. Replies repeatedly included personal excuses to explain the lack of follow-through. We did not get our airport transportation vouchers/confirmations until 2 days before departure, and only after repeatedly asking for them.

While Blissfully Abroad Travel managed our room bookings, all wedding planning and event coordination were handled by the Hard Rock Hotel staff, who exceeded our expectations. Our frustrations were limited to the booking process; once at the hotel, the staff ensured a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend the Hard Rock in Los Cabos and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLISSFULLY ABROAD
