Fabio and Maria were incredible wedding photographers, with an impeccable eye and a talent for giving directions, including to two people who hate having their photos taken! They were extremely easy to deal with from the first introduction until they left our party (very late I might add!). We love our pictures and cherish them more than just about anything else, and they were delivered quickly and beautifully. I cannot recommend them enough!

We chose Azanha Studio as our wedding photographers for our Indian destination wedding in Cascais and choosing them was the best decision we made! They made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. Communication was fantastic throughout and Maria was super helpful in providing support in all aspects of wedding planning. Their efficiency to deliver was second to none, we were expecting to wait 6 months to view our final product but within 6 weeks we woke up to a wonderful message to say they were complete.

We are a couple living in the US but got married in Portugal because the groom is Portuguese. We chose Azanha Studios because their photos looked so unique - not cheesy or tacky in ANY way. We took our engagement photos in Lisbon and then our wedding photos a little later. Both sets of photographs came out BEAUTIFUL. They are truly artistic and can be hung in our house as art (or anyone's house for that matter!). They captured our wedding day beautifully with TONS of lovely photos to choose from. They really tell a story with their photos which we loved. Aside from the gorgeous photographs, the photographers (Maria and Fábio) were lovely people. They are very skilled, kind, patient, and great at giving direction to people like us who felt awkward taking photographs! We cannot wait to have them take our family photographs once our family grows :) I often think about our vendor choices for the wedding, and the photography was definitely the best choice we made. We highly recommend!

We booked Maria and Fábio for our Lisbon Boat Session last month and we absolutely loved the experience. Firstly, they were very quick in answering all our queries and gave us tips on best outfits. On the session day they directed us but also allowed us to enjoy the sailing experience and bring our true selves as a couple and as a family. Fabio and Maria are a cute couple with a unique wedding photography talent! Initially I got attracted to their work through the stunning pictures on their social media account, but it’s their lovely, down to earth personality that made me and my then fiancé decide to choose them for our destination wedding. I always dreaded to be photographed, but with the sweet duo, I lost the feeling of being intimidated by big cameras and lenses. Some of my family comes from Poland so Maria’s ability to speak Polish was a great bonus!

Maria was absolutely lovely and stayed in touch regularly before and after the wedding. Fabio was there during the event and I could not have asked for a more sensitive and considerate photographer who gave us gems as final products. Guests all complimented how well the photos captured the event. And he made two very photo awkward people come out very lovely. We can't thank them enough!

I can't fault Fábio and Maria!! We were torn between flying our own photographer from Germany or engaging a local to take our wedding photos and I am so so glad we made the best possible decision to have the sweet couple do the honour. My husband and I had only positive experiences and still get comments on who took our beautiful wedding photos. It is still really hard not to cry too much while looking through our shots ... Maria and Fábio were amazing! Talented, professional while still being very warm-hearted
and compassionate. It was like having great friends shoot our wedding day.
They went the extra mile to make sure my hubby and I had the best portrait pictures at a very adverse weather condition and the result was beyond beautiful! Everything delivered on time and still after months after the wedding they have been very attentive in helping us buy our own photo camera :)
