Thank you Sam for making my day extra special. You were courteous and professional. You were very timely, the Limo was in excellent condition, and we felt like royalty. I would definitely use you again and recommend your company to others!!!

Sam was a complete pleasure to work with! His prices were very reasonable and beverages were included the whole time we had the limo and we were provided champagne in our getaway car. The limo was very nice and the service was even better. Thanks!

Absolutely loved our limo driver and the limo was not very expensive either. They were ontime to everything and the limo was clean and in very good condition. Highly recommended!!

I contacted Sam at Bella Limos on a recommendation from another bride and I am so glad I did. His prices were far more reasonable than many of the other limo services I had contacted and his service was wonderful. The limo was beautiful, on time, and he even provided champagne for each trip. I could not have been happier with the service!

Sam the owner was very flexible and worked within my budget for a private shuttle and town car.

I am the Mother of the Bride. A month before her July 5, 2014 wedding, I reserved a white stretch limo to shuttle VIP wedding guests, our visiting priest, groomsmen, bridesmaids, etc. from the Hyatt Riverfront to a nearby church. Details were discussed at length with Sam, the owner of Bella Limo. He assured me his cars were the best in town and the driver would be a professional, top notch, in uniform, etc. I gave him my credit card info and I was charged upfront for his services. The day of the wedding, the driver was to arrive 10 minutes early to begin the first trip at 1:00 p.m. At 1:15 p.m. the limo hadn't arrived and guests were forced to walk or take a cab to the church. Numerous frantic phone calls were made to Bella by me - only to be thrown into voicemail. At 1:25 the Limo appeared driven by a polite but extremely disheveled man. He was not in uniform but stuffed into an old tattered suit and was sweating profusely. (I felt sorry for him) The vehicle wasn't clean inside or out, the landau roof was a dingy gray and stained. Worst of all, the car's air conditioner didn't cool properly and if you're in Florida and it's July...this matters. What we thought would be an elegant beginning turned into an embarrassing nightmare.
Sam never returned any of my calls. The following week, I phoned him and he denied it all. He claimed that the driver was not allowed in front of the and Hyatt and been waiting for us out of sight on the side of the building since 1:00 p.m. He claimed my instructions were unclear. He claimed the vehicle A/C worked just fine.
My advice to anyone who is considering Bello Limo ... steer clear of this mess.

My husband and I booked Bella Limo LLC for our wedding on April 30, 2016. I met Sam (the owner) a few months prior to booking him, and I thought he would take good care of us. HUGE MISTAKE!

1. The limo driver was dressed inappropriately for a wedding. She was wearing a t-shirt with stripes and black casual pants.
2. Because I was getting dressed at the church, I needed to transport my dress and many other personal effects. We asked the driver if we could place things in the trunk. When she opened the trunk, we noticed that it was extremely dirty and was filled with junk. I was unable to place any of my belongings inside of it.
3. The seat closest to the door of the limo was torn so much that there was stuffing coming out of it. We had to be extra careful so as not to damage our dresses.
4. There was a musty odor inside of the limo.
5. The air conditioning did not work. In fact, there was hot air blowing out of it. We live in FL, and the temperature was over 80 degrees.
6. While driving, a roach was found to be crawling inside of the car.
7. Also during the drive, the driver rolled the partition down to inform us that she was unsure of the route and felt like she was going the wrong way. We had to give her directions, and she still passed the church ending up having to make a U-turn that blocked traffic in both directions.
8. There were multiple dents and scratches on the car that were covered up rather haphazardly. They were still extremely noticeable.
I spoke with Sam, and he admitted to all of the issues, except he insisted that his driver was dressed in black and white when she left with the limo. He said the odor was from bug spray, he admitted that the car needed a tune-up, and he said he fixed the seat as best he could (apparently there was a spring poking out prior to his "fix"). He had nothing but excuses. All we asked for was to pay for the hours we used it, and he refused. No amount of savings in the world was worth this headache.

After our wedding, we headed to our reception excited to see everyone! Unfortunately, the limo broke down and stranded us for almost an hour while a spare limo was retrieved, delaying our arrival. We waited on the sidewalk of downtown Jacksonville in the August heat (almost an HOUR!) while dealing with a rude driver, and an owner (Sam) who didn't see the limo breaking down as a problem because its just part of the business and its not on him to be responsible for his limo business when problems happen. The service was to get from point "A" to point "B" at a specific time and Sam failed to deliver. He gave us nothing but excuses and never offered to make any effort to provide compensation for failing to uphold his part of the contract. Do yourself a favor and ask if you want to ride in a limo that isn't reliable, knowing that if something happens, it will be handled poorly. Do your research and see what others have posted recently about this company and avoid the headache of dealing with an unreliable company on your big event! Good luck in your search!

This was not for a wedding, but I feel its VERY important for people to know the scum that these people are. Reviews are very important, regardless of the event type. Today was my grandfather's funeral and we pre-paid to have a limo for the family to take with the funeral procession to the burial site 45 mins for the funeral ceremony. When it was time for the procession to leave, the limo had still not arrived. When we called to find out what time they would be there, we were told that we must have told them the wrong date and no one was coming. ON TOP of being stranded at the funeral home and no one in their company taking responsibility, they are now trying to charge us a $330 cancellation fee for "canceling" the limo for the date they actually have scheduled. They refuse to reimburse our money or apologize for the inconvenience, mixup and the unfortunate event that is already taking place. They are VERY rude and unprofessional and are not willing to cooperate whatsoever. We will be filing a lawsuit if this matter is not handled appropriately by the credit card companies. I've seen many reviews of similar incidences and this cannot continue to happen to people!
