A great place to have a wedding reception! Facilities are excellent, the grounds beautiful, the staff attentive, and the food delicious.
The bridal room was beautiful, well appointed with comfortable seating, plenty of chairs, and large mirrors for makeup and hair styling.
The event director, Bob, was absolutely fantastic. He went the extra mile and took care of all the details for us.
Even rescheduling twice, due to the Pandemic, Wedgewood Pines Country Club was flexible, and worked with us to create the perfect day.
This place should be at the top of your list. Your guests will love it and so will you.

My husband Tim and I had our wedding on 9/18/21 at Wedgewood Pines Country Club. This was our original date and even with the stress of the pandemic, Bob and his team made us feel so comfortable. From the very beginning, Bob included us in on every little detail and was always available by email or phone to answer any questions I had. Our food tasting with chef Eric was incredible. He came out and explained every meal to us that we asked to sample and gave us a variety of sides to help choose one for our special day. The bar offered a premium selection and the prices you couldn't beat! My husband and I chose the Oaks Package and we could not believe what we received for the cost. It was well worth it! With a number of packages and food options, you really can't beat Wedgewood Pines. Bob also set up various meetings with us so that we stayed on track with our planning. It was beyond helpful. The day before we had a beautiful rehearsal and Bob was so accommodating to let us bring stuff up a few weeks beforehand so that we didn't have to stress.

Our actual wedding was BEAUTIFUL. From start to finish the staff was so accommodating. The updated bridal suite is absolutely beautiful and so spacious for getting ready. The groomsmen, groom, ring bearers and fathers were welcomed by the members into their cigar lounge. For being a golf course, the members there were so friendly and so excited to have us there celebrating our day.

The vendors recommended to us by Wedgewood Pines (Mugfords Flowers & Champagne Toast DJ and Entertainment) were incredible. The bar area and outdoor deck/patio for cocktail hour was beautiful and spacious and I love how it is separate from the main ballroom (reception area). When those doors opened for guests to be seated I loved the reaction. Guests could not stop raving about the food, the beautiful space, and the friendliness of the staff and members.
My husband and I would relive our wedding day over and over if we could. Wedgewood Pines exceeded our every expectation. I would recommend them to anyone!

I attended a wedding at Wedgewood Pines County Club last weekend. Everything about the wedding was truly exceptional. This venue is set in beautiful location, you are in the hills on a well landscaped golf course. The staff was very attentive with top-notch professionalism. With that comes excellent food! The Wedgewood Pines County Club is such a pretty venue! The interior of the venue is spacious as well as provides with huge windows all around, allowing you to appreciate the scenery as well as providing with you with plenty of natural lighting which allows for great photos to be taken. When I see family and friends they continue to tell me how much fun they had at Wedgewood Pines County Club. I would highly recommend this location.

Wedgewood is a hidden gem!!! Trish and her team are amazing! They genuinely care for the individuals involved in the weddings at Wedgewood. From the time we met Trish, she was not only kind and compassionate, but put our every desire on a pedestal. There were specific accomodations made for us to use the bridal room upstairs for the ceremony. Although not traditional to the venue, it was made clear that they would do anything to make our wedding memorable. The team worked flawlessly to make this transition seamless. The tasting was simply amazing and couldn't have been done better. Our wedding day was also extremely well organized and went off smoothly! The preferred vendors listed by Wedgewood are highly recommended (photography, DJ, wedding cake, etc). Our guests still can't stop raving about the delicious food, gorgeous venue, and friendly staff even months later!

Kerri at Wedgewood Pines was my savior. We unexpectedly had to change venues and Kerri made my reception more than I ever could've dreamed of! My husband and I were so impressed. Her eye for details is impeccable and she made my special day perfect!

Wedgewood Pines was a gorgeous venue for my daughter's wedding on 4/30/16. The grounds are picturesque, and the venue itself is elegant and lovely. There are ample choices for food selections, and all were absolutely delicious - our guests raved! But what you can't find anyplace else is Kerri Macaluso, who is the Weddings & Events Coordinator - and she is a gem! Kerri is a sweetheart who takes care of running your event from the planning stages through the event cleanup - but most of all she takes care of you! She helps guide you through the many wedding selections (food, napkin colors, cake and floral vendors, etc.) and advises you on how to make your ceremony and event run smoothly and happily. We feel so grateful to have found Kerri - she made our daughter's wedding day glorious from start to finish in a gorgeous location. We highly recommend Wedgewood Pines Country Club and Kerri Macaluso for your next event! Many thanks to Kerri and all the great Wedgewood Pines staff!!

