My wife and I held our dream wedding at Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood Weddings on 2/20/2026. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our vision come to fruition and it could not have been a more seamless experience. From the moment we first toured the venue, there was a level of professionalism that was quite apparent. Our day-of coordinator, Stephanie, was a huge help in keeping the timeline of our special day on schedule without any additional stress on any of the wedding party. The Banquet Captain, Liliy, kept our plates and glasses full throughout the night and was a great communicator during the craziness of our reception party! Props to the head chef, Austin, as the food was that of a high-end restaurant (prime rib carving station & pesto tortellini were huge hits for everyone). We also received endless compliments from our guests on the bar service provided by Julio & Rachel. They both came through big time and made our custom signature drinks just the way we like them (Spicy Margarita & Oaxacan Old Fashioned). Lastly, a big shout out to all of the servers - Emily, Ava, and Siena - who worked incredibly hard throughout the night making sure everyone was taken care of and plates were cleared.
The whole crew at Fallbrook Estate were so organized and really made the whole process of planning a 150+ person wedding much less daunting. All the follow up meetings and planned check-ins along the way were extremely helpful, and you can tell the people enjoy what they do. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable!

Perfect Winter Wedding
Our experience with Fallbrook Estate was absolutely incredible from start to finish — truly more perfect than we could have ever imagined.
From the very first tour with Lauren, we knew we were in good hands. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for us. She answered every question, walked us through all the details, and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. Touring the space with her made us fall in love with the venue even more.
By the time the wedding day arrived, Austin and Sierra took everything to the next level. They were calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing — they handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so we could actually be present and enjoy every moment. It truly felt like they cared just as much about our day as we did.
The space itself was stunning, the flow of the day was flawless, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful and well-run everything was. It was the most magical day of our lives, and this team played such a huge role in making that.

Great Experience!!!!
My husband and I had an incredible experience with Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood. From the very beginning, the planning process was truly stress free. The team took such great care of us every step of the way and made the entire experience feel seamless.
On our wedding day, our coordinator DJ was amazing, and along with Stephanie, they did an outstanding job making sure everything ran smoothly. They were always one step ahead, which allowed us to fully enjoy the day. Our guests had the best time and couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the celebration.
As the night came to an end, Sierra went above and beyond by helping our family gather all of our décor, making the wrap up process effortless. We are so grateful for the entire team and would highly recommend Fallbrook Estate to any couple looking for a beautiful venue and a truly supportive team.

We were insanely impressed and amazed by the level of professionalism and personalized service by the staff at Fallbrook Estate! As someone who works in the hospitality industry and knows the operation as well as someone who tends to want to do everything on their own, it was such a delight to be well taken care of as a client, and let the staff think and do everything for us. We were truly sold on the all inclusiveness of all the vendors at the venue - it was a huge help in the overall planning process! We really appreciated the in person meetings and phone call check-ins with both the vendors as well as the venue itself which helped keep us on track. Our coordinator Brittney, was truly exceptional! She was so genuine and we got along so well! She was always two steps ahead of us the entire day making sure everything ran smoothly all with a smile on her face. We knew we had nothing to worry about with her by our side guiding us through it all. She's so knowledgeable, relatable and thoughtful! Angela, Lauren, Mikayla, and Katie were all absolutely wonderful to work with. After reading so many glowing reviews, I was honestly a bit skeptical at first but once we saw the venue in person and worked with nearly the entire team, especially Angela as our main day-of coordinator, we couldn’t have been happier. Wedgewood is a fantastic company; they even arranged a food tasting for us out of state since we don’t live in California. The venue itself is truly special, and paired with such an amazing team and their reliable, well-vetted vendors, we’re so glad we chose this location for our big day.

Absolutely amazing experience. My wedding was held at the Fallbrook estate earlier this month and everything from booking the venue to the wedding day was a smooth, stress free experience. They really go above and beyond to make the day special, it was the perfect wedding and that’s all thanks to the team here. Angela was our coordinator and she did a phenomenal job. It was the best day of my life and that’s all thanks to Angela and the team here- I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

Incredible Venue + Amazing Team = Dream Wedding!
We had the absolute best experience with this venue on our wedding on June 22. From start to finish, everything was so organized and seamless. The team answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly throughout the planning process, which really helped ease any stress. Everything was laid out and organized. You can tell they have good systems in place to ensure smooth planning.
On the day of the wedding, Lauren (our coordinator) was an absolute angel. She was calm, collected, and brought such a positive, grounding energy that made a huge difference for me when I was feeling overwhelmed. She handled so many behind the scenes details that I didn’t even have to think about, and her communication throughout the process was amazing.
Sierra, our banquet captain, was also incredible! She made sure the groom and I always had a drink in hand, checked in on us regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment. And Isaac, our DJ did such a great job at accommodating our music style and requests. You can tell the whole team loves what they do.
The venue itself is stunning. It's clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly set up so that the ceremony and reception are close together. It made everything so convenient for our guests, who all raved about how beautiful the space was. We also got tons of compliments on the food from our buffet, it was delicious and a huge hit.
If you’re considering this venue, I highly recommend it. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better team to help us bring our wedding day to life.

