We got the new person. When we went in for our consult, she seemed clueless. When I would call, she rarely seemed to be available. Two days before the wedding, we received a call telling us we owed more when we had scaled back our order and hasn't been notified they had issued a refund, because our caterer decided we needed more than our scaled back order. When I asked if a refund had been issued on the original order price, the person who called (not our consultant) didn't know and told me I should call the caterer back with questions on the changes. Two days after the wedding, our consultant called to ask me where the cloths used by the caterer were because they hadn't come back with the order. I asked if she could call the caterer and see if they had taken them to clean them. She said that was probably a thought. All in all, I was not impressed