I couldn't have asked for a better place for our wedding! The grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent, and Kerri and her services were amazing. Kerri went above and beyond for our wedding. She was always so quick to respond to my questions and she made sure that everything went smoothly on the wedding day. One of my guests said she was even waitressing! I can't thank Kerri and the team at Wedgewood Pines enough for making our day absolutely beautiful!

This was a GREAT venue, and allowed us to have a classy and elegant wedding that was also fun. Kerri is the BEST, and is one of the principle reasons why we chose Wedgwood Pines. We were not disappointed. She was helpful and flexible every step of the way. She was particularly helpful at helping me to develop a checklist for all the things we needed to think about and consider with tips and information about things that had worked well and less well for prior weddings. Her list of suggested vendors also proved to be great.

We can't say enough about Wedgewood Pines Country Club. Kerri Macaluso was fabulous to work with and really helped us to plan every detail of our wedding reception. She and and her team were very accommodating and looked to provide us and our guests with great service at every turn . The food was excellent, the grounds were beautifully landscaped and made for great pictures. There were a lot of reception package options to choose from so that you could choose the right one for your budget. Everyone has commented to us about what a nice place it was and what a fun time they had. We are so happy that we chose Wedgwood Pines for our special day.

We had a fantastic experience having our wedding reception at Wedgewood Pines Country Club. The entire process with Kerri and her team was so well organized and well executed from start to finish. In what could have been an extremely stressful time, we felt totally at ease in the hands of Kerri and her staff. It was the best day of our lives and we had so many people come up to us to tell us how much they loved the venue. The food was incredible, and the combo plate was a huge hit. We could not have been happier to have chosen Wedgewood Pines as our wedding reception, our only wish is that the day could have been longer!

We absolutely loved our wedding reception at Wedgewood Pines Country Club! It is a beautiful and private setting! Our guests raved about the food and the cocktail hour on their deck. They are especially accomodating for food allergies and sensitivities which was very important for us. Kerri did a fabulous job at helping us determine what we needed, additions we could add to our special day through their venue and services, and figuring out how to make our day personal to us! We highly recommend this venue for weddings and can truly say that ours went off without a hitch at Wedgewood Pines!

My wife and I were married at Wedgewood Pines during the summer of 2015. The venue was beautiful and the service was impeccable. Kerri was fantastic to work with. She had all kinds of great ideas for us to help the day run smoothly while still being completely flexible allowing us the freedom to design our reception the way we envisioned it. Wedgewood Pines gave me the wedding OF MY DREAMS. My guests were blown away by the detail, décor, perfectionism and customization of everything they saw or touched. The food was delicious and perfect for every palate. Everything from the mixed drinks, to the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees all came back with rave reviews. The facility and course conditions were first-rate. Our guests were in awe of the tree-lined landscapes, views from the deck overlooking the pond and plush greens! The facility exudes classic country club architecture with professionalism and polished-friendly staff. The Grand Ballroom is impressively beautiful and elegant. It has charming chandeliers, a detailed wood grained dance floor and romantic lighting that all came together to create a magically ethereal and romantic atmosphere for my special day .
I can’t say enough about the wedding coordinator Kerri Macaluso- she truly went above and beyond in every way possible to meet all my expectations. I owe so much to her! I originally hired a wedding planner before ever having met Kerri and after my first meeting with her, I knew I did not need anyone else. Kerri’s knowledge and experience was light years ahead of any wedding planner I had interviewed. Her knowledge and experience far surpassed even the most impressive resumes. Kerri and her staff REALLY are the DAVID TUTERA of Massachusetts!! Her office walls are filled from top to bottom with countless thank you’s from past brides and families and pictures of couples who Kerri helped on their big day. Again, I cant say enough about her value. She was able to (even in the tightest budget) deliver a high-calibre wedding for me and I am so grateful. Her recommendations and vendors were spot on and her guidance was irreplaceable. I have the most beautiful pictures and grateful guests a bride could ever ask for. There really is no better venue or value to have a wedding at! Guaranteed!! I truly want you to get the credit you deserve!!

Elegant, outdoor wedding feel with protection from weather!

We searched endlessly for an outdoor garden type feel with a good backup plan in case of rain, & were thrilled to find Wedgewood Pines. The main floor has a long narrow terrace with trees behind it, creating a beautiful aisle, and greenery as the backdrop for the ceremony. Tented wall sides can come down in poor weather but we didn't need it; the grounds and pergola are great for pictures. Everyone raved about the food especially the apps, and having such a great time, our day went smoothly and photos there came out great! Kerri was fantastic at helping us figure the details, taking care of our family and guests, and making everything look perfect and run well on our big day. Whatever your vision, casual to very elegant, Wedgewood Pines can make that dream come true!

