So Happy We Chose Renault
Renault was the very first place we visited while venue shopping. And maybe we're amateurs, but we signed a contract that same day...and we don't regret it one bit! We fell in love witt the grounds- from the beautiful bridge by the fountains to the glass room and la Galerie to the champagne ballroom where we had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. It's definitely unique from any other venue I know of in New Jersey. Our guests had photo ops everywhere! As for Renault's staff, we couldn't have asked for better people!!! From our first tour to 3-month check up to dinner rehearsal and wedding day, we've had the best experience! So thankful to have met and worked with Marina and Samantha! Thank you to Alayna, Melissa, and Maggie! You ladies were all so wonderful, professional, attentive, and kind! Ken and I aren't used to attention like that and Renault's staff made us feel incredibly special. This includes the bartenders and servers as well. Everyone we encountered was so warm and polite! We loved it!
Renault Winery exceeded our expectations for our wedding weekend! We hosted 4 separate events over the course of two days for our south asian wedding and Renault made each and every one feel important and valued. The staff and managers were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us make each event perfect. The food we had catered for two of our events was absolutely amazing and people are still raving about it - The winery was absolutely beautiful in the summer, and we loved that each of our events was held in a totally different area of the grounds so our guests had a completely unique experience every time.-

Book with Renault!!!
We had our rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour/reception for our wedding celebration and Renault and our expectations were EXCEEDED! Steph helped us from the initial booking and was so personable and flexible. Megan was our main coordinator and made our day seamless, everything went perfectly! Melissa helped day of and was a gem, so sweet and helped us while we were doing pictures and even packed up our stuff at the end of the evening. The food was GREAT, our family and friends couldn't stop raving about it. We stayed in the hotel for multiple nights, got dinner and hung out at the main bar, got coffee from the cafe, and everything was just great. Amazing Wedding Venue
Renault was the perfect wedding venue for us. We were able to host our rehearsal dinner, wedding and breakfast all on the winery grounds. The champagne room is beyond compare and we are so so lucky to have memories there!Renault Winery and Golf Resort's reply:

Seriously the best!
Wow! Renault Winery was just the best venue through and through that we could have asked for. From the first time we arrived and saw how beautiful the grounds and the design of the buildings were to being greeted with complimentary champagne at every meeting we had, Renault absolutely blew us away with their level of care for us as a couple. Gab was our main wedding coordinator and she is LITERALLY the best - her energy is infectious and she is genuinely excited about your day! She was timely in responding to my numerous questions throughout our 1.5 years of planning and made me feel so relaxed and confident in the plans for the day! Also the menu tasting was so much fun as we were able to bring 2 guests and eat/drink as much as we wanted all included. The food was amazing and so many menu choices, you really can have more unique offerings for your guests than just chicken & fish! The wedding day went so smoothly because of Gab & Sienna, her assistant- who was also a doll! Even when it poured at the last second pre-ceremony, & all our guests had already been seated in Le Vine, Gab & her team was able to move everyone into the reception space across the street at the hotel as well as the already florally decorated arbor to make the room feel as beautiful as possible. The reception was in the Chateau ballroom & with the newly added greenery on the ceiling - it truly elevates the room past your standard ballroom! Having access to the hotel courtyard all night and with the other weddings at the winery, we really felt like we had the place to ourselves! At no point even with the wrench in the location plans did Gab & her team seem panicked or stressed which in turn helped our nerves! Also the getting ready suite for the bridal party was spacious enough for everyone and not feel cramped-there's even a shower in there! We also had an after party- which I highly recommend at the "Speakeasy" room and was such a great way to end the night with all our guests for a few more hours of partying! The room is so spacious - we had about 30 people there. We chose a wedding venue that we can return to each year on our anniversary and we are so excited to go back! Do yourself a favor & book Renault -- also ask for Gab & Sienna to be your attendants - you won't regret it!!-

Absolutely Perfect
Trying to put our wedding day into words is going to be nearly impossible but I will try. My husband and I had our celebration on August 6th, 2022. We booked right before the pandemic, the first week of March 2020. We booked a venue that was half built, but we could see the vision. We are local to the area, and have attended countless events there over the years, prior to renovations. I went to school in EHC for many years but my husband and I grew up in Galloway. Those early days after booking made us seriously question our decision. There were small and not so small miscommunications, but we attributed them to the growing pains that any business goes through when undergoing such a large transformation. We were bounced around a few times between sales reps, and ultimately ended up with the outstanding Marina, and then had Megan Cantz as our planner and day of coordinator. I actually know Megan going way back, from both elementary school and high school. I was ecstatic to hear she was part of our team. Growing up, she was always on the ball and dedicated, holding herself to high standards and being a true leader. She did not disappoint. More on that later. As the day grew closer, we started to email the Renault team with more and more questions. We actually moved to Alaska after we booked, so all of our planning had to be done from halfway across the world. Everyone answered in a timely fashion, and although there continued to be slight miscommunications here and there, we were never ignored. We received immediate answers when we went out of our way to ask question after question. From the hotel staff, to the planners, coordinators, catering directors, everyone was attentive. The service we received as guests, (when we were not the bride and groom of the day) in the tasting room in the years leading up to our wedding (and the day before our wedding actually) was questionable, which made us very nervous. When it was finally our turn to have our wedding day and be the bride and groom…….the day of event staff absolutely CRUSHED it. I mean, right from the moment I woke up, my day of assistants were knocking on my hotel room door and easing my nerves. They did everything for me that day, even picking over 50 ticks (yup!) off my gown during portraits in the woods. Something I was nervous about was the level of service. My background is in hospitality and I myself worked at a local wedding venue for years as a bridal attendant, and did a short stint at a top venue in Virginia. I have worked and helped plan some of the most outrageous and glamorous weddings in the world, and so I know way too much about what goes on behind the scenes. My expectations are ridiculously high, because I myself know what great wedding service should be like and how hard and long those days are. Your feet throb at the end of the day when you go home and you’re sweaty from wearing your uniform that is not compatible with the amount of physical labor you’re doing. I was very worried about not being able to shut that detail oriented part of my brain off on my own big day. The part that looks at all the little things, like the set up, the breakdown, the pace of dinner service. Megan and her assistants (Melissa, McKenna and Alayna) were the most professional, on the ball employees I have ever seen in this industry. Every server, every bartender, focused, smiling, genuine and helpful. From sun up to sun down. My husband and I sat on our ceremony benches around midnight, taking it all in and looking at our now dark and empty ballroom, and all we kept saying was “Wow. That was perfect. It was absolutely perfect.” We could not think of one thing that went wrong, and I am sure there were things that went wrong. But we never knew it because the staff did not let us know it. It was seamless. Let me be very clear here. Megan, McKenna, Melissa, Alayna and Liz are the ones holding Renault together. The day of wedding catering and coordinating staff made up for any other small issues that came from upper management, or from other departments at the venue. Their level of service made up for any of the other stresses we experienced. I cannot recommend Renault enough for your wedding. Please don’t let the little things make you nervous, because when it comes down to it and when it is your day to be the bride and groom, those day of workers are going to show up and work extremely hard for you. They’re the ones putting in the long shifts setting up back of house, expediting in the kitchen, serving in the ballroom, and setting up and breaking down the ceremony space. They’re the ones walking miles and sweating and having sore feet, saying “my pleasure” to you and every single one of your guests. They showed up for my husband and me on our most important day, did the hard work with a smile and genuine excitement, and we could not be more grateful to them. No amount of “thank you’s” or reviews will ever be enough.-

