This was by far the most stressful experience of my wedding so far. When I went in for my second fitting, she told me she didn't have my dress and to come back the next day. That was scary on its own but fine. When I went it, she said all she had left to do was add the cups, finish the hem, and take in the lace where she took the top in. And she said it would be done by august 14. August 17th comes around and still no call so I called her asking for an update. She said to come in Saturday so I did. She forgot to do my dress. But "don't worry because all she has to do is add the cups, finish the hem, and take in the lace at the top". She didn't touch my dress for 3 weeks!! I was furious. She said she'd work on it that day and the next day. She calls me Sunday to pick it up and it fits and looks great. But it definitely wasn't worth the stress of this. Her and my sister actually got into an argument because my sister thought that after not one time, but three times of not having my dress ready on time, that it'd be professional to give me a discount. But according to this lady "it doesn't matter how professional you are." I absolutely will NEVER go back to here again. Waste of time and money.
