Bella Rouge Venue is a breathtaking 70-acre wedding venue nestled in Simsboro, Louisiana. Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes beneath a vast Western sky, this location radiates authentic Southern country charm—making it the perfect setting to celebrate your nuptials and embark on your journey as a married couple. Beyond the wedding festivities, Bella Rouge offers an inviting guesthouse for an extended stay, ensuring you and your loved ones can fully immerse yourselves in the serene beauty of the property.
Facilities and Capacity
Whether you envision an outdoor ceremony framed by nature’s splendor or an indoor celebration steeped in chapel-style elegance, Bella Rouge Venue delivers. The outdoor setting provides a picturesque backdrop, while the indoor space offers timeless charm. With the Weekend Wedding Package, you and your partner can personalize the versatile venue to suit your style, comfortably hosting up to 300 guests. The property includes two luxurious get-ready suites: one with six-person vanity seating and furniture for five, complete with a private stairway for the wedding party’s exclusive use before and after the ceremony; the other features mirrors, a leather couch, and bar seating. For those staying longer, the charming guesthouse offers a cozy retreat with modern amenities, perfect for unwinding amidst the tranquil countryside.

Customizable Set-Up: Our venue offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony areas. The open floor space allows for flexible table and chair configurations.
Rehearsal Time: Use of the venue for rehearsal is included in your package.
Tables, Chairs, Linens: We provide round banquet tables, high-top cocktail tables, farmhouse, and rectangle tables. Linens are available in white and black.
Cleanup: Cleanup and bussing provided by Bella Rouge Staff.
Bridal Room: Our bridal room features vanity seating for 6, additional furniture for 5, and a floor-length mirror to ensure you look perfect before walking down the aisle. The private stairway offers essential access for the wedding party before and after the ceremony.
Groom’s Room: A comfortable hideout for the groom and his party, complete with mirrors, a leather couch, and bar seating. A perfect space to relax and hang out between pictures and guest arrivals.
All-Inclusive:
Bella Rouge Venue provides a range of all-inclusive and weekend packages tailored to every couple’s needs, starting with all-inclusive options at just $15,000. The Silver, Gold, and Platinum Packages encompass the complete Weekend Wedding Package, including florals, catering, photography, a wedding DJ, cake, and more—plus rehearsal time to perfect your day. Tables, chairs, and linens are supplied, and an event and day-of coordinator will guide you through the process. The dedicated team at Bella Rouge is eager to bring your vision to life, ensuring your wedding day—and your stay in the guesthouse—exceeds every expectation.

Wonderful Venue
Bella Rouge is one of those rare venues that makes you wonder if you’ve accidentally wandered onto a movie set. The sweeping forest views, the rolling landscape—honestly, I was so inspired the first time I toured the venue! When I stood there imagining our fall wedding, I could practically see the forest glowing in oranges, reds, and evergreen tones, with a sunset so perfect it felt scheduled just for us.
Mrs. Karen was incredible, helping us choose dates that matched our vision of a crisp fall ceremony. And with Bella Rouge’s indoor/outdoor setup, I knew that no matter what Louisiana decided to do—rain, shine, 30 degrees, 85 degrees, or all of the above within an hour—we were covered. Chance and Karen worked together to deliver exactly what we needed, and being from Texas, we really appreciated their top-notch vendor recommendations. We also worked with Gracelynn, a member of the Bella Rouge team, for day-of coordination, and she managed everything beautifully, including the little hiccups no one tells you about until you’re actually getting married.
During planning, Bridget helped me navigate table and chair layouts with precise scaled renderings (a lifesaver for a visual person like me). When we arrived on Friday, everything was exactly where it needed to be—no surprises, no chaos, just perfection. I truly can’t say enough about the beauty of the venue, the kindness of the staff, and how everything consistently exceeded our expectations.
We also booked the Bella Rouge Lodging for our bridal party, and it was cozy, comfortable, and spacious enough that no one had to arm-wrestle for a bed. The well-stocked kitchen was especially helpful—several of our guests have food allergies, and being able to prep meals safely and easily made a huge difference in keeping the weekend smooth and stress-free.
Everything came together so wonderfully. We had the wedding day we dreamed of—and then some. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Beautiful Venue, horrible communication
Parking is dark and unlit, the bridal suite is upstairs with no elevator, and brides wanting a ground-level entrance must go outside without cover or down an interior staircase that’s tricky in a gown, heels, or while holding a bouquet. Beautiful setting—but couples should confirm everything in writing before signing.
It has also been one month since my wedding, we were owed a refund for our day of deposit as well as a partial refund for a service we did not get. I reached out to the owner asking about the refund and have gotten no response since I sent it 2 days ago.