Our Perfect Day
From our first tour to our wedding day we had such an amazing experience at Renault. Every phone call and email was answered promptly & they really guided us through the planning process. Lindsay & Gabrielle went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The day of the wedding everyone was so attentive and professional. Our guests raved about the food & atmosphere. nothing short of perfection
My wife and I had our wedding at Renault this passed Saturday and it was the best day of our lives. Nicki was our sales manager and she helped plan our most perfect day. I was confident in the staff leading up to our wedding as we were always in communications with Nicki and Gabrielle, who were quick to respond and readily available to address any of our questions. Renault was extremely organized in handling our wedding and made sure our ceremony and reception ran smoothly. All the guests raved about how beautiful the ballroom was and how good the food was! Our day of coordinators made sure we had everything my wife and I needed and watching her enjoy the day without a worry was everything I could have wanted. Our Bridal Shower!
The bridal shower we had at Renault Winery was first class. The food was delicious, the servers and bartender were friendly and attentive. The room was beautiful. Karissa,our rep was very professional and helpful and made sure we were happy with everything. I would recommend Renault Winery to anyone!

Stunning venue
This winery was absolutely gorgeous. A group of us attended a wine tasting in their beautiful lounge area for a bachelorette party. Our waitress was awesome. She was very attentive and very informative with regards to the different types of wines for us to sample. -

Dream Wedding
I booked Renault back in December 19' when they were still under construction. My (now) husband and I were amazed with the renderings and absolutely fell in love with the vineyard ballroom. We had a couple of different sales coordinators, but our last one was by far the most amazing. Lindsay answered every question I had and responded to EVERY email within an hour. She was honestly incredible and so reassuring for a bride planning during a pandemic! She even showed up to our rehearsal and came to my room the morning of with my favorite Starbucks coffee! (Renault if you are reading this, make sure you keep her around!) Fast forward to our rehearsal. Denise and Sam (our day of coordinator) ran the show. They made sure that everyone knew their place and made sure that the day of was going to run smoothly. On our wedding day, 4/16/21, Sam was in my room bright and early with breakfast and Mimosas. She seriously kept us right on time and made sure I didn't miss my first look, all while decorating the ballroom and ceremony to be better then I could have dreamed. She made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand after the ceremony and made sure we ALWAYS had a drink and food ALL night. She was the most amazing day-of-coordinator and we couldn't have made it through the day without her!! Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more thanks to the AMAZING Renault staff!

A Beautiful Venue
Renault Winery is a gorgeous place to get married!!! From the buildings to the landscape it is absolutely stunning! As soon as I saw the Vineyard Ballroom I know it was the place for me to have my special day! The courtyard where we got married had a beautiful pergola with the water and the golf course in the background. Also that ballroom came with a bridal suite and that was the icing on the cake! I had an amazing wedding day at Renault. The staff, Denise, the director of banquets and Kailey, our wedding coordinator of the day, did above and beyond for our big day! They were amazing and didn’t let me stress about anything! Thank you for hosting our big day! -

Dream wedding at Renault Winery
We booked our September 26, 2020 wedding when Renault was completely under construction back in January 2020. We truly believed in their vision and Alycia was the most amazing sales manager from the first moment we met her until the very day of the wedding when she was helping hang our ceremony decor. She was an absolute angel and made all our wedding dreams come true.
We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, afterparty and hotel all at Renault and everything was truly amazing.
Of course, there are always bumps in the road and it wasn’t always an easy process wedding planning during a global pandemic, but in the end the team really came together to pull our perfect wedding day together. Kailey was with us every single moment of our wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly from getting ready in the morning to driving around, taking pictures with the photographer to the afterparty. Our wedding wouldn’t have been complete without the help of Dan, Kevin, Denise and Chrissy as well. Everyone had a huge part in making sure everything worked out perfectly.
Our guests were extremely complimentary and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.

The adjectives did not stop there, and 4 weeks later we are still getting compliments left and right. In October of 2019 we decided to choose Renault as our wedding venue. We were drawn to the atmosphere, the charm, and intimacy. Watching this venue go from plywood walls, torn up landscaping and jackhammered concrete floors, we entrusted every detail Reanult had to offer. After watching the consistent progress every month, our dream wedding venue came to life before our eyes. We were stunned! Fast forward one year later, despite what the pandemic threw at us, we were able to have the most memorable day of our lives. It was all thanks to the dedicated individuals who make up Renault. To our girl Nicki (Sales Manager) your dedicated efforts, contagious smile and hard work did not go unnoticed. You were my go to gal from start to finish and never skipped a beat. Thank you for the responding to my endless, late night emails answering all of my questions and spending time with me to discuss our big day. You were such an instrumental part in making this all come together. To my right hand lady, Kailey, your persistence, assistance and support made our day a reality. You were the one who helped me out of my reception shoes when I needed it most, fixed boutonnieres when too many hugs made them fall off, and ensured us every thing we excepted on our day came to life. Kailey, you continuously made sure we had everything we needed, and shared amazing laughs and smiles with us on the happiest of days. You were there every waking moment from before sunrise to sunset. Most of all you were not just there on our day to make our dream a reality, but made sure the focus was on us and stood by our sides. We cannot thank you enough for sharing in our moments that we will remember forever. To the rest of the Renault staff, behind the scenes, Dan and Kevin, and Denise, Carrie, and all the wait staff who assisted in our day, we are still the talk of the town. There is no measurement, no comparison to what Renault is and always will be, a gem. We are humbled to have these amazing people we once considered staff, now be considered friends. Absolutely Perfect!
I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the staff. We started our process in August of 2019 when the venue was under renovations. The team kept my now daughter inlaw informed of the process the entire time. Then the virus happened and my son's wedding was delayed 2 1/2 months. Kevin was absolutely amazing in keeping in contact with the bride throughout that time. Kevin and Denise and Kailey were amazing throughout the entire process - getting creative in the setup of the cocktail hour and reception to meet the guidelines and to keep everyone safe while still enjoying the amazing wedding. The venue and grounds itself are stunning! You will not be disappointed. Pictures are spectacular and Denise and Kailey transport the bridal party and family via golf cart to all the great photo spots on the property! The food was delicious and the entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. I can honestly not thank Denise, Kailey and Kevin and the entire staff enough for making this special day so perfect under the stressful times we are all experiencing! Just simply amazing!-