Loved Fallbrook Estate!
We recently had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate for our 123 guests. We loved it! The venue is beautiful with Spanish-style architecture and lovely plants and greenery. It's the perfect SoCal venue. The Wedgewood team were all responsive, transparent, friendly, and helpful - our day went so smoothly because of their professionalism! We also had great experiences with their partner vendors. Can't recommend enough!

We cannot recommend Fallbrook Estates by Wedgewood enough! We had a stellar experience from our first visit until our last. The staff, from the coordinators (shoutout Lauren!), bartenders, vendors they partner with, and everything in between made the process feel so easy.
We initially chose Fallbrook to reduce some of the headache of wedding planning. We loved that Wedgwood had so many things in house and that they already had vendors they worked with. This made the process so much fun for us because we could focus on the fun parts of wedding planning.
We had a long engagement and throughout the two years between booking and our actual wedding, the coordinators at Wedgewood were so attentive and helpful. They answered any and all of our questions within hours of emailing, always answered calls, and were always so helpful and professional. We had the same experience using all of their partnered vendors as well and cannot recommend them enough either!
Not only did we love Wedgewood, our guests did too! Since our event, we have been told many times by our guests that this was one of the best weddings they have attended. Our guests raved about the food and desserts (elegance on display bakery; also amazing!), the service by the bartenders, the music (DJ Kyon!), and the venue itself.
If you’re considering Wedgewood, go for it. If you’re considering Wedgewood Fallbrook Estates, definitely go for it!!

The Best Wedding Venue, HANDS DOWN!
Getting married at Fallbrook Estate by Wedgewood Weddings was the most wonderful experience imaginable! From the very start until the end (and after!), the Fallbrook Estate team were incredibly supportive and took complete care of me and my husband. We were so LUCKY to start the touring process with Mikayla, then have her as our point of contact for meetings, and then our wedding coordinator for the actual day of the wedding! She truly made us feel that we were right on track with every step/task we needed to complete and made it so easy to organize. Not only is the actual venue GORGEOUS, but all of the workers are amazing. From our DJ (Kyon), to our banquet captain (Sierra), and even our security guard (Craig), each person made our day super personalized, memorable, and so special. Even my guests and family members continue to talk about all the wonderful people who helped us and served us TO THIS DAY! I literally can go on and on about Fallbrook Estate and its team, but just know you can't go wrong with booking them for your special day!!

We picked Fallbrook after searching for other vendors and other Wedgewood locations over a year before our wedding. Fallbrook had the atmosphere and vibe we wanted, and the inclusive package helped saved us a lot of stress from the planning process. We worked with Angela and her team. Angela went above and beyond because we had many things that were DIY and she went back and forth to help us set it up on the day of. Everything came out as we envisioned and the other in-house vendors were amazing as well! We loved our officiant Jeffery and our DJ Noah with DJ Maestro! It really was a dream come true!! So happy we went with Fallbrook Estate!
We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice.
The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision!
We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :)
DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home!
Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had!
We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Fallbrook Estate and the Wedgewood team to anyone - you won't regret it!

Dream Weddiing!
From beginning to end, the team at Fallbrook Estate made our wedding an absolute BREEZE. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we can't thank everyone enough for helping us obtain our dream wedding.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. Because of its location on a golf course that's tucked away in a neighborhood, it's also peacefully quiet and quite serene. We specifically loved the cocktail hour patio and the bar area attached to the ballroom. These things made the reception are feel so spacious without ever feeling empty. Parking is plentiful and accessible. The food and drinks were great, too. We kept receiving compliments about the quality and quantity of food, and "The Julio" was a huge hit at the bar--shoutout to our bartender, Julio, for the special drink!
We were anxious about the planning process at the beginning, but the Fallbrook Estate team guided us along every step and quickly resolved any doubts we had. From timely reminders, to tips and suggestions, to the day of coordination, everything went smoother than we could've imagined. I have to highlight their flexibility as well. We made several decor/schedule/guest count changes in days leading up to our wedding, including potential day-of changes because of the chance of rain. Despite all of our asks, the response was always "no problem", and we were left feeling confident that everything would be handled. It's because of them that we were able to be (relatively) stress free in the planning phase, and be fully present on our special day.
A special shoutout to our coordinator, Katie, and our banquet captain, Sierra! Katie ran our rehearsal quickly and efficiently (even through the rain) and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure that everything was set up as we intended, and then some! During our reception, Sierra was proactive in making sure that we were well fed, hydrated, and had our signature drinks in our hands. The little touches, like to-go boxes of the foods we were too busy to try, were greatly appreciated. Thank you Katie, Sierra, and the entire Fallbrook Estate team for making our wedding possible!

