The only good thing I can say is that the programs, if they had reached us, would have been a good value. As it stands, she shipped our programs out late, did not tell us, did not admit to anything or apologize when we found out, and refused to do anything about it. She shipped them out several days after she promised, and so they did not reach us in time. No reparations or apologies made. Strongly DO NOT recommend- cute products but very unprofessional.

Jennifer is amazing! She did our invites, RSVP's, table numbers, menus, children menus, wedding wands, pinwheel favors for kids, place cards and even designed a matching stamp to match our invitations! I can't say enough how amazing White Tulip Designs is. Jennifer is patient, listens to your needs and wants and a pleasure to work with. She offers many choices down to every little detail. The wedding was gorgeous. We honestly could not have pulled it off with her!

Jennifer designed and coordinated the printing for hotel information cards, RSVP cards and envelopes for the invitation - as well as the wedding program, which we did a fan. She also did the rehearsal invitations with my MIL. She was great at answering my many questions (I had overly complicated invites that were printed on fabric and executed with several different vendors) and making all design changes I requested. She was reasonably priced and brought a personal touch to all of this planning. I was also sort of late with all of this because my brother got married a few months before me, so she was great at helping to rush things along.

Jennifer THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! for all that you did for our wedding. The invitations got GREAT reviews with all of my family and friends. You went above and beyond with all of the extras! I loved the flag for the waggon! The programs were just as beautiful!!! I will recommend you to EVERYONE!

The invitations were gorgeous, she made custom stamps for us that matched our invitations. We ran into a few issues- Jennifer was on top of everything corrected errors I had missed and it was the best price in town and got things done quickly.

No professional service - I entered in a contract for wedding invitations with the owner. I made advance payments for services. And, after i made my payments she decided to not perform her services. She kept my money and i do not have programs for the wedding. She does not return calls and emails. I have been very politely. It like going to buy something from a store and then the store not give you the item. She decided to cancel services and i was left hanging dry without returning my money. And, my wedding suffered from it. Also, on several meetings our names were spelled wrong. Before, we sent out our invitations, she placed the wrong address on the return label. Very bad service. Your wedding day is a special event do not let it be ruin.

I had a hard time finding invitations for my best friends bridal shower. Since her husband is a fireman I wanted to incorporate him as much as possible even if he wasn't going to be there. Not only did Jennifer create an amazing fire themed invitation, she also made them for me in a timely manner. Everyone thought that they were amazing as did I. The cost of my invitations was very affordable and I even stayed within budget, which is always a good thing. I would refer White Tulips to anyone looking for great, professional, easy to work with service.
