I have to give a huge shoutout to Anchor Trolleys for their exceptional service at our wedding at the Ribault Club. They provided transportation for us and our guests to and from the Courtyard Marriott in Fernandina Beach, and it couldn't have gone smoother. The 5 trolleys were waiting for us and our guests, and the drivers were friendly and professional.

Anchor Trolleys went above and beyond to make sure our transportation needs were met, and we couldn't be more grateful. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service truly made a difference on our special day. I highly recommend them for any transportation needs in the area.

Amelia Island Trolleys picked up the groom and groomsmen on our wedding day. They also shuttled our guests to the Omni and our venue and back. Great communication!

Highly recommend! We had Amelia Island Trolley transport our guests from the hotel to the reception. Our guests loved the experience and we were happy to know our guests were transported safely to and from the reception. Definitely recommend!

This trolley company usually does Amelia Island tours and private function transportation. We hired them for their services to transport out wedding guests to and from our beach ceremony site in Amelia Island. They were very helpful, even when I asked for information unrelated to their services. They were flexible with me, on-time the day of their services, and gave us and our guests a fun, relaxing ride with a tour-like feel to and from the ceremony site. We all enjoyed it thoroughly and this was such a nice touch to our wedding day.

We used Amelia Island Trolleys for our guests to and from Downtown Fernandina to our wedding venue in Ft. George Island. We wanted to offer an alternative to driving, and from our understanding - the guests had a great time, and pick up and drop offs were smooth. The trolley drivers were all pretty friendly and accommodating as well.

I do have to say that communication was very lax. It was hard to get a hold of the company during the planning process; several phone calls with no answer, and it took a few emails before I heard back from anyone. With that being said, once we were about a week out I did hear back from the company and was able to confirm final details. In short, the rates were below any of the other local transportation companies I looked into in the area, and they were familiar with the route - so we decided to go ahead and book them. I still would recommend Amelia Island Trolleys, just know that you may have to follow up with them a little more.

We used Amelia Island Trolleys as part of our wedding day transportation to and from Oyster Bay Yacht Club. While it was certainly convenient to have a company pick up guests and drop them off after, the trolley wasn't quite as expected. The trolley moves much slower than we anticipated... which after the wedding, we were anxious to get back to downtown Amelia Island and keep the party going. I had a hard time getting in contact with someone at the beginning of the process. But all-in-all, the trolley was a nice touch to the wedding day.

First I will say - our guests absolutely loved the trolley! It put our minds at ease knowing they had a safe way to get to and from the venue and it was a lot of fun. They trolleys arrived on time at both hotels and the venue and waited for guests to get on, even though it was a little later than the agreed-upon departure time.

However, communication with the company was extremely difficult. My mom called and emailed numerous times without getting a response and we had difficulty getting a contract or confirmation that our reservation was finalized. In the end it worked out, but the communication difficulties created unnecessary stress in the mean time.

If you care at all about your wedding day running smoothly, avoid Anchor Trolleys at all costs.
Hiring them was, without exaggeration, one of the worst decisions I made during my entire wedding planning process. I would give them zero stars if I could.

On the most important day of my life, Anchor Trolleys managed to deliver a level of incompetence that is honestly shocking. They crashed a trolley carrying my oldest and most important family members into a golf course sand trap, leaving them stranded, shaken, and missing part of the cocktail hour (Photo Attached). There was no urgency, no professionalism, and the situation was a complete disaster that should never happen with a reputable transportation company.

I also spent significant time and effort creating custom water bottles, followed their instructions perfectly, and dropped them off exactly when they told me to. Somehow they lost the entire batch. There was no explanation, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right. It was beyond careless.

And despite paying for air-conditioned trolleys, they gave me one trolley with no AC whatsoever and then substituted buses. This was not what I booked, not what I was informed about, and certainly not what I paid premium pricing for. It felt like they were hoping I would be too overwhelmed with wedding-day stress to notice.

When confronted afterward, the company offered a measly 10 percent refund, which did not come close to addressing the severity of what happened. When we explained that the refund was nowhere near acceptable, they simply stopped responding. The manager, Steven Williams, has repeatedly avoided communication instead of taking responsibility or attempting to make things right.

The entire experience showed disorganization, lack of care, and zero respect for the fact that this was a wedding day. They created stress, embarrassment, and logistical issues that were fully avoidable if they operated with even basic competence.

I would never, ever recommend Anchor Trolleys to anyone.
If you value reliability, communication, or even the bare minimum of professionalism, choose a different vendor. This company nearly derailed parts of my wedding day, and I would hate for anyone else to go through anything similar.