Amazing Wedding Venue
Wedgewood Weddings Fallbrook Estate did an excellent job on our wedding on 1/31/25! I couldn't have been happier with how easy the whole process was and the end result. All of our family and friends are still raving about the beautiful location, the friendly staff, and how each part of the wedding was effortless. I am so grateful for the team at WW Fallbrook- any questions I had someone from their staff always reached out to me and answered my questions right away. They explained everything well and give you a binder to give you reminders and outlines for what you need to get done for planning. I had Mikayla as my day of coordinator and Sierra as my Captain who took over during and after dinner- both of them did a fantastic job and took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend using Wedgewood Weddings as your venue of choice as the packages they offer the include the food, drinks, ceremony and reception space, DJ, and cake bakery are wonderful and so easy to have it all in one place and in one bill. It was money well spent and I am so grateful to the WW Fallbrook Team for a beautiful wedding!

Wedgewood Fallbrook is the BEST!
Having our wedding at Wedgewood Fallbrook was the best experience ever!! My husband and I were blown away by the team's professionalism, coordination, constant communication and planning from beginning to end of our journey. We want to give a special shout out to Angela who was our lead coordinator and took care of us during the rehearsal and wedding day. She was amazing and was able to give direction to our 16 group wedding party. We can't thank Angela enough for making our day incredible. We also want to thank our captains DJ and Sierra and all our servers who constantly checked in with us and made sure the reception went amazing. And of course our bartenders Julio and Rachel and chef Austin for making sure our 116 guests were satisfied with drinks and food.
Booking with Wedgewood Fallbrook made our planning journey stress free and so easy. They helped with timelines and decorations and even set us up with an amazing DJ (Kyon). We recommend to book with any Wedewood location but especially Wedgewood Fallbrook because the team there is incredible!

The entire experience here while planning was fantastic, they were able to accommodate us for our meetings everyone was super responsive when we needed any questions answered. One thing we absolutely loved was that we’re were able to include our dog during the actual ceremony, it was almost a must for us. The food was fantastic as well, from the appetizers, to the cake, to the full meal(we opted for the buffet), everyone was in disbelief with how amazing everything was. This is a very beautiful location and we absolutely loved that this was our wedding venue.
They made this a great experience for our wedding and definitely recommend this location

Perfect Wedding Day
Such an amazing experience working with Wedgewood weddings. I love that they have many different venue options to fit every couple's price point and that it is an all inclusive option. The only things not included were the dress/tux (obviously) and any photography or videography. We however ended up spending a bit more on flowers as we didn't realize that the bouquet and flowers for the bridal party were not included (only table centerpieces) but compared to other florists in the area, their vendor still had the best prices.
The process of the planning was pretty seamless. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I was able to reach out to the venue and get the answers or help needed.
The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Not a single thing went wrong and I couldn't be more grateful for my two wedding coordinators that day (the evening coordinator had a different title but can't remember what it was) but they were both so helpful, kind and attentive.
I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and/or experience!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Fallbrook Estate. From start to finish, our wedding day was a dream come true, largely thanks to this incredible venue and its exceptional team. The staff were all outstanding. From the initial consultation to the last moments of the wedding they were a joy to work with. Their attention to detail and genuine care meant that I was rarely stressed throughout the entire process. They coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors, ensuring that everything was perfectly set up and running smoothly. Even when minor issues arose, the team handled them with such grace and efficiency. You can tell they are professionals at this! The venue itself was absolutely breathtaking. The grounds were picturesque and provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. Our guests were in awe of the beautiful setting, and it truly made our day feel magical. The food was another highlight. It was not only delicious but also served beautifully. Our guests were very happy about the quality and taste of everything. They even accommodated our guests with very specific dietary needs without any issues. This venue exceeded all our expectations and played a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable. Gorgeous venue, incredibly helpful team of wedding experts, and all-around unforgettable experience. They work with extremely professional and gifted vendors that made my and my wife's wedding exactly what we'd hoped for and more. When my husband and I started venue shopping, we really wanted a venue with lots of natural beauty and scenery. We were thrilled when we discovered Fallbrook Estate and all its gorgeous backdrops. From the lakeview ceremony site to the beautiful courtyard, this venue totally wowed us and our guests.
The onsite coordinator made planning so smooth, especially helpful for two busy nurses! She ensured every last detail was perfect.
We went with the premier package and chose the buffet based on the team's recommendation. Guests raved about every dish and so many told me it's the best food they've had at a wedding! Having dietary restrictions myself, I also appreciated their flexibility accommodating guests’ food allergies and preferences.
Thank you Fallbrook Estate! My husband and I couldn't imagine having our magical day anywhere else!

My wedding could of not went smoother and stress free if it wasn't for this vendor. They were well organized, would reply back quickly, friendly, and explained the process well. The venue was beautiful and having everything ALL inclusive was the best decision we made for our wedding! Everything turned out just as I envisioned and I couldn't be more thankful! Just an amazing venue with the best staff!
Just the best experience ever! This was the first venue we visited once we were engaged and just fell in love with the property and how beautiful the area is. It's close to the 15, but it feels so secluded. The team is incredible. From the beginning, they were so helpful in figuring out specifics for our special day. Our day of coordinator, Mikayla, was wonderful! She kept us on track all evening, was great at communicating and she was so sweet and calming the entire day. Overall, 11 out of 10! I highly recommend this venue!!

