• We visit the resorts/destinations where we send our clients - this means we understand the personality of the destination, we have toured the rooms and know which ones have better locations, which ones have been updated most recently, etc. We have eaten at the restaurants, we know what activities are offered and/or included, etc.
• We don't just book your trip and disappear - we are here for you before, during and after your trip.
• If issues arise while you are on your trip, we jump in and help to make sure everything is taken care of.
