"Dr Feelgood" aka Lonn Spencer was an awesome DJ for my daughter's reception. Guests filled the dance floor and he kept the place rocking until the end. He met with us prior to the wedding date and suggested we provide him with information and song requests to personalize the event. We have had nothing but rave reviews from our family and friends for his music and the entertainment he provided for that night.

Hot Ron Anthony with Azalea city did an amazing job. Working around the rain issue, that luckily cleared just before the ceremony, he was at all times true professional. The music remained hot and pumping all evening and he was a joy to have there.

Azalea City DJ was very professional. the DJ was very upbeat, pleased the crowd, and even stayed later than he was suppose to. Overall my reception was a success because of the great music and personality of the DJ.

The DJ was great as far as entertaining the crowd went, however, he did not have any way for us to request songs. The only ones he knew were the ones we chose for our first dance etc. So the music he played was random.

For the sake of your sanity, DO NOT BOOK Azalea City DJs. My husband booked Azalea City DJs for our wedding reception ten months before our wedding. We sent in the deposit and we thought all was good. However, as our wedding approached we never heard from the DJ. We tried calling, emailing, leaving voicemails, and we never got a response. Two weeks before the wedding the DJ finally answered a call and said that he had been sick (Azalea City DJs claims to have multiple DJs working for them). We said okay and thought all was good, BUT he never responded again when we tried to ask about requesting specific songs for our first dance, the parent dances, etc. The week of the wedding we booked another DJ, and Azalea City never reached out, apologized, or anything. They just fell off the face of the Earth, taking the deposit we paid with them. Luckily, we ended up getting Nightshift Sounds to DJ for us, and they were spectacular. And Nightshift even apologized on behalf of the whole DJ community for Azalea City DJs screwing us over. I regret that 0.5/5 stars is the least I can give Azalea City, because they deserve negative.

I have nothing good to say about a DJ that leaves before I even got the chance to have my first dances. Especially when they don't even have the courtesy to tell me or my husband they are leaving. I find out they have decided to leave because of the profanity being broadcasted on the microphone. I recommend not using this person. If you do make sure that you do not pay until the end of your wedding.

I had booked this DJ months ahead of our date, met with him in his home, and as the date of our wedding neared, he dropped out of sight. Literally he disappeared. He did not answer phone calls, he did not respond to emails - he dropped off the face of the earth. Luckily we found a DJ at the last minute to replace him, but the replacement, although good in a pinch, was unable to play many of the songs we had planned for our event.

A true disappointment.
