Two words for Robyn: floral genius!! The flower and plant installations were the stars of our wedding. Her work is so creative and stunning. Our guests couldn't stop raving ("walked into a Pinterest board" is a way one friend described the reception area). I decided to make flowers a centerpiece of the wedding and am so glad I gave Robyn free rein! She was more expensive than other florists we considered, but the artistry was well worth it.

The first detail the morning of our wedding that I remember pulling up to our venue, Crooked Willow Farms, was Robyn nurturing hundreds of stunning flowers by the barn. She had a gardener’s apron on and a floppy hat with a clam but genuine smile. This set off our day with a rush of excitement and true beauty. We met Robyn during the early stages of wedding planning, where Pinterest had given me a zillion different ideas and I wanted to use them all! Robyn is very professional, but also so friendly and fun- she listened to what I described wanting and helped me to narrow my focus on what I really wanted our florals to be like. She also was great about working with our budget and adjusting or giving alternate ideas if we were considering something that was out of our price range! Throughout our engagement she was easy to stay in contact with over email and was available to meet and go over everything once again before the wedding. She used some things from her own beautiful inventory, but also allowed me to do some fun DIY projects and incorporated decorations I made as well. On my wedding day, she made sure to be there to give me my bouquet in person; how dedicated and invested is that?! The flowers and greenery were absolutely stunning, so fresh and lush! I received so many compliments from my guests and my wedding pictures are even more beautiful because they showcase all Robyn's hard work. By the end of the planning process she truly feels more like a friend than a vendor! For our winter wedding, we wanted the colors and decor to be minimal but still impactful. I talked with Robyn from Bare Root Flora about our vision for a simple green and white wedding with out a lot of frills and she delivered! I worked with Robyn and it was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I don't know much about flowers and didn't have a particular vision, other than I wanted bold, bright Fall colors. My bouquet, as well as my sister/MOH's, were more like works of art. The colors were bright and gorgeous and there were so many different textures...I couldn't have imagined anything more perfect or beautiful. At our ceremony site, we had willow branches and fall foliage to attach to the wooden structure. Admittedly, I couldn't picture how the branches would look, but they looked great. Robyn achieved a look that was perfect for us and our style with minimal input from me. Robyn herself is great to work with because she is fun, upbeat, and clearly passionate about her work. We used Bare Root Flora for floral headpieces for my bridesmaids during my September 14th wedding. I cannot explain how beautiful they were. Each of the 10 girls had their own individual headpiece that worked perfect with their updos and hair down as well. They look like atherial goddesses...exactly what I wanted, but MORE! The icing on the cake was the absolutely stunning headpiece made for me. I almost didn't even want to wear my veil it was so beautiful..but it still worked with the veil as well during the ceremony. Stunning flowers gave the exact pop but soft elegance I needed to make my Claire pettibone dress complete. Even my husband loved it, and he probably couldn't tell if I was wearing shoes. The girls and I even wore them to brunch the day after the wedding because we simply couldn't part with them!!
