We were very excited to use Arkansas Selfie Stand for my granddaughter's wedding. We saw them at a Bridal Show and booked immediately. She got several confirmation emails (after she emailed first to confirm) about her event to make sure everything was good. He was due to show up at the wedding at 5:30. My granddaughter was getting her make-up done and decided to look through her emails. To our surprise the owner had written an EMAIL at 2:30 (not a call) to cancel and say he was sick and there was no one else available to do her event. She was so upset and crying on her wedding day because of this mishap. I understand things happen but when you are the owner of a business and cannot abide by the terms of your end of the contract then you should pick up the phone and call your client immediately to explain. Not send an email and hope she sees it before her event. What would have happened if she never checked her email? Why are there not back up assistants in case of emergencies? He did offer to give her her money back the next week but I demanded she ask him to send it to her immediately, which he did, thank goodness. Save yourself the headache and book a reliable photo booth vendor.
