White Plains linens were a bit challenging to work with. Our venue has had a handful of trouble with them, but they assured us they would pull through for our event. Thankfully our vendor was incredibly proactive but they had to tell them the event was a day(or 2) before it really was to assure the linens would arrive on time. They did. However, there were a few things missing that they charged for us. Ie: Towel. Day of the wedding (we had a camp wedding) We had to send my uncle out to by 50 towels since they did not show up with our order. The reception linens arrived and were in good condition. It is now 3 months later from our wedding and we are still trying to get the money back from the towels (and wash clothes) that did not show up with the order. Although the quality of their linens are great, the service, the regional rep for upstate ny and the organization is a bit disconcerning when you are planning an event such as a wedding.
