We got our bands there, and my husband got my engagement ring there, a week after we bought our rings, the store where we were going went out of business, no warning. Then we had to drive to owensboro...3 hrs away....to pick up our sized rings.

Don't get me wrong, my engagement ring is beautiful. However, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!! They did a number over on my husband, I guess because he's a man and they know men don't keep things like receipts. Anyhow, basically, we ended up having to pay for the ring almost twice. CRAZY! Needless to say, I DON'T recommend Zale's to ANYONE!
