Bardo Lounge & Supper Club

We did a full buyout of Bardo for our wedding reception in June 2026, including dinner, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and drinks for about 60 people. It was the best decision we made.

Seth was a pleasure to work with for planning the event. He was very clear and thorough, the kind of person you want to work with when planning your perfect wedding reception :) He was very responsive, and always happy to hop on a call to talk through details. I felt like I could tell Seth what mattered most to us and what didn't, and he understood and made sure those things weren't missed. He was also clear and upfront about the details that are easy to get vague about (cost, payment, what was included, etc) so that there were no surprises at all, which I appreciated so much. On the day itself Seth was in the background the whole time making sure everything ran smoothly. Jacob helped with the table and seating arrangements and was lovely to work with. What I appreciated most was that Seth wasn't just a vendor to us - he was genuinely excited for us and for our day, and that made the whole thing so much easier and more pleasant.

We decided to do our flowers through Bardo as well, which was great because it meant I didn't have to coordinate another vendor. Paloma did a wonderful job. She was really attentive about understanding what I liked and didn't like, and since she already knew the space, she made it look even more beautiful.

The food is what our friends and family keep talking about, months later. I've been to enough weddings to expect something cold and a little sad, and this was so far from that. Everyone highlighted how good the hors d'oeuvres were and the main course were also very tasty (our guests kept reminding us how good the food was). The cocktails were just as good, and the bar staff stayed on top of everyone's drinks all night without hovering. Several guests told us afterward how well they'd been taken care of, completely unprompted, which I think says more than anything we could write here.

The Bardo staff was also super sweet, one of them made a plate for the two of us so we actually got to eat! I felt so taken care of by the staff, and I'm sure that our guests did too. And yes, I can tell you the food was really great. ;)

The Bardo venue itself is lovely. We chose Bardo partly because we'd been there several times for dinners and the mid-century supper club feel was exactly the atmosphere we wanted - the photos came out beautifully.

If we were to do it again, we'd book it again in a heartbeat.

We cannot recommend Bardo highly enough! We love going to Bardo, and with a small wedding (about 60 guests), we thought that holding our wedding ceremony and reception at a restaurant would help us streamline a lot of the wedding planning. And we were right! Seth, Shannon, Jacob, and the whole team took care of us from beginning to end. All we had to do was bring in the flowers and they took care of the rest (food, full bar, and sound)! Bardo's team was thoughtful, responsive, and truly great collaborators. Financially, it felt like it made more sense to have our wedding at a restaurant because of exorbitant rental, cleaning, and decor fees at mainstream wedding venues. Our guests were wowed by the incredible food and the immaculate vibes of the space. Many said it was the best wedding they'd every attended - and my wife and I agree!

We had the most wonderful experience at Bardo for our wedding in the winter of 2024. Our friends are still talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful and sophisticated the venue felt. And most importantly, we had a great time too. We didn't have to worry about anything. We loved working with Seth and Amol, and the rest of the Bardo staff because they listened to us, gave lots of helpful suggestions, and helped us create an event that was ours The food and cocktails were fabulous, the restaurant beautiful (they even did the flowers for us!), and the event everything we could have wanted. We will forever think fondly of our wedding night. Thank you Bardo.