You will not regret it. I am a covid bride who has had every thing that could possibly go wrong and then some. We changed our wedding venue to Renault with one month to go til our 2nd wedding date (due to the pandemic). We changed because our previous venue was not accomodating, and we had so many restrictions. From the moment I connected with Alycia Guzman (sales), my husband and I felt like we had found THE ONE in terms of venues and vendors. We were greeted by such open arms and the entire team and staff really expressed empathy for what we had been through. From then on they were eager to show us how they could make it up to us, though it was in no way their fault. The team here is passionate about what they do and it shows. They are all incredibly happy to make your dream come to life. Hands down, you want Alycia and Kailey to plan your big day. Kailey is the fairy godmother of wedding coordinators. She easily became our best friend and was so excited to plan all our details with us. On the big day she really runs all over the place for you while making sure your favorite drink is in your hand and you do not have to do a thing. I felt so bad asking her for so much, but she never once complained and even greeted us with gifts on our wedding day she hand made. But the vendor gems don't just stop with Alycia and Kailey, next we met with Denise and her entire catering staff. They were truly so good at what they do. Denise set up the entire room and the entire weekend of events for us with bars and fire pits. She helped make sure my event went off with all the hiccups not seen. As I came down the isle she greeted me at the bottom of the steps and fixed my train without anyone noticing. She walked me through the cake cutting and told me exactly when to cut, kiss, look at the camera, and even reminded me to wipe my mouth gracefully with the napkin. She was my hero, the woman behind the curtain, and I wanted to squeeze her so hard for being there for me that way. I fell in love with these people! Even our catering staff Chrissy and our bartender Jen were so great with our guests. They really got to know them and make them all smile and laugh. We received so many compliments on the staff, food, and venue. I think my husband and I both miss them all so much we are excited to go back and visit them, often! We were one of the very firsts to get married in the new Champagne ballroom. I am not a princess like bride, but this venue and that room... wow. I was signing up to be one. It is epicly beautiful and I do no regret a thing other than wishing I could have been there longer or sooner in the process. I love this place and everyone who works here. There are so many options on where you want to have your event too. It was perfect for us. We did rehearsal dinner at the Vineyard ballroom, got ready in the hotel and Vineyard Suite, ceremony was on the Vinyard Ballroom lawn, cocktail hour was on the Vineyard deck overlooking the ceremony, and our reception in the Champagne Ballroom. Food was also incredible. Wish we could have taken some home since we didn't get to eat much from all the nerves. But so many guests told us how great everything was. I hope to attend another wedding here one day! The most incredible experience after such a bad year and experience with our previous vendor.

Everything we ever wanted!
I am not even sure where to start with our review of Renault Winery for our micro wedding. Absolutely everything was incredible! We had to postpone our wedding twice and each time the Renault team was understanding and extremely helpful coordinating the next date.
When we first booked Renault we saw it during the early stages of construction and with our meetings with Ashton Yates, our Wedding Sales Manager, we gained enough faith that what the renderings looked like, Renault would turn out to be. When we got to see Renault after construction we were absolutely blown away! The new hotel and wedding ballroom are beautiful! We loved the property so much, we decided to stay extra day just to enjoy the grounds, pool, live music and food and wine.
The venue is amazing, but what makes Renault a premier wedding venue are the people. It starts with the property General Manager, Kevin McCarty. He was the first face we saw when we arrived for the start of our wedding weekend. He was extremely hospitable and genuine. You can also see it when he interacts with other customers and his employees. Speaking of Renault employees, I need to shout out Kailey McCloskey, Denise Smith, Crissy and Chef Paul Drew for making our wedding day go off without a hitch! With this team we did not have to worry about anything, and we truly enjoyed our wedding from start to end.
Ashton – She always answered my emails promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Ashton was always so patient, even with the multitude of last-minute changes that stressed the life out of me!
Denise – she was the first person I called when we had to postpone our wedding for the second time. She told me not worry and everything will be ok, she had no idea how much better it made me feel. Her words were put into action when she helped secure our wedding cake a few days before the big day and our last-minute brunch the day after the wedding.
Kailey – you can tell she loves what she does! We loved her positive energy and dedication to making our wedding day perfect.
Chef Paul Drew – Always with a smile and our guest raved about the steak and salmon dinner! When you randomly see him around the property, he always made sure to say hi and to see how everything was going.
We are still having our big 300-person wedding next year and honestly, we were stressed out about hosting that many people and having multiple events in one day. But after experiencing our micro wedding at Renault, we have the confidence they will make next year just as enjoyable and stress free.
We highly recommend Renault Winery for any event – big or small. It will be the best decision you’ll ever make!

Amazing experience!
Well I would like to start by saying how professional and personable the staff is at Renault Winery! While taking the tour of the grounds everyone we came in contact with was extremely kind and allowed us to feel right at home. The grounds are breath taking and even during renovations the Vineyard ballroom is beautiful with endless possibilities. To say it felt right from the start is an understatement, and to not book our date with Renault Winery would be to ignore what our hearts were telling us!
I would like to add that our wedding sales manager, Nicole Friedman, was absolutely wonderful in every way and we are so excited to be working with her! She takes the fact that you are making one of the biggest decisions of your life and walks you through all your options with ease and comfort! No question that you may have will go unnoticed or unanswered! She has one of the best personalities in the business and makes the process that much more enjoyable!
I can go on about how amazing our experience was at Renault Winery, but I will end this with our decision to use the establishment has been made with full confidence that our wedding will over exceed our expectations. I hope that anyone reading this will hear the sincerity in my words and will choose to have your beautiful day with only the best at Renault Winery! -

We had an amazing experience with Renault and can not wait for our wedding day! We booked an appointment with Nicki at a last minute request which she graciously accommodated. On our first visit, we booked! Nicki was patient, responsive, thorough, and very sweet. She has been a pleasure to work with and nothing has changed even after our date was secure. One-stop-shopping
I can't say enough good things about Renault Winery, from the beautiful location, to the delicious food, the lovely hotel accommodations, and ALL of the incredibly wonderful staff we worked with. Both our wedding coordinator, Jeri Anne, and Dan, really helped us plan our dream wedding. They were both so attentive, and really made us feel like we were a priority. One of the biggest comments amongst our guests was that they loved how everything was at one location. From the rehearsal dinner, hotel, ceremony, reception, after party, and breakfast the next morning. Plus there was a great restaurant and bar, golf, a spa, and wine tasting for guests who were coming from out of town and got there a day early! No one (including my husband and myself) needed to worry about transportation or traveling from place to place! Another big topic of discussion amongst my guests was how good the food was! We met with the chef, who was not only incredibly nice and clearly passionate about what he does, but was also another person who made it very evident that he wanted to do everything he could to make our day memorable. Besides the fact that all of our guests had such a great time, thanks to everything Renault Winery did, I also loved that as soon as my husband and I arrived the day before our wedding, we were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves. Renault Winery and all of their phenomenal staff attended to everything (including setting up and cleaning up, all the decorations for our ceremony and reception) so we didn't need to worry. We both look forward to coming back to Renault Winery for our anniversary or any other special occasions we'll have to celebrate! -

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding. Valerie, our coordinator, was INCREDIBLE. She made me feel at ease, which I've learned, is important for a bride to feel. We had an amazing experience at Renault! We had to put together a wedding in 4 months and were so lucky to have found Renault winery to host our wedding. First off, the venue is fantastic for photos, very picturesque. This is one of the best features. Most wedding halls are boring and cliche. This place has real character.
This all-inclusive venue really provides a high level of quality for a very reasonable price. Makes it so much easier when the florist, cake, catering and venue are all included in the same package. So many people commented to us that the food was really fantastic. I'd have to agree!
Lastly, the best part is Val, the on-site coordinator. Val really helped to put us at ease throughout the process. She was so accommodating to almost every request me made throughout the process. As well, she ensured a smooth event on the day. Couldn't have done it without you Val!
Overall, can't recommend Renault highly enough! Book this place! -

