The tents that we received from ABC where great.They where just the right size we needed for our reception and they where easy to put up.I had no problems with delivery or pick up and the whole process was very smooth.I'd love to do business with them again they are a great company.

Horrible experience all the way around! They were supposed to set up at 8am Friday morning so we could have the tent, tables and chairs for the rehearsal dinner, and so we could decorate. They weren’t showing up so I started calling and I kept being told it was on its way. Which was a lie! Come to find out it was still set up at another event hours away. I finally get ahold of the owner, Jeremy, for him to act like a complete jerk, as if we were inconveniencing him. The tent finally shows up at sunset with only two guys to put up a 60x90 tent!! They banged and drilled all through our rehearsal dinner, which we had to find our own tables and chair for. They still didn’t get it up and they drug in on the wedding day at 10 am! When I would text the owner I wouldn’t get a reply. So here I am, puffy faced from crying the night before, overran with anxiety with a tent halfway put up and no communication from the horrific owner. My husband has to jump in with his own equipment to help get it finished put up. I should have been getting hair, makeup and enjoying the day with my daughter, instead I was scrambling to decorate the tent and get tables and chairs set up. To add insult to injury, Jeremy finally agreed to only refund $800 of the $4200 invoice for the missed date, but never sent the refund. This place is horrific and they are bold face liars who do not care if they ruin your special day.
