We had a wonderful experience working with Brittany of All Mixed Up Cakes for our wedding. We live out of state but Brittany was very accommodating with scheduling our tasting during the limited time we had while visiting Knoxville before the wedding. It was so difficult to pick a cake because everything we tried was excellent. Brittany was super helpful in providing guidance for how we could get the most out of her services, so we ended up selecting two different cake flavors. We had a 3-tier red velvet cake with cookie butter filling and cream cheese frosting, and a separate sheet cake that was almond cake with raspberry filling and almond buttercream. We were thrilled at her suggestion to do both so that we could have a beautiful tiered cake for photographs while also offering more than one flavor and accommodating approximately 150 guests. We got tons of compliments on both cakes! I highly recommend All Mixed Up Cakes for any event!

Brittany was amazing. We chose her because we actually wanted a wedding cake that tasted amazing. We got that AND a piece or art. We sent a few inspiration pics and got even more than we could imagine! We actually had a guest say they reconsidered fondant after tasting her cake. The vanilla with chantilly filling and the chocolate with white chocolate mousse layers were equally good. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The wedding cake and grooms cake turned out perfectly! The flavor was perfect. We did almond with cookie butter filling and the grooms cake was chocolate with raspberry filling. So delicious!

Brittany made our cake for our wedding and it was yummy and BEAUTIFUL! She made it exactly the way I envisioned and even made sure that with our cake flavor we were okay with the colorings! She was also so helpful dropping the cake off and making sure the finished product was exactly what I wanted!

They were amazing to work with! We did not want the traditional wedding cake, we wanted cheesecakes. The cheesecakes we amazing and so were the toppings for them. Was very pleased!

Brittini was so extremely sweet and easy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. Our wedding cake was such a hit! The guests couldn’t stop talking about the look and taste. She is super affordable and the cake matched perfectly to the photo I submitted to her for reference of what we wanted.

Brittany was incredibly easy to work with, responded quickly and despite being 3 states away, she gave us exactly what we wanted. The cakes were beautiful and delicious!

I have had many of Brittany's cakes and cupcakes and they taste amazing and are also very beautiful. She is very attentive to detail and works closely with the customer to make sure she delivers exactly what you have in mind. Her cakes and cupcakes always are a huge hit at any event I've attended, and has everyone asking for her contact information. I absolutely loved everything she has created!!

All Mixed Up Cakes are phenomenal! I have never had such an amazing experience with a cake baker as I did with her. The cake she made for me was exactly what I was looking for and more.