Renault was fabulous for us. They accommodated everything we wanted and everything came out beautifully. Val was our coordinator and she went above and beyond for us. They also did our rehearsal dinner and they did a luau BBQ outdoors for us. It was great. All of our guests had a great time and do not stop raving about how amazing our wedding was. -

Our wedding day at Renault Winery was fantastic! We were looking for something that would offer us a unique rustic setting, great value, onsite ceremony space/accommodations, and good food - Renault Winery had it all! Our coordinator, Amanda Johns, was unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. I emailed her numerous times through out the year-plus we were engaged and she always replied quickly and honestly. I really felt she knew what we were going for and she helped make it happen.
The day of was seamless - we had some decorations that my sister made and brought the morning of the wedding, and Amanda knew exactly what to do. Our reception (Tuscany Ballroom) and ceremony (Vintage Room) spaces were both gorgeous and both felt intimate without being crowded.
I can't say enough about the food though. Our guests loved everything! The cocktail hour food was a huge spread with butlered options, and we chose the duet plate for dinner (filet and chicken). Everything was top notch and the service was outstanding. We also got our cake through their baker and it was also sooooo good. I can't wait to eat it again on our anniversary!
The only thing I could say could use improvements would be the hotel rooms themselves. They were a little outdated and could have used better lighting, especially in the bridal suite where I stayed and got ready. That aside, they did surprise my husband and I with champagne on ice and towel swans when we got back to our room after the reception!!
All that said, Renault was by far the best value for wedding reception spaces in the area. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here and we look forward to coming back to celebrate our anniversary! -

I had my wedding reception in the Renault Grand Ballroom this past September and got married in the outside ceremony space. I cannot say enough good things about Renault! Valerie was my wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was soooo helpful, kind, efficient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process. She answered every question I had and made my wedding day flow seamlessly. She made the groom and I feel so special throughout the entire process. All of our guests raved about the venue from the vintage feel, to the wine, to the food. I looked at quite a few venues and this was definitely the most reasonable price-wise as well. You will not be disappointed if you choose Renault Winery for your wedding...everything was so perfect! -

From the moment we pulled up to Renault Winery, I knew this was where I wanted to get married. The venue is absolutely beautiful and is full of vintage charm. The packages provided make planning so much easier and VERY affordable. This was a huge weight off my shoulders given I was getting my masters degree during planning and we were planning & funding the entire wedding by ourselves. Valerie (our wedding coordinator) was SO helpful; I really couldn't have done it without her. She was very responsive throughout the year (and yes I sent about 9,000 emails!), she made EVERYTHING I wanted work and made the day of the wedding a breeze for me! The food was absolutely delicious (so many guests are still raving!) and the blueberry champagne was a huge favorite! I organized a wine tour and tasting for my guests the day before the wedding because I wanted them to try the wines and learn the history and this was fun for everyone as well! It was also very convenient for my guests to have a hotel on site. My only minor complaint is that there was some issues with Francine in the hotel; she always seemed grumpy and never really wanted to go the extra mile like the rest of the staff did. I had some issues with room rates (they never seemed consistent and the blocked rooms at one time were more expensive than what showed on the website). All in all, this was my perfect venue and I wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding day! -

My husband and I had our reception at the winery in the Vintage Room. It was incredible - from the setup, to the food - everything was better than I could have imagined! Their pricing is excellent and even if you do not add any of the extras, you can still have an amazing wedding! Our guests were nonstop complementary of the food and venue. The vineyards are perfect for wedding portraits and the grounds are gorgeous as well! I highly recommend the winery for a wedding or special event. My wedding coordinator, Amanda Johns, was incredibly helpful through the entire process! -

We couldn't be more happy with our experience. We were able to plan an amazing wedding in just 5 weeks thanks to Renault's team. They allowed us to bring in a photo printer and connected it to their Wi-Fi so that our guests could print photos right there at the reception. (Our way of doing a photo booth without the super high cost from a vendor.) They were always happy to accommodate our requests and customize everything to our liking. Our guests are still telling us about how great the food was and how there were so many delicious options. I LOVED the venue, the people, the food, everything. Highly recommend!!! -

Incredible is a word that doesn't fully describe to setting. We had the absolutely beautiful wedding day at a historical and unique venue. Valerie McGeary was our coordinator at Renault, and let me just say that she was efficient, organized, resourceful, energetic and very kind. I had no worries on our wedding day in Valerie's hands. Everyone that attended our 75 person wedding had the most amazing time and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! I would and will always recommend Renault Winery. What a stunning place! -

I cannot say enough great things about my wedding at Renault Winery. I worked with Valerie, who is fantastic. I had 2 meetings with her prior to the wedding (along with many emails, which were replied to promptly), where she went through every detail, asking questions that I wouldn't have thought of and providing great perspective. On the day of, she was there from start to finish, from the rehearsal the night before, to the set-up on the day of, and throughout the entire wedding and reception. Everything about the actual event was perfect - my guests are still raving about the food and drinks (in particular, the filet mignon/chicken entree combo, crepes, cake, and blueberry champagne). Several people told me it was some of the best food they'd had at a wedding, and that it didn't feel like banquet food at all. Overall, my wedding was amazing, and the staff, professionalism, and overall vibe of Renault Winery really made it what it was.
My only hesitation in giving Renault Winery 5 stars would be my experience with the hotel. Having a hotel on site was one of my priorities, but the hotel staff is not as professional or pleasant as the wedding staff. Several of my guests were given inaccurate info or had strange experiences (some were told there was a 30 day cancellation period, while really it was 48 hrs; some were told there was a max of 2 people per room before there was an upcharge while others were not, and when I called to complain about my bridesmaid being told she’d have to pay 50% extra for 4 of us to share a room the night before the wedding - which Francine had suggested to me when I signed up for the block - I was told that the 2 person max was for my own protection, so nobody would be doing drugs at my wedding; my friends were given keys to a room already in use upon check-in; several guests booked outside our block for $10 cheaper, etc.) All this being said, the rooms are gorgeous, and we all had a great experience at the hotel on the day of. -

Where to even begin! Renault was just amazing, the service they provide from your day one meeting until the night of your wedding is over is just top notch. The location is absolutely stunning and perfect for a rustic feel or a wine lover. Their wedding packages are so affordable and include so many extra perks that really make your day budget friendly. The entire Renault team was so helpful, especially our wedding coordinator Amanda who worked so hard every day to make sure our day was everything we hoped it would be. They are so flexible with letting you pick the details of your day, for example I did a ton of DIY projects for centerpieces, the tables, the cupcake stand, etc. and they were so great with letting me add and delete so to speak in areas that I wanted to tweak or do myself. The waitstaff on the day of was so courteous and polite, and Amanda was there throughout the whole night to make sure everything went according to plan. We recommend this venue to everyone! -

I dealt with Valerie, who is by far the greatest planner to ever deal with!! She was amazing... Truly indescribable! She not only was there every single step of the way but she wouldn't even accept a tip at the end of the day, and emailed us a week later to see how everything went and to say THANK YOU. She even stepped in when I told her my photographer was driving me insane! Absolutely with out a doubt have your wedding at renault and talk with Valerie!!!

