Amy is extremely accommodating and genuinely interested in your vision for your big day! She has a very warm personality which makes her very approachable.

When my husband and I were planning our wedding, we wanted to find someone that we were familiar with and had the candid appeal that we wanted for our wedding. My husband knew Amy and after looking at your Facebook portfolio, I was sold! Upon meeting her, she was everything we wanted in a photographer and she didn't disappoint on the wedding day. She made the day look perfect and candid like I wanted. Plus, she was very flexible and original with some of the photo shoot ideas. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer.

We knew who our photographer was going to be from the beginning when planning our wedding, but what we didn't know until the last minute, was that she would be bringing an assistant (Amy Short). Amy was so incredibly professional and fun and brought so many wonderful ideas to the table, especially since our original plan was outdoor pictures and it poured on our wedding day. She was absolutely amazing and never missed a beat, thru the guys and my boys getting ready, capturing the ceremony and don't forget all the fun during our reception. I do not for one minute regret allowing a helper to come on board because with out that, we never would have met Amy. She helped make our day special and complete. 1300 photos later I still thank god when I look thru them, for everything they did for us that day. She's amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone, in fact I have and I would use her again for all my photo needs.

When I was getting married I had to find a photographer but had no idea where to look. My sister told me about Amy Short photography so I contacted her to see if she would be available to discuss my needs. Not only was Amy very professional and accommodating, but her pictures were also very beautiful. Amy has an eye for the perfect picture and does a wonderful job of capturing the moments that you request. I was thrilled with the pictures that Amy was able to give me of my wedding day. I will be forever grateful to Amy for helping me to capture the best day of my life.

Any Short just recently photographed my two best friends wedding day! Everything seemed great at the time and we were all so anxiously waiting for their pictures to come back so we could see the special moments that were captured. Except that day never came and after a month, Amy finally admitted to misplacing/losing the memory card with ALL of their wedding pictures on it. That means no first look, no pictures down the isle, no pictures of her seeing her husband in his Marine Corp Uniform that he surprised her with. We all understand mistakes happen, even large ones, BUT since then, my friend has asked for a refund with no response from Amy. All we want is our money back so we can hire someone to try to reenact some of photos so we at least have some tangible memories from that day. I am so disappointed in Amy Short and the way she is dodging a devestated bride.