Dazzling summer night
I chose to work with Wedgewood because I was also juggling my full time job and buying a house, all in the same year as having a wedding! Wedgewood kept it super simple for us to manage. On the weekend of the event, I really did get to enjoy myself with all my loved ones and my now-husband. All the local vendors were also familiar with each other and the venue, so the coordination between everyone working the event was perfect. I really appreciate Wedgewood providing an immaculate planning process AND a spectacular evening.

I truly can't recommend Wedgewood Fallbrook highly enough. Because of the pandemic, my husband and I ended up working with their team for over two years after we postponed our wedding. I can honestly say that every interaction I had with any member of their team left me feeling supported, equipped, and genuinely excited for our day--and excitement was a pretty rare feeling to come by as we managed the disappointments and griefs of the pandemic. The venue is beautiful, the coordinators are excellent, the food is great, and the whole Wedgewood team is so attentive. I know they pretty much have a wedding a day, but somehow my husband and I still felt prioritized and special throughout our work with them and our wedding day. Thank you so much, Wedgewood!

Beautiful location and fantastic staff!
Our wedding was in early September. The weather was wonderful. We had no issues the entire night. Everything was set up perfectly and I felt like everyone was very attentive and on time ready to go! I would recommend to anyone who lives in the area or is looking for something in Southern California to get married at this location. The golf course was beautiful but the biggest hit was the outside courtyard as well as the inside fireplace in the bar area. We had a great wedding and our family enjoyed it with the amount of space that we had as well as all of the food. My favorite part of going with Wedgewood was the all inclusive packages you could choose from. It was so easy being a bride . I would highly recommend!

Fallbrook Estate could not have been a more perfect place to have our wedding! We are SO thrilled! Not only is the space stunning, but each staff member is truly kind and caring. Every person we spoke to went the extra mile to love on us, support us, and bring our vision to life. When our day came, Tom did the best job coordinating, and we couldn't have done it without him! Let me first say.. if you are looking for a venue that far exceeds your expectations, this is it! We were originally booked at another Wedgewood venue but due to Covid, were forced to pick a different venue. We were initially sad and disappointed but the universe works in mysterious ways and we ended up with the venue (Fallbrook) of our dreams. It was seriously my fairy tale wedding. The Elite package includes everything you could hope for and the price point is amazing! I received so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and how everything flowed so seamlessly and flawlessly. The staff is truly amazing and go out of their way to make your day so beautiful and effortless. Tom, our coordinator went above and beyond and was there every step of the way. He was so on top of everything and anytime I had a question, he would respond so quickly. So easy and fun
I chose Wedgewood for my ceremony and reception and they made the whole entire process and day of such a relaxing, loving day. I also had to postpone 1 year due to COVID. I worked with 3 different coordinators and they were all so helpful and kind. They really know what they're doing and I love all the communication. They are always available and happy to help. Wedgewood Weddings in general is something my husband and I recommend in looking into when booking for a venue and getting an awesome package at a great price. We got married in Fallbrook Estate and it was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond for us and we’re truly grateful for them. Audrey and Tom are amazing and they lifted a burden off our shoulders. This place made our dream come true
I cannot day enough good things about this venue. We knew as soon as we saw it that this was the place. It’s the only place my husband liked too! It has everything. A beautiful indoors and outdoors, relaxed elegance, wonderful photo ops, gorgeous ceremony sites and a beautiful reception room, including a comfortable and elegant bar area with a fabulous fireplace. Every step of our wedding planning was made easy and painless by the Wedgewood crew. They are so responsive, they answered all my questions fast - they made me feel like a priority- even though our wedding was relatively small. They also allow you to customize your wedding package and personalize it with your own decorations or ceremony details. On the actual day of the wedding, Audrey was our coordinator and she was a gem. My mother can be very hard to please and very demanding but she could find no fault with Audrey- she was very impressed with how organized and on top of things she was. My mother didn’t even have to stress out - which is very rare for my mum! Everything ran smoothly, like a wonderful dream. I never worried about a thing- I just had to relax and enjoy our special day. Their vendors were top notch professionals. All our guests said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They even loved the food - and wedding food can be iffy. Wedgewood’s buffet was DELICIOUS. Everyone ate as much as they wanted and there was something for everyone. I was sad the next day when we picked up some of our items. I wanted to do it all over again! Don’t worry about going with this venue. It’s amazing in every way and your wedding is in good hands with them!

A night to remember **all that glitters**
Our wedding was November 17, 2019 but my husband and I are still on cloud 9 remembering how epic our event was at Wedgewood Fallbrook. We have our friends and family still messaging us and reliving just how much fun we all had on a regular basis. Amazing wedding experience
If you're on the fence about choosing an all-inclusive venue or renting a DIY venue, choose Wedgewood Fallbrook. My partner and I did just that and it was the best decision we made in terms of choosing our wedding venue. Wedgewood Fallbrook has gorgeous views, a beautiful and cozy reception area and amazing food. Audrey and Sydney were our wedding coordinators and both made wedding planning fun, stress-free and simple. They are both detail oriented, passionate about what they do, kind and beyond professional. We are able to get to work with them on a personal level. I can't imagine how my wedding would be without them and I am so glad that we chose this venue to have our special day.