We had our ceremony outside and reception in the Vintage Room. The room itself has such character and depth and the vineyard right outside was a perfect backdrop for our photos. Our guests really enjoyed the food and most were stuffed just from cocktail hour alone! Valerie McGeary was our wedding coordinator and she understood that I was a very detail-oriented bride, which gave me such confidence that I wasn't going to have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding and I was right, she made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be! I love that now my husband and I have a place to go every year to celebrate our anniversary. It's a 2 hour drive for us, but all of our guests said it was worth the drive! -

Our family decended on the winery for the weekend! They were fabulous! Valerie...You made us feel like the most important people in the world! The food was amazing, the rooms at the hotel were huge! The hotel room we ladies dressed for the wedding in, with our hair and makeup people was a two-story suite...unbelievable! We highly recommend having all kinds of events at this location. This was the best one-stop shop for wedding venues I have ever seen! Not only does this place have beautiful views, perfect for pictures, but the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I worked with Val, who was fantastic and so easy-going. Everything went better than I ever expected. Our wedding ceremony was supposed to be outside, but it started raining (and thundering) about 30 min before the ceremony was to begin. No big deal, Val took care of everything and the back-up ceremony space inside was ready to go and had all of my guests in it before it was time to walk down the isle. The food was amazing. Everyone loved that we had two entrees for each guest (we chose a chicken and steak). Two months later and I still hear about how great the food and everything was at my wedding. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to any bride looking for a reasonably priced wedding with no stress, great food and great wine. -

First off Val is amazing and she was the easiest person to deal with, and my emails! My day was exactly how I thought it would be, perfect and she was right there handling everything. The food was amazing and everyone raved about it all night long! the staff was so nice to me and my family making sure they were well taken care of. Everyone said it was beautiful! the value and the location you cant beat the price, we did a friday wedding so it was a little cheaper but we upgraded to the food which was a great idea! Filet and chicken was amazing and the cocktail hour was soo good. It was the perfect place! I wish i could do it again. -

I had the wedding of a lifetime at Renault Winery. Amy, our Wedding Coordinator was amazing! Although there were some bumps in the road, the ceremony and reception were incredible. The whole place is beautiful, from the golf course to the vineyards to the hotel! The boys played golf Friday and we had a rehearsal dinner after. Saturday evening we had the ceremony outside and the reception in the beautiful ballroom. I have not stopped getting compliments on the whole affair. The food is great, the service was great, bridal suite was phenomenal. We even had a breakfast the morning after the wedding and the staff was fantastic (I think our waiter was Joe? [tall and bald :)] He was incredible!!!) I can't thank Amy enough for going above and beyond and making my day so special. I wish I could do it all over again-I wouldnt change a thing :)

The staff at Renault Winery was amazing! My event coordinator, Val Mcgeary, was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive in answering questions, returning telephone calls, providing her availability or an alternate to assist with important questions. The location and grounds were beautifu, the food was delicious and the catering and wait staff were remarkable. I would not hesitate to have another event at Renault Winery and would recommend others here, too. -

Wow. Had my wedding there on May 5, 2018 and it was absolutely beautiful. Worth more than 5 stars. From the moment I came to Renault they were accommodating to all of my needs and desires. Anna Rose and Lauran answered my calls and emails in a timely fashion and I was never left guessing. Once I got there it was a fairytale day. The food was perfect! Every single person that attended the wedding raved about the food. The absolute BEST part was having Billy there to help with cocktail hour and beyond when we were being pulled for pictures. He went out of his way to bring us food in the vineyards during pictures as well as drinks and anything we desired. He made the day so incredible, and deserves to be recognized. The staff was incredible and I am so grateful I booked my wedding with Renault Winery, hands down best decision. Thank you Renault for bringing my fairytale wedding to life! -

Val was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process of planning my wedding. My wedding was amazing...and she paid such attention to detail to make sure my day went smoothly. I had an itenerary made up which they used to guide the timing of everything. I had an amazing day...and can't recommend them enough. The only issue we ran into was with the hotel. We had many guests coming from out of the country and we had sooooooooooooooooooo many mess ups with the hotel charging the incorrect rates under our room block. In the end, everything was worked out, but my least favorite experience of the whole thing was dealing with the hotel desk messing up. Other than that my wedding day was amazing! -

Birthday Party
I didn't rent this venue for a wedding, but I did rent out The Corridor and the Glass Museum for my 40th birthday party and everything was perfect. I would imagine if you're getting married you can get a LOT of great pictures on the property. My guests raved about the venue; the atmosphere is beautiful, the food was great, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. They were so kind and helpful, had it all under control and helped everything run seamlessly. Many thanks to Debbie, Lisa, Karissa, and everyone else at Renault who helped make my birthday a really special day. -

Bridal Shower
I had my bridal shower here and got so many compliments on the food, drinks and decor. The speakeasy room was the perfect place to have the bridal shower I wanted. It was nice and secluded from the rest of the winery and we felt like it was one building with just us in it. The only complaint I have is that when I arrived, I had to look for someone to make sure it was okay to go back to the room and then walk back myself. We had a little hiccup in the beginning but other than that, the winery is beautiful, the drinks were amazing and the food was delicious. -

My winter wedding at Renault was beautiful and exactly how I envisoned. My wedding coordinator, Valerie was simply amazing! I booked the winery a year and a half in advance because I thought my wedding date would be popular. Valerie was in communication with me regularly. She was always able to answer any question and went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were happy and taken care of. She even was there at the rehersal helping us iron our burlap covers! She is a true professional and a real assest to the winery. Valerie is the best!
All of my guests raved about how beautiful everything looked was and how awesome the food was! Everyone had a great time and it was the perfect location for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The venue was flexible with our sparkler exit and setting up a pergola in the champagne room. No request seemed too big and everyone worked so hard to make our wedding wonderful. I would highly recommend the winery for oyur wedding. Such a great historical site! -

I recently had a wedding here and I'm glad I did. The prices were reasonable and the food was great. The staff was really helpful both at the hotel my guests were staying in here, and the people running the venue. This place is gorgeous and it does look exactly like it does on the website.
I had a lot of changes and cancellations at the last minute that they excused without an issue so I didn't wind up loosing hundreds of dollars because some of my guests dropped out. Amanda Johns, our contact there handled everything for us like a champ. While I was feeling lost at some points, she helped steer things right back in the right direction.
There were a few mishaps that I won't get into, but for the most part everything worked out in the end. The biggest negative about the venue itself is that the cell reception there is terrible. Thankfully they offered free wi-fi at the venue so we could keep in contact with everyone via Facebook messenger.
All in all, I felt like everyone kind of bent over backwards and helped out to make it a really good experience for us and our guests.

