We used Bite Me BBQ for our wedding catering. The food and service were outstanding. We had the chopped brisket, pulled pork, potato salad and baked beans with lemonade and iced tea. They were recommended by family and we visited for lunch and got a sample tasting which was consistent on our wedding day. They delivered on time and set up efficiently. It was buffet style and we just returned the warming dishes to save on costs. We live far away and were able to communicate very well through e-mail and phone. Plus the price couldn’t be beat. Also our guests commented on how great the food was during our wedding.

The planning prior to the event was great. The meat was ready and everyone enjoyed eating. The owner is very easy to work with and made the order just what I wanted.