this place is amazing! had my wedding October 27th this year and everything was perfect and went by smoothly! the food is great. I received compliments constantly from all my guests. I definitely recommend this place. it is beautiful and everyone is very kind and informative! their venders are also amazing! We had our wedding in August and we truly couldn't have dreamt of a better day. Katey was the biggest help throughout the entire wedding planning process as well as her team! They made this experience stress free, always checked in with me to see if I needed anything and made our dreams come to life. Sydney was with us as our coordinator on the day of the wedding and calmed all of my nerves! So professional, so kind, just all around an amazing venue and staff to work with. Everything ran seamlessly and best price on the market
My fiancé (now husband) and I went to look at WW fallbrook very soon after we got enchanted. I was intrigued by the photos I saw online of the greenery at this wedding site. When we went to tour the place we were greeted by Katey who was so funny and easy going, she made the experience super chill. WW is awesome and had all the details and vendors taken care for us, however I will recommend to research your own vendors if you're on a super tight budget because there are better deals out there for some things (photography and florals) than their recommendations. We told them our budget and that we wanted to stay strict within that budget but still have a decent/fun/beautiful wedding. They have so many different options for each couple and we able to accommodate all of our wants and requests when it came to building the plan and details for our wedding day. The rehearsal and wedding day itself went great. Audrey was our coordinator and did a fantastic job with everything to make sure it all went smooth. Our wedding ceremony was so beautiful and the reception went flawlessly.

I can not thank everyone at Wedgewood at the fallbrook location for making my entire dream wedding happen! Everyone I worked with was very professional and amazing with communication. I was constantly asking questions and wanted updates and they helped me through the entire process while keeping me updated! I am so so so in love with Wedgewood and all of the staff as well. Katey and all of the girls are definitely amazing! They work together flawlessly to make sure everything is taken cared of. My husband and I are so glad we made the choice to have our wedding here everything was absolutely perfect and so organized are guests were so happy. Thank you ladies!

Couldn't be happier
We were on the fence between having a wedding or going on an amazing honeymoon so to help us decide, we took a look at different venues. Once I saw this venue, I was immediately able to picture us standing at the altar surrounded by our loved ones. The venue was as pretty as it looked in photos. Then upon meeting Audrey and Katie, I knew we had to have the wedding here.
When we were looking for venues, we had in mind that we needed to plan this wedding from Texas with only 5 months of time, so the planning process had to be as convenient as possible. Wedgewood Fallbrook did not fall short of our expectations and provided us with the information needed to keep us on track.
They came with a list of amazing vendors which saved us an insurmountable amount of time. Each of them earned us endless compliments from our guests.
- The food was delicious. The hors d'oeuvres were great. The salmon and filet mignon were well made and tender. My brother ate THREE steaks other guests couldn’t finish!
- Jennifer at Elegance on Display created a tiered cupcake tower that was more beautiful than I envisioned. Best of all, all of the flavors tasted great!
- Chelsea at Everlove was so sweet and was able to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We even received the finished photos less than a month after the wedding day and they were beautiful
- George at Southern Cali Djs was so much fun and was great at getting everyone to be involved, including the guests who refused to be on the dancefloor.
Lastly, Katie and Audrey kept our sanity intact. They are so sweet and helpful. They were always quick to reply to emails/answer phone calls and were the calming voices to my neurotic wedding planning soul. Katie was our coordinator for the rehearsal & the wedding and we could not have asked for a better coordinator. The decorations came out great and she led everything to run smoothly on the big day
Thanks to the entire team at Fallbrook, we had a wedding that was beyond anything we could’ve asked for without breaking the bank!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Wedgewood in Fallbrook❤️ The staff at Wedgewood, (especially Audrey!!!) made our whole experience stress free and so much fun! They are so organized and so quick to respond to any questions that come up along the way. I can’t say enough good things about Wedgewood Fallbrook! I can honestly say their team made our day magical. They went above and beyond from the the start of our wedding planning until the moment we departed after our wedding. My fiancé and I visited this beautiful location on Friday 03/23/2018 in search of the perfect reception venue for our wedding. We were greeted by the oh-so-wonderful Katey Lowry in the front lobby. To start our tour, she showed us the suites for both the bride and groom before continuing to the ceremony area, cocktail hour area, banquet room, and lounge/bar. Throughout the tour, she took time to explain every detail, answer every question, and give helpful suggestions. Once finished with our tour, we headed back to her office to discuss finances. Katey went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations talking with us for 2 hours, working with us and our budget, and putting together 6 different quotes throughout our meeting to better accommodate us and our needs/wants. After going through our many options, she gave us some time to talk things over with each other and set us up on the patio outside with food/drink. We talked through our options and decided upon Wedgewood Fallbrook for our reception venue and met with Katey once more to take the next steps in our wedding planning journey! The entire Wedgewood Fallbrook staff was so warm and welcoming. We are excited for them to host our wedding reception and are even more excited to work with Katey! She gave us her complete and undivided attention, catering to us in every way. She was so friendly, bubbly, and sweet and was just simply wonderful to work with!

