So much to say about Layne but first she is the BEST!! She is the sweetest person and so very easy to work with. I told her that I wanted our first dance painted and that was all I had to tell her. She ran with it and exceeded our expectations. Everyone that walks into my house admires our wedding painting on the wall. It is truly the best reminder of our special first dance moment.
I have also ordered several custom Christmas ornaments from her and they are my favorite ornaments on my tree. She puts so much detail into her work and makes it look exactly like the picture.

I highly recommend Layne for your live event paintings or special piece you want painted. I plan to have many more ornaments and other special memories painted by Layne.

I was in a friend’s wedding where Layne was painting a portrait at their reception! It was amazing to watch her, and I made a point to go speak with her during the reception. She was very friendly and after this interaction, I knew I wanted her to be apart of my upcoming wedding. I soon contacted Layne to see if she had my wedding date available and thankfully she did. We talked back and forth throughout the planning process and she was so easy to work with. On the wedding day, she arrived with all of her supplies in plenty of time to set up at our venue before the reception began. During the reception, our guests watched as she was painting and enjoyed the experience. Many of them had never seen a live painting like this and commented how amazing it was. The finished portrait of our first dance at our wedding reception is simply beautiful. She captured all of the details perfectly and her talent is like no other. The portrait is displayed in a prominent place in our home to remind us of our special day! It is evident that Layne has a special gift and enjoys sharing it with others. I highly recommend Layne and her beautiful art work!

Having Layne Carter preform a live painting at my wedding was one of the top of my favorite highlights of my day. I can remember at the reception the ooo and the ahhhs from my guest amazed at the quality of work she performed. Her work is 10/10 and I would recommend her to anyone. This would also be a great wedding to gift a special couple that may not huge the room in their budget. She is the sweetest human and it was a pleasure to have her be apart of my day.
