Becky at Altair was a dream to work with from start to finish. She went through multiple destination options, suggested where to go, and sent the most incredible intinerary packet prior to our trip. When our flight was delayed and we were stuck in Atlanta the first night of our Honeymoon, Becky contacted the insurance company, started a claim, called the resort and rearranged our travel information. On top of that, she was the only person to be apolagetic and she didn't do anything wrong. I couldn't imagine doing it all on my own, and I wouldn't want anyone else on our side except Becky. Because of Becky's excellent service, we will use Altair Travel again and again.

We worked with Carol McNulty at Altair Travel and we were so please with our experience. This was the first time out of the country for my husband and I and she made the process extremely smooth and worry free. Carol is an experienced traveler. We had no idea where we wanted to go. Carol asked us questions about our interests and helped us to pick the right location and hotel in Riviera Maya. She gave us a lot of insights on what activities to try and what to stay away from.

The trip was awesome!! Everything went by without a glitch. We had a great time and did not have to do any of the work. We would definitely work with her again.
