These guys are amazing. They meet ahead of time and make sure they plan everything exactly how you want it. They come with a great group of staff to the event and are all professional. Dave was very easy to work with and made you feel like you were a priority and went beyond my husband and my expectations. I highly recommend Bay Area Bartenders for any event you are throwing.

Bay area Bartenders team arrived an hour early to set up everything before guest arrival. They were fantastic, very nice set up. Their service was excellent on the event day and replying email and meeting us on time. All of our guest were enjoyed the evening with BAB service. They provided services beyond our expectation making our guest enjoy with nice drinks.

I worked with David as the on-site coordinator for a birthday party. I emailed pretty last minute asking for the help, and David got back to me right away and came through like you would expect from a real professional.

During the party, I was able to be with our guests and everything happened on time and with ease. I feel like I didn't see David but he was always there, behind the scenes, making everything happen. I haven't hired someone to coordinate a party before, so I expected David would approach me at least a couple time during the party with questions or asking for direction. He never came to me once, yet everything was perfect. He really knows how to do his job. And, at the end of the night, the best part - everything was picked up, put away and ready to go so I could relax instead of moving into clean up mode.. If only I could have him at every party....Thank you, David.

We only expected one bar tender, but we had two, which was a blessing. Both bartenders were extremly professional, kind, and entertaining. Price was extremly reasonable and would recommend both gentlemen anytime.

The bartenders we worked with were awesome. They were friendly, professional, and made absolutely amazing cocktails, that were perfect for a foggy San Francisco summer day. They were easy to work with, accommodating of all our requests and I would book them again in a heartbeat.

Well, I was the groom. But anyways, any bride may also benefit from my feedback. After I surveyed some of the bartenders in the bay area, I made the choice that I did not regret. With a rather short planning cycle of only 3 months I was not going to waste a not of time in going through some of purchasing processes with the other vendors. Bay Area Bartenders impressed me with their prompt and personal reaction. They gained my trust quickly and earned through their execution. I would rate their flexibility and ease of interaction the highest. Execution was perfect, very nice setup, extremely personable and friendly crew. I brought in my own beverage and their displayed the wide selection wonderfully for the guests to pick from.