We had a 74 guest wedding in the vintage room. It was simple beautiful with the half wine barrels, white lights, and vine all around the ceiling. The dark wood was beautiful too. It felt like we stepped back in time to a more classic and elegant time period. Our wedding planner was Amy. She was so-so during the process, but was WONDERFUL the night of the wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and wants were taken care of.
The food was delicious. The cocktail hour had plenty of food and everyone raved at how good it was. The main course was the Tuscan Chicken. It was breaded chicken stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto. We had a lot of compliments on it. All the meals were served at almost the same time. That was great! They had a water pitcher on each table, which was another plus. We only had beer and wine served but they made wine cocktails out of their wine and no one seemed disappointed there was no hard liquor. Amy (the wedding planner) boxed up the meals of the guests that were no-shows, and also 7 boxes of our cocktail hour food since we missed it. We were so happy with Renault! -

My husband and I chose the Renault Winery shortly after we became engaged in the winter of 2007. All of the staff were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making our day as perfect as possible. I must admit though, each time I visited the premises throughout the winter and spring, I had doubts about whether it was the right choice. The landscaping was a mess and the grounds just wern't pretty. Fortunately, that was only because of the season. During the summer, the Renault Winery comes to life. All of the flowers are in bloom and the grass, vineyards and golf course are green. The scenery truly looks like something out of a photoshopped magazine. On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely captivating. We were surprised with more helping staff than we anticipated having. We were impressed when during the cocktail hour, staff brought a cart of our appetizers with plenty of drinks to choose from for everyone that was tied up outside for photographs. There was always somebody making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, but they were never pushy or in the way. The staff did an amazing job setting up our reception decor, especially considering we expected an exact replication of the decor in a photograph I had pulled out of a wedding magazine. In fact, our reception looked better than the one in the picture!
Only complaint is that after we booked our wedding, our wedding consultant dropped her working hours down to just weekends. It became impossible to get ahold of her in a timely manner. However, the other wedding staff were eager and willing to help us when she wasn't available. It was a little hectic at times, but didn't cause any issues. -

Dream Wedding
I had my dream wedding at Renault in October. We had to postpone a year due to the pandemic and the staff helped us throughout the whole journey. One con is that I felt like we were shuffled around a lot between coordinators and staff. I understand they were going through renovations and changes and despite all that everyone working with us was amazing.
The grounds were amazing, as well as the food and drinks. My guests had a blast and LOVED the venue. On my wedding day Nicki, Gabrielle and Kailey went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
My biggest con was lack of communication regarding the breakfast the morning of the wedding and the morning after. While the men were getting ready in the hotel they were supposed to get breakfast sandwiches to choose from (that we had paid for prior) it took them a few hours to get any food delivered and when they did it wasn't what we had paid for.
My dad planned a breakfast in the hotel the morning after the wedding and the two or three workers had no idea what was going on. No one had told them prior that this was arranged so it didn't go well and was disorganized.
Other than those few hiccups that didn't even involve the wedding themselves, the venue was phenomenal. I'll always remember how kind the staff was, especially Gabrielle who helped me with my dress and walked me down to the ceremony space when I was so nervous. The entire venue was beautiful and at the end of the night we even got a fire pit and drinks from the gorgeous new tasting room.
There are some communication issues with staff, but they really do their best to accommodate and always make sure you are happy.Renault Winery and Golf Resort's reply:

August 2024 Wedding in Champagne Ballroom
Our wedding at Renault in August was beautiful on so many levels - the weather, the views, the scenery. We really had the best day ever, received so many compliments from guests, and had a great experience working primarily with preferred vendors.. The main setback from our experience (and may/may not matter depending on the couple and if you have an outside planner or coordinator) is that despite the high price tag, the level of service ahead of the event was less than ideal. Our original coordinator AND sales coordinator left between the time of booking and event, and when these roles were up in the air, there wasn’t great communication from Renault on the matter (we didn’t have a coordinator for 3+ months so had to send any inquiries to the general inbox which is not actively monitored based on our experience). Our understanding is that in the last year, they’ve experienced a ton of turnover, but we did not know this upon booking so may have supplemented with outside help if we had known. The day of went off without any issues and the coordinators/staff definitely have their routine down, so it really was just in the lead-up. The steaks for our guests were on the rare side and John (Head of Catering) was swift in checking in with guests to make sure it was to their liking. We were in the Champagne Ballroom and did not notice the wedding in the Vineyard Ballroom, aside from their guests being on their roof during cocktail hour/our ceremony. -

Different than what I expected
WEDDING DAY MAY 14, 2021
My daughter booked her wedding a few years ago during construction of the ballrooms and would have been the second bride to have her wedding in the Vineyard ballroom. The wedding manager Nicole Friedman walked us through everything we could expect, from beginning to end. The photographer could take photos anywhere on the grounds regardless of which room/area we were to choose. Then due to the pandemic, my daughter and her husband needed to reschedule and opted to have the reception in the Pavilion for safety reasons ( no price adjustment going from the ballroom to a tent, which was fine).
PROS -
Renault Winery is a beautiful venue.The grounds are spectacular! The food tasting with Nicole and meeting before the wedding went seamlessly. Due to the pandemic, my daughter needed to change 4 times and the wedding manager was very accommodating. On the day of the wedding, the food was excellent and the hotel staff and servers at the pavilion were super accommodating to all of our guests. Additionally, we had breakfast for our guests the day after the wedding at the restaurant next door and everything was perfect.
CONS -
Weeks prior to the wedding, none of us, (including the bride) could get in touch with the sales manager. It took days to return phone calls and emails. On the day of the wedding the photographer was limited to areas where the pictures could be taken ( we were told most of the photos needed to be taken at the Pavilion). This was due to the fact that 2 other weddings were being held that same day. This was truly the biggest disappointment of the entire day. The reason we went with this venue was because we could photograph anywhere on the property, not something that we signed up for and paid for.
We were required to pay for our photographers and vendors to eat, which is a normal charge, however we were told that guests are served first which meant that since the last of our guests were served after 9:30, the photographers did not eat until nearly 10 pm. Of course, half of them left before they were given anything to eat. When I brought this up with the person assigned to coordinate the day (Samantha), a refund was out of the question. The only thing that we received was one free drink for the wedding couple at the Tasting Room after the wedding, even though we lost $50.00 paying for two meals that were never served.
I truly believe that this venue is understaffed and handling too many weddings in one day. Of course the pandemic has not helped. If there were not so many weddings that same day, I know that would have made a difference.

