All cocktails are made in-house from sous vide bottles cocktails, custom made for you in the cocktail lab then recreated for you and your guests on the big day. Cheese and charcuterie is selected to best compliment the cocktails and food, and Ariel Ortom will work closely with your food vendor to make sure every flavor sings harmoniously together.

Ariel Ortom offers staging to enhance and elevate the best features of your chosen venue, and create a unique bar experience before your guests even taste their drink. They offer delivery, set up and clean up and will provide all the glassware needed. The bar service includes a bartender with house beer and wine, as well as a custom menu for additional drinks. They also offer specialty beer and wine, champagne toast, house and premium liquor, signature drinks, and outside alcohol if you wish.
