I probably went to 20-30 jewelry stores in the metro detroit area before I made my decision. Obviously, I wanted a unique setting I had seen in a magazine. Renee, the employee who helped us pulled out tray after tray of rings, till we came across the exact ring I wanted. We picked out a beautiful certified diamond, surrounded it with a halo, and the ring look absolutely stunning. They had the ring ready way before schedule and the service and product were awesome. Highly Recommended!! -

They produced exactly what we were looking for -- a unique custom design with a radiant cut center stone. The design shows the diamond much better than I could have imagined. They worked with my husband to creat the perfect ring for me. They worked with me to create a ring with similar enough lines that they compliment each other without being matchy. -

We have a beautiful set of rings that didn't break the bank. For couples who are on a tight budget I recommend them. My ring is a total of 2.1 carats and we got it for 2100. My husband's ring was 1400 and he has just as many carats as I do. They were very helpful and their layaway is excellent. -

Every warranty has terms and conditions. The warranty that we offer is very similar to the ones offered by most reputable jewelers. In fact many chain jewelers CHARGE for the same warranty that we offered to you for FREE. All we asked is for you to come in for check-ups so we can catch something before it becomes a problem. This condition is standard in jewelry warranties.
Your husband brought in his band a year and a half later. Never once had this ring been checked or cared for. 2 diamonds were missing and the gold was completely damaged. In fact it looked like it had been thru years of abuse.
Nevertheless we offered to repair the ring for free as long as you paid for the 2 diamonds. We even reinstated the original warranty that was dead. How is this unfair?
It is unfortunate that anyone can manipulate the facts on sites like this in an effort to cause harm to reputable businesses. I am sure any sensible person will agree that you were treated more than fair. Nevertheless, we would be more than happy to answer any further questions or concerns that you might have if you contact the store.

My husband bought my engagement ring after just knowing the shape of stone I wanted. Georgio Conti brought my dreams to life without me even knowing about them. They worked with us after to get our bands too! We are both so happy with our rings! -

They produce low quality work. My husband's ring lost two diamonds in the same week only 3 months after we got married. When we took it in they ended up blaming him and charging us for the 2 tiny diamonds that came out, instead of guaranteeing their work. They clung to some lame technicality that we hadn't had it inspected within a year - even though we bought way before our wedding date so it was in a box!!
To me, the customer service is shoddy at best. When an issue arises it's your fault and there isn't much negotiating power when you need it fixed and they are the only ones who can fix it. They hold all the power at that point. I wish I hadn't gotten our rings at this jeweler. Try to find a place that will explain their procedures and policies BEFORE there is an issue. Now I'm stuck trying to deal with them and they try to nickle & dime me to death to make a buck.

Terrible. I will never shop here again.
Spent $1300 on a ring. I wore it 1 time and 2 diamonds fell out. After arguing back and forth they fixed it. I put it back in the box and didn't touch it until today when I took it in for a 6 month inspection. They told me some diamonds were broken and that it wasn't covered under the lifetime warranty on diamonds. Why didn't they say that 6 months ago. I told them I wanted to exchange the ring for something else they told me the ring wasn't worth much. Evidently it never was. I was ripped off. -