Oh my gosh, where to start! We fell in love with this venue as soon as we saw it! What really sold us was their packages and pricing that they offer, along with their no pressure to book feeling. With the look of the venue we were blown away at their prices. There is no complaint that I can give to Wedgewood Fallbrook, every email I sent I had someone reply within that same day, I never felt like I was being a bother even with us adding and taking out certain items in the packages pretty much up till the week before the wedding! I worked the most with Katey she was there for our phone meetings and with us during our rehearsal and our wedding day, even our BP kept saying how they wished their wedding coordinator was as amazing as she was! We got married 1.26.2018, and going with this venue was the best choice we could have made, we are SO happy that we booked our wedding day here! If you're even thinking of looking into this place, go ahead and do so! You'll love it!

Our wedding was incredible! Planning a wedding can seem daunting and insurmountable at times. Wedgewood Fallbrook is THE one stop shop for all of your wedding needs. They put us in touch with the best vendors. Kristen helped us get through all of the important details that made all of the difference by the time wedding day came around. Jennifer and Aubree were also super helpful. The venue looked absolutely gorgeous. Food was terrific. Our wedding captain Joanie was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a full plate of food and a full beverage. Great attention to detail. Kenny, the DJ, had everyone on the dance floor. We seriously had everything we wanted and more!
I wish we could give 6 stars to Wedgewood Fallbrook across the board. They really made our big day as great as it could possibly be.

When we were looking for a venue, we wanted to find a place we loved but it was also important that it was in our budget as well. Wedgewood Fallbrook was able to fulfill every request we had. Their all-inclusive packages made wedding planning easier than I ever imagined it would be. Aubree and Kristen were so helpful throughout the 9 month of planning and they were able to keep up with my paranoid anxiety attacks. I was able to visit the venue whenever I wanted to get ideas, ask questions or just get a better idea of how certain décor pieces would feel in the space. Kayla was our coordinator and she was also FANTASTIC! I came to our rehearsal with some décor items that I didn't know where to place and without hesitation she walked the venue with me giving me ideas for them which turned out perfectly! The food was delicious and the staff on the day of does not hold you back from eating everything you paid for. After the ceremony, we were brought a plate of appetizers and when dinner started we sat down to two large plates of food to ensure we didn't miss out on a thing. We definitely appreciated that! I could go on and on but I think their star rating and reviews speak for themselves. You won't regret getting married here. And you'll appreciate the lack of stress that you feel and the confidence that you will have in the staff and venue itself. I cannot say Thank YOU enough to everyone that was a part of my wedding, thank you Wedgewood!!!
Being a part of other weddings made me even more grateful that we chose Wedgewood. We just showed up on the day and got married! No setting up, breaking down, or stress!
Oh, and P.S. DO NOT SKIP THE PHOTO BOOTH. It is a must have!

Oh my goodness, I am so incredibly happy that we decided on this venue for our March wedding! Kristen, Aubree, and Kayla were INCREDIBLE! Any time I had a quick question I would e-mail them and get a response within the hour!! With all the weddings they had going on, I thought that was pretty incredible. They were so sweet too so it made the stressful planning process not so stressful and actually fun and exciting. Wedgewood's packages are so convenient and affordable, you get so much bang for your buck here!! All of our guests mentioned at least once how wonderful the food was and how attentive all the staff were during the cocktail hour and the entire reception, the venue itself was so beautiful and just PERFECT the day of our wedding. I would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone!! We were thinking about having our wedding at a winery in Temecula, but you get SO MUCH MORE with SO MUCH LESS here at wedgewood in fallbrook, plus the pictures on the golf course and throughout the property came out so beautifully! So happy we got married here! The day was so perfect and they worked with us during the whole process to ensure everything we wanted was taken care of. We had the best experience with the Fallbrook venue. Kristen was the only person we worked with from day one. She was even the person who gave us the initial tour. On the day of our wedding, she even filled in a coordinator which made everything so easy. We felt like she put extra time and energy into everything since she knew what our vision was first hand. We felt so lucky to have her there for our wedding day. All the Wedgewood vendors we worked with were very personable and we really felt like they took pride in their work and wanted to make our day special for us. The florist company that Fallbook worked with was changed after we had already met with Splendid Sentiments, but we were still able to continue with that vendor since we had already met with them. Jennifer from Elegance On Display had such great ideas for our cake and even had images made for it to help tie it into our concert theme. George, our DJ was very respectful of our playlist since we dictated the nights music. Everyone danced all night including my husband and me! Every time I emailed with a question, someone from the office would always respond within a few hours. We loved that we were able to change anything in our package up until our 10 day final meeting. We were a little under our minimum required budget, and Kristen gave us many options as to how we could spend that money to add to the wedding. On the big day, we felt like everyone working really wanted us to have a great experience including Joanie, our banquet captain. She even sent us home with a to go box of appetizers and cake. At the end of the night we never felt rushed to leave and everything was packed up nicely for us to pick up the next morning. They even kept our left over cake and topper in their fridge for us to pick up the next day. Overall, everything was just handled so well and we will never forget what a positive experience we had with Fallbrook. Thank you so much!

