111 N. Main can accommodate up to 165 guests within its two indoor and uncovered outdoor event spaces. Built in 1908, the 4,825-square-foot venue features solid brick walls and 16' tin ceilings, with 15' dark bronze front aluminum storefront windows and 8' dual-pane arched windows in the rear. The art gallery can be used for hosting indoor ceremonies. The venue also has a party deck area for outdoor receptions.

This is an exceptional establishment. The cost is fair compared to other event rooms. My experience with the Owner has been a very pleasant one. She is Very Professional and Courteous and helpful in many ways. This is an Awesome Building in the heart of Benton.
And perfect for most occasions to the person who expects the Best of the Best.

We held my Parents 50th wedding anniversary party here. The room is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The owner was more than accommodating for anything that we needed. This is a great location in Benton to hold any event and compared to other locations, a great price for what is included. We highly recommend!

Just a little advice to anyone wanting to rent out this place. If you are looking for a place to throw a party there is no dance floor. So, you have to rent one. They also ask that people maybe not wear heels in order to not damage the floor !Also you might not want to have a lot of garbage due to the owner complaining of a mess and to much trash in the trash container. She also complains if anything falls on the floor. We had my daughters Quinceanera there. All was going smoothly until the owner decides they want to tell us where to place, the tables and how to accommodate everything. Then you have to call every time you need the temperature adjusted. We were told the cleaning fee was 125.00 and yet we ended up paying 325.00 because they decided to cash the DAMAGE Check. When there were no damages to her property. She came in after the party to get the keys picked up the linens and did not say a word. When we signed the contract i asked her about the clean up, She told me we only had to worry about taking everything we used for the party. They covered the clean up from the floors. As expected yes there was some candy on the floor but given it was a Quinceranera and there was a Candy Table. She did not even bother to call me first before deciding to cash the check for damages. ( which again there were none) she just decided it was a lot of work to clean and assumed its ok to rob people. Another small issue was the deposit is not explained well at all so if you pay for the place be prepared to have someone micromanage your event and to pay more than expected. Due to how she feels about cleaning up afterwards. As many people who asked me about a referral i have told them all its not worth it.
I believe the owners of this location should only rent it out for small business meetings.