Some things to consider if you want to get married at Renault Winery
Some things to consider if you want to get married at Renault Winery. We got married at the Vineyard Ballroom September 2025 and there were so many amazing moments, we loved our wedding day but many things were off for the price and “reputation” of the venue.
- Renault will not cease holding large events surrounding your wedding. They planned a yacht rock concert that ended 30 minutes before our ceremony. Voices were noticeably loud during our ceremony from this event and a wedding party in the adjacent courtyard taking pictures. Music was also blaring on property when taking photos which was pretty overstimulating.
- My bridesmaid walked in on an intoxicated indecent wedding crasher in the bridal suite off the ballroom in the middle of our wedding! We speculated he was from the wedding next door but this was very offsetting given we had many valuables and all of our cards in the bridal suite and this is where most bridesmaids freshened up all night. He was searched and arrested but as a bride having to be asked if I want to press charges in the middle of my wedding by security was unsettling given I had no idea the impact he may have had on the event and our guests before he was caught. Statements were asked to be made mid wedding.
- The hotel is ok but not great. My parents had the double King Suite. Upon showing up AC was broken but quickly fixed. Their bed caved to the ground the first night and upon notifying the front desk of the issue in the early AM maintenance came to fix it in the late afternoon when they needed to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. My parents kindly asked if they could come back once they had got ready for the event. Maintenance said they had to do it then or they were leaving for the day. This room is around $1k/night. No one wants their parents being sleep deprived and having to rush to get ready for their daughters rehearsal dinner.
- You will work with a wedding planner and then be given a separate day of coordinator and assistant for wedding day a couple weeks out. Our planner we had worked with for a year was terminated a couple weeks before our wedding which led to us receiving a new planner and not being able to finalize payment and details until the week of the wedding. This was stressful as one would assume. Management did not contact us on the change in planner we just got an email from the new one. Little to no remediation plan for a change like this so close to wedding day. The day of coordinator is trusted to execute the day based on planning materials.
- In our case the method Renault uses to execute the wedding day led to having several things go wrong: 1) Lunch/snacks not being delivered at the proper time. Upon a reminder food was delivered an hour late shortly before ceremony. Wedding party was hungry and I was dizzy for the ceremony due to this. Renault has agreed to refund. 2) Our guests did not receive wine table service as paid for and were without drinks for the duration of about an hour of our wedding during speeches and dances. This was a main component of us wanting to get married at a winery and it was not executed. I realized after the fact. Renault has agreed to refund this. 3) Other simple requests stated before the wedding like water in bridal suites, chairs and tables set up for hair and makeup etc. were overlooked and required consistent follow up.
- My bridesmaids heard the welcome party bartender complaining about lack of tips. Not a great look for the venue given the bartender fee for the night was $600.
As a bride it was overstimulating to have to correct issues (often too late) due to poor execution on my wedding day after a year of planning and fine tuning details. There was time, trust and money instilled in the venue and Renault team that could have gone a much longer way with another venue. Normal for things to go wrong but most of the above do not fall into the normal category. Opt for a more private and organized venue for a more peaceful wedding day. Refunds only go so far / are inadequate compensation for mistakes that largely affect the day.

Nightmare Venue
I recently wrote this review on The Knot, but wanted to share with Wedding Wire brides as well.
I will start by saying that the grounds at Renault are gorgeous. We got many beautiful photos for our wedding and we truly enjoyed the sights. Dealing with Renault Winery however, was a complete nightmare. Renault has a very high turnover in employees which made it difficult for our emails and questions to be answered leading up to our big day. We were assigned multiple event coordinators, multiple day of coordinators and assigned multiple hotel block staff over the course of our wedding planning. To this day there are still emails we sent that were never answered.
My spouse and I stayed at Chateau Renault a few months before our wedding as a trip for my mother in law. We wanted to show her around Renault.
Renault's hotel staff was extremely rude to us during our stay. I had voiced my concern to our event coordinator that I was worried about hotel staff being rude to our guests on our wedding day. A Renault manager called and apologized to me and assured me that this issue would be taken seriously and that their hotel staff would never showcase that behavior again.
Cut forward to our actual wedding day.
The hotel staff was indeed VERY nasty to our guests. My Maid of Honor and my mother were upset because one hotel staff asked them if they "knew how to read" because they inquired about what the price was for the weekend. Another one of our guests staying over complained to us that hotel staff rolled their eyes at them when they asked for a welcome bag that was sitting on the floor behind the desk. We had been assured that all of our guests would receive welcome bags (which we had worked on and put together) so we were surprised that our guests relayed how hotel staff treated them. Usually when you check into a hotel, you are greeted and welcomed. Hence the welcome bag. But our guests relayed to us that staff was cold, rude and unfriendly.
I am embarrassed that our guests had to encounter this while all they wanted to do was to celebrate a wedding weekend. I was upset that staff could speak to people in such a degrading manner.
The day of our wedding we had our day-of-coordinator who started the morning with us. She was very helpful while we got ready for photos. For the night of the wedding, we were told Renault provides one bridal attendant who is with you the entire time and the day of coordinator. During our reception, after our first dances, our day of coordinator completely disappeared.
After cake cutting, BOTH our coordinator and assistant disappeared and we never saw either of them again.
It wasn't until after our after party ended that we had went to gather our belongings in the Winemakers Hall storage room and the lights were turned off on us. We asked a nearby bartender if they could power back the lights, and they went and found our coordinator. We asked her where she was all night and she said "setting up for your after party of course!" in a joking manner.
Mind you, this was after our after party had already ended and we were headed back to the hotel for the night. We had not seen her for HOURS.
We were promised a coordinator and an assistant for our wedding for the entire night. We paid for a coordinator and an assistant. We tipped for a coordinator and an assistant. We were not given that coordinator and assistant.
Had we known Renault would not uphold their promise, we would have hired our own outside coordinator/day of wedding planner.
One of the biggest reasons why we picked Renault as a wedding venue was because we were promised these coordinators to help us for the night.
There were points in the evening where we needed help and there was no one there to help us.
Our vendors were asking us where their final payments were. We had no idea where our coordinator was with those payments.
I, as a bride had to run around my own wedding trying to find their payments. After almost 15 minutes of searching for our day-of coordinator, our vendors took over. Multiple vendors of ours had to go into the kitchen and ask around for our coordinator.
Instead of dancing and mingling with my guests, I had to manage and coordinate issues myself.
We had been promised that our coordinator and assistant would manage these issues, but that was not the case.
Our band had dismissed for dinner and there was no food for them. There was suppose to be a set schedule that Renault and our day-of coordinator designed with us, and the schedule was not followed nor were there any coordinators to help figure things out. We were on our own.
As a bride, I should not be the Maitre'd of my own wedding and telling people where to go. The whole organization of Renault is a mess.
We were also suppose to have a wedding rehearsal the afternoon of our wedding. Our day-of coordinator never came to find us during our photos as she had promised she would. We were getting ready for our actual ceremony when we finally found her and she said "let's do a super quick rehearsal!"
Our guests were already starting to arrive at that point. We had to rush our bridesmaids and families down the aisle, when our rehearsal was suppose to be hours earlier. As a result, our guests saw us before the ceremony, which we were trying to avoid.
We were also told that cake would be served to our guests at their tables.
At a certain point in the night, a huge line forms wrapping around the entire dance floor and reception area where people were in line for cake. Cake was apparently being served in the cocktail hour hallway. Our coordinator had originally promised us she would help us to manage crowds, but again she was no where to be found.
The Vineyard Ballroom where we had our reception was also very hot. For the majority of our reception, the air conditioning had broken. At one point in the night, staff did come and fix this problem, but we did have guests complaining to us that they were over heating.
We booked our wedding at the end of 2022 for a 2024 wedding. We had a contract for certain prices and menu items. There were a few instances where room block employees told us that fees were a certain price, but our contract stated otherwise. We had to argue and present our contract for them to adjust prices accordingly.
We felt the vibe that Renault is a "gotcha" type of place. We recognize that weddings are expensive, and the industry is fast growing. But, speaking with many friends who have gotten married the same year as us, they never had that sleazy vibe that we got from our wedding venue. We always felt Renault was trying to take advantage and if we did not continuously present our contract to protect ourselves, they would get over on us.
One down side which was uncontrollable, is that there are many random Renault restaurant guests who watch ceremonies. In the background of many of our ceremony photos and our video, you can see random people watching and standing near us. During the ceremony, Renault staff never asked people to leave or give us privacy. That made me a little uncomfortable.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed in how our wedding day was conducted. We truly regret picking Renault Winery as our wedding venue.
We were looking forward to coming back to Renault to celebrate anniversaries, but I could never stomach going back to Renault again. We trusted Renault to follow through on promises that we paid a great deal of money to have, and they did not deliver. We can only warn future brides of the mess that is Renault Winery. -