The team at Wedgewood Fallbrook was above and beyond. The booking process was SO easy. They clearly explained what they provide and were so helpful with all of our questions. My husband and I got married at Wedgewood in Fallbrook on April 4th, 2015. First of all, we had a short engagement of 6 months and the venue worked very well for our timeline. This place is really the "one-stop shop!" I enjoyed the convenience they provide to you with a wedding planning folder which helps you along the way, as well as having the convenience of floral, cake and food added into the package. We had 85 guests and were unable to get the top package but we added things in and took things out of the package we got to make it custom to our needs.
I can truly say that my wedding day was the best day ever. My bridal party and I arrived and were greeted by our coordinator who worked diligently to keep everything running smoothly and on time. Thanks to the floral vendor (Splendid Sentiments), my ceremony site was absolutely beautiful. I did pay a little extra to add in some things but she recognized my need for budget and used a unique way of using pomander floral pieces down the aisle and then repurposed them into my reception as my centerpieces.
The reception was awesome! The food from the venue was so good. We opted for the plated dinner with garlic herb chicken and filet mignon, and everyone loved the food. My cake was provided by their vendor (Elegance on Display) and was so beautiful. Although, we were enjoying our reception so much that we didn't get any of our cake, our guests said it tasted great! Wedgewood also provided the DJ (Southern Cali DJ's) who made our so much fun. The DJ played the music we requested and made the night fun for everyone there.
I have two small disappointments about the night which we did not notice until after. First, take a cake box or ask the baker to leave one at the venue because we had lots of leftover cake and sadly it was thrown out because we were not notified we needed to provide a container if we wanted to take some home. Everyone here is amazing! Aubree was so sweet and very helpful. She gave great suggestions and made me feel really comfortable about making choices that needed to be made. She always responded my emails the same day and had answers to my many questions right away. I can't say enough how great Aubree is, she is a very big part of why we decided to have or wedding here. Our coordinator Netta was also wonderful. She put up with our very roudy groomsmen perfectly. On my wedding day she made me feel calm, I knew she had everything under control. Everything went smoothly. I loved our DJ! I was not the best bride when it came to filling out my music sheet. I basically gave him the song I wanted to walk down the isle to and our first dance song. For the rest of the music I just wrote down that we want to dance and left it up to him and let me tell you, he did not disappoint! He played the best music! All of my guests dance until the end. Thank you so much Jonathan. The venue itself is just beautiful. The lake is great for pictures and the fountain in the front was a nice spot for cocktail hour. We had an absolutely lovely wedding thanks to everyone at wedgewood.

This venue is an amazing deal! The sales representatives helped us with patience and kindness through the entire planning process. The venue is beautiful. We absolutely loved this venue and so did our guests. They walk you through everything and make sure your details are just how you want them. The location was beautiful and spacious. They were very friendly and never pushy. They exceeded our expectations from day one. At one point they saw a potential problem that might occur and eliminated it before it even became an issue. I would recommend this venue to any couple that wants a stress free wedding. They are very flexible and want to make your wedding as customizable as possible. Even the day of coordinator was amazing. You could see they love what they do and the couple they work with as if they are family. Loved it!

Everything we were looking for in a venue we found at wedgewood! From the first meeting they staff was attentive, flexible, easy to work and so helpful. I can't imagine having some our wedding anywhere else. They handled so many of the details that would have made me a very stressed bride and instead I got to enjoy my own wedding.

Thank you Wedgewood for the perfect wedding venue. Everything went to plan and looked absolutely amazing. The inclusives... DJ was awesome (thank you Brandon!), cake, food and flowers were perfect as well.
We had two small issues and Wedgewood took care of them immediately.

My whole Wedgewood experience was so great from the start, loved that the packaging and pricing was available online unlike so many other venues. I called the 866 number to book my first appointment and was impressed with my first tour of the Fallbrook location.
On every level Wedgewood was very communicative, All of our vendors were also very professional and a pleasure to work with!
The Wedgewood staff and vendors made our wedding so beautiful. The staff was on point every step of the way and I appreciated that they always responded to my e-mails so quickly!
We also really enjoyed working with our coordinator, at the rehearsal she was friendly, professional and listened to what we wanted, she also took control of the group and got things done in a timely manner. I was so impressed on the day of with how she had fulfilled my expectations of how things would be set up.
As a research/planner type bride I loved the whole planning experience with Wedgewood, loved my Bride Guide and working with all my vendors. I had a stress free day relaxing a getting ready it was great to just show up and know everything was taken care of, and all I had to think about was walking down the aisle! Thank you Wedgewood for a truly wonderful wedding!

Our wedding was beautiful! We had fun, had a great dinner, and danced the night away. They provide great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Wedgewood made our wedding way less stressful as they took care of almost everything as well as let us add our personal touch. I would definitely recommend them for your special day!

Wedgewood is the one stop shop for a wedding. It is an ALL inclusive venue which made wedding planning completely stress free. EVERYTHING is included in there very affordable wedding packages, such as, invitations, florist, cake, DJ, coordinator, and officiant. I hardly had to shop for any vendors! They also have a very professional staff, especially Aubrey, who was so wonderful to work with!