I DO NOT recommend this venue because….
As the bride, I was blushing and so were all of my guests due to the 90-plus degree temperatures both inside and outside. Our dream nuptials became a blazing hot nightmare when the Chateau ballroom turned into a sauna in August 2021.
We lost several guests over the heat. One person had to be escorted out for heat exhaustion. We had no choice but to move the remaining guests from the Chateau ballroom (which we paid a lot of money for) into a small breakfast dining area.
Our dream ballroom wedding turned into a roadhouse party at a restaurant. The cake melted. They forgot to bring out the shrimp as an appetizer, which was paid for. We had to cut our steaks with butter knives. The food was horrible. The complaints are endless.
Our wedding was ruined. This was supposed to be one of the most special days of our lives and all we have are bad memories from it. -

Stay away from Renault - total nightmare
TLDR: Save yourself the time, heartache, and stress and stay far away from the nightmare that is Renault Winery. I booked with Renault when they were still under construction and, with postponing due to COVID, can say I had the distinct misfortune of having to deal with their incompetency for over 2.5 years. Each staff member and manager (all the way up to the CEO of the hospitality group that owns Renault… yep, it got that bad that we had to have calls with him) must be trying to see who can be the most inept and/or rude. Don’t waste your time even touring this venue. Yes, the ballrooms are beautiful. But they’ve moved away from being just a wedding venue and now have all kinds of events (think family Disney nights with characters, circuses (nope, that’s not a typo), ice skating) all of which draw huge crowds and take the focus away from the couples and makes it less of what you’d expect a nice wedding venue to be. I moved from the vineyard ballroom to the pavilion tent due to COVID, and during my 60 days out detail meeting we saw the tent had mold on the ceiling, the sides were ripped/ taped together, and there were bird droppings in the draperies. I heard from a guest who attended a pavilion wedding that the ceiling collected all the condensation and then was dripping on them all night. Yuck. On top of that, Renault made what were very nice bathrooms into storage and now have a trailer with toilets but guests will have to go down a rickety slope to get there. All this was done without telling us. I asked how they could let this all happen and their response was “people have different standards”. We could not send our grandparents down to the bathrooms for obvious safety reasons. And our “standards” for a once in a lifetime event that we’re paying tens of thousands of dollars for are waaay above mold and tattered walls. Thankfully the Champagne ballroom was open on our date and we were able to switch there. And thank God I hired Danielle at Magnolia West Events to help with everything as none of the Renault staff were responsive or capable of answering my questions. The sales team is overworked and the handoff/relationship with the other coordinators and staff involved is very confusing - it’s impossible to get an answer, and when you do it’s often taken back/changed. Management is rude and condescending to both customers and staff (I will say Milanee seems ok, but she started right before my date so I didn’t really work with her). If you’ve already booked there, get a planner to help you keep your sanity because the coordinators have no idea what is going on or how to keep track of anything. Review your contacts with a fine-tooth comb every time you receive a different file. An erroneous $21k charge randomly showed up on one of the versions that was sent to me. Get everything in writing. Trust your gut - these people do not have your best interest at heart. There are lots of reviews out there that allude to there being problems at Renault during the planning process but that their day-of went perfectly. I would just like to say there are thousands of other beautiful venues with brides who all say their days were perfect too. Think about your entire planning experience, how you want to spend your time as an engaged couple, and then go have your perfect day somewhere else. -

Wedding day 05.02.2021
Is this a beautiful scenic venue ? Absolutely. However , the service and management were extremely poor. From the planning stages of our big day this establishment fell short on communication and misinformation to my now his and I. It took multiple emails and voice messages to get a call back for any detail regarding our big day. We were sold different information on the amenities and use of the venue than what we received and whenever we would try to rectify and get what we were informed of we were belittled and dismissed. We were treated and incompetent and less than. The venue and managers did everything in their power to push our entire wedding party and guests to their limits. The day of our even was totally mishandled. Kailey, Denise and every manager that was presented to us was dismissive and prejudice on every single level. My bridal suit was not clean the day of the wedding from the wedding the previous night. There was half a roll of toilet paper in the rest room and when we asked for some we were given a stack of paper napkins and told to use that. The guest bathrooms were also uncleaned from the night before. None of my instructions given to the coordinator regarding my decorations , seating and set up were followed and my parents ended up taking the roll of the coordinator to have things complete. They were running tours through our ballroom when were getting ready for the event while my bridal gown was out on full display. Mind you the night before was our rehearsal dinner and there was a wedding in our ballroom. Which we respected and the venue refused to let us near it for rehearsal because it was a private event. Our wedding and my guest were treated as less than by the entire management staff. Not only did all of their setbacks delay our ceremony start time they in no way wanted to or tried to follow any of our wishes regarding how we would want our day to go. We were so repulsed by this service that we did not want to stay there for our wedding night. This establishment has alot of work to do and should be held accountable for what they put my husband and I through. If it werent for our loving family and patient guest our day would have been ruined by them. To say I am heartbroken by their treatment is an understatement. Do not book this venue, please for the sake of your special day take your business elsewhere. -

The night before our wedding a storm knocked out power in the city. Things like this don't normally happen, however; the way Renault handled the whole situation was horrible. I got a call first thing in the morning telling me they had no power and what would I suggest they do. Why would I be responsible for making a plan for my wedding day? The groom, groomsmen and my father had to go to Renault to help create a plan and find a generator. Once finally locating a generator my father had to help hook it up. The staff was calling me all morning asking what we should. The hotel staff was terrible! They told us we could not stay at the hotel the night of the wedding due to issues with the power. This is understandable but they offered no help trying to locate other hotels to accommodate our out of town guests. We were promised 2 rooms and some refreshments for the bridal party/groomsmen to get dressed and relax before the ceremony. Despite the weather mishap they continued to tell us they were getting the room ready but never did. I was finally forced (due to the time) to get dressed where the cocktail hour was going to be held which had all windows. My bridesmaids covered me while I dressed. Before the ceremony we had to sit in a dark room to hide from our guests arriving. The ceremony and reception were held in a different area and room then we had originally booked, due to the issues with the power. Even after the day we had a lot of complaints. We had made welcome bags for our guests which were never returned to us. When I inquired about them, they did not respond. We had to follow up with the hotel several times to refund our guests deposits. We wrote a letter expressing our disappointment in the way they handled the whole day. They responded with a legal letter from a lawyer stating that they had fulfilled everything that was included in the contract, never an apology. We will never go back and look poorly on the way Renault staff handled the entire day. -

We had our wedding at Renault on 10/7 All I can say is DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE. We paid a large amount of money to be treated so poorly. We were told we would get an assistant with us all day we did not. We didn’t receive our cocktail food because they couldn’t “find us.” We weren’t told our dinner was ready and when we did know it was there it was cold. They dropped a bunch of plates and dinner was delayed because of it. When we told the winery they didn’t accept the fact they messed up. This happened to another wedding a week before mine and you would think they would change. The place is about to close down and they don’t care at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.
UPDATE:they are still not accepting their wrongdoings they have hung up on me and treated me very poorly. Please any bride that thinks about having a wedding here just don’t it’s but worth all the money and time spent. All can I think about it how my day was ruined my these people. -