Wedgewood is the perfect combination of a class and convenience. They take care of soooo much of the coordination, that it makes the whole wedding planning process far more bearable. I can’t even imagine having done it all on my own. Their packages can be mixed and matched and are EXTREMELY reasonable. We were able to create a customized package that fit our budget perfectly, but also allowed us to splurge in areas we hadn’t anticipated (which is always fun). Jessica & Aubree were a delight to work with. Both were so sweet, friendly and VERY patient answering all our questions. The service staff working our wedding was very attentive and genuinely cared that everything was running smoothly. Our guest were certainly impressed with the venue and the food and we are proud to say that countless people have told us that our wedding was one of the best weddings they had ever been to.

My husband and I are completely satisfied with our Wedgewood wedding experience. The wedding planning was very easy to follow and minimized stress, even with us living out of state. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, organized and professional. We used all of the recommended vendors and were very pleased with our cake, flowers, DJ, photographer and coordinator. All of our guests loved the beauty of the venue and the fact that the ceremony and reception were held in such close proximity. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests. Overall, we think our wedding was perfect and would not change one decision if given a second chance!

The venue is beautiful, the entire staff is friendly and professional, the food is delicious and overall an amazing value. I would highly recommend this venue for all budgets. They are all so attentive to your needs and quickly respond to questions. My guest were very impressed with everything.I could not have chosen a better venue!

I came in for a visit to this location and didn't end up booking with them, but had an amazing experience. I met with a Jessica Delaney who was very professional and knew her answers and sold the venue very well. There are not many places that will litereally show you around and make an effort to bring a wedding to life, but Jessica did. I didn't end up booking simply because the location was a little far from where my guests were, but a great experience like I had at Wedgewood should not go un-noticed. Thank you Wedgewood, I will definitely pass on the great word to my friends.

I am so happy with everything at Wedgewood. The staff is amazing. The Ceremony set up was beautiful and the reception set up was amazing. The food was delicious. My guest couldnt stop talking about how YUMMY the food was. baked salmon and marsla chicken are the way to go! If you are a bride looking for a the AMAZING WEDDING this is the place to book! Jessica and Aubrey are so wonderful to work with!

Wedgewood was absolutely amazing. I planned my wedding in four months and couldn't have done it with out the help of Wedgewood. They were extremely flexible and helped me achieve everything that I dreamed for my wedding! They're so friendly and only want to assist you in getting exactly what you want for your wedding. From the moment I booked with Wedgewood everything was taken care of. We live in San Francisco and so it was difficult for us to get together with vendors and deal with everything when we were so far away. Wedgewood stepped in and made me feel really comfortable about not being able to see everything up close and personal. They handled the cake, the flowers, the tables the linens, anything and everything you need to make a wedding beautiful. The two coordinators, Jessica and Aubree, were fantastic and always followed up with me right away. If I had to do it all again I wouldnt change a thing. It was a huge success and everyone commendted on how beautiful the venue was.

My daughter was married here in May 2011. Great value. Great service. Amazing venue. Fantastic food...Prime rib was amazing. Impressive and your guest will think you spent way more than you did. We had an event with 140 guest and it was quite comfortable and affordable. They work very well with you througout the process and are friendly and professional. So glad we chose The golf club of Calif Wedgewood :)

What can I say! I fell inlove with Wedgewood the moment I saw it, it is a very beautiful place for a wedding and with everything all set up moments before the wedding it is even more breath taking! It is also very convenient, with the ceremony, reception and pictures in on location. The banquet captain made and served Jon and I are plates which was one less thing for us to tackle. Everything turned out absolutely amazing and better than we could have imagined. I would recomend this location to everyone.

Wedgewood is a fantastic venue. It made the entire planning process so much easier! Their mix and match "menu" of services makes customizing your wedding to be exactly what you want a piece of cake. Wedgewood and their preferred vendors were all extremely professional - working hard to create the vision I had and offering helpful tips and pointers when I was feeling a bit lost. Many of our guests are still raving, saying the wedding and food were the best they've ever attended/had. I can't recommend Wedgewood enough, if I had to do it all over again I'd pick them in a heart beat.

Was completely impressed with Falbrook's venue! It was everything I wanted. Indoor reception and out door ceremony!!!!! Everyone was AMAZING!!!!!!! I would do it again with them any day (even though there is ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN TO!) Honestly for me there were only 3 downfalls to this place.... The fact that the groom & groomsmen don't have a room to get ready in at the site, the bridal room is small & there is no food tasting. Although they end up letting me & the bridesmaids use an alternative room to keep me cool since it was summer & ALL MY GUESTS RAVED ABOUT THE FOOD. It was simply amazing!!!!! We did chicken marsala & beef burgundy tips with mashed potatoes. The chef personally called me to talk things out with me since I was nervous we couldn't taste test & since I was gluten & dairy free. I LOVED the food & everyone else did too. HIGHLY recommend
using them! They are VERY AFFORDABLE FOR A WEDDING. Such a blessing that they help set up things. The people here are so nice and great! Treat them kindly because from a wedding planners personal opinion, they SO deserve it!