Wedgewood Pines was absolutely one of the best choices my husband and I made for our wedding. Kerri the coordinator is amazing and will take the time to make your day truly an experience for you and all of your guests. She was very responsive and thorough, answering any and all questions that myself and my mother had. The venue itself is gorgeous, having access to the wrap-around porch on the side of the bar was key as we were looking for an outdoor component for our guests. The food was very very good, a few of my guests mentioned that the vegetarian option (portabello mushroom) was the best they have ever had at a wedding. People also raved over the filet as well. We also had a cart of appetizers brought down for the bridal party specifically which was a total life-saver during pictures. The bartenders were top-notch, accommodating any kind of request we had. Everything ran very smoothly, we had plenty of time to dance and had a great time. I did not have to worry over a single detail, as Kerri was there to make sure we were on schedule and everything was laid out appropriately. I really cannot recommend this venue enough, please go see it yourself and be the judge!

I had a wonderful time working with Kerri at Wedgewood Pines Country Club. Thanks to Kerri's planning and attention, our wedding was wonderful. I was so happy to work with someone who was responsive to all of my nitty gritty questions up to our wedding date. This venue is beautiful, the food was great, and we enjoyed everything about our night.

Kerri and her team did an amazing job putting together our dream wedding. My guests raved about everything from the beautiful grounds, food, and service. The wedding party is treated like royalty. Our personal Wedding attendant (Nick) was awesome. Nothing beats the covered porch for the ceremony though. Beautiful views to create a unique ceremony. The trees and pond create a beautiful New England feel. Choose Wedgewood for a unique and beautiful wedding experience.

From the moment we drove up to Wedgewood Pines, we knew it was the perfect location for our wedding. We entered the perfectly manicured property and didn't know where to look first. The driveway is lined with tall trees, bright flowers, a beautiful pond with a statement fountain, and the golf course. Through the trees you get your first glimpse of the club house and its absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a golf course setting, Wedgewood Pines is where you want to be. From there, we met with Kerri Macaluso, who is the special events coordinator. She is truly the best in the business. From day one, she made me feel as if I was her only bride and her number one priority. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. There was never a detail missed or question unanswered. Wedgewood Pines offers amazing packages perfect for any bride looking to make her dream wedding elegant, beautiful, and most important, stress free! Not to mention the food is to die for. The cocktail hour food was fresh, hot, passed quickly and evenly so everyone was able to enjoy. Dinner was delicious as well! Top notch service. The day of the wedding Kerri, her assistant De, and their team were absolutely incredible. Every detail I had imagined came to life in a way I never thought it could. It was reassuring to know that I could be carefree the day of the wedding, knowing that Kerri and De were in charge. At the end of the evening, I saw a cart filled with all our decorations, gifts, cake, and anything that needed to be brought home. Needless to say, I didn't lift a finger that day! Overall, my experience was an incredible. I would recommend Wedgewood Pines to any bride. It really doesn't get much better than Wedgewood Pines and Kerri Macaluso!

Our wedding was amazing and a HUGE part of its success was because of Wedgewood Pines Country Club! I only have positive things to say about this venue and the wedding coordinator. From the planning to the actual execution of our wedding day, everything was flawless!! My guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was and how excellent the food and service was throughout the entire night! I have ZERO complaints and would highly recommend this venue to any bride, you won't be disappointed! I definitely feel like I got more than my money's worth at this venue :)

I cannot say enough about the wonderful reception we had for our daughter at Wedgewood Pines CC. Kerri and her staff were fabulous - enthusiastic and very responsive to all my daughter's requests. We found our florist, DJ, photographer and cake person at WWP's tasting event and were thrilled with all of them - also very responsive and high quality. The food was delicious, and everything went like clockwork thanks to Kerri. The location is beautiful too. I cannot recommend WWP more highly. Thanks Kerri for making my daughter's wedding her dream come true!!

We had a wonderful wedding on June 22, 2013. Kerri and her team were awesome, she thought of everything! I was very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Wedgewood Pines for anyone looking for a country club wedding!

(Our event was a school fundraiser, a dinner and auction, not a company event. But they don't have that in the drop-down list.)

Our school has held our auction at Wedgewood Pines for the past several years. We've been able to tweak the setup of our event to fit their space, and I think we've gotten the flow to work quite well. The facility has a "night out" feel and is comfortable, and the food is quite good. Wedgewood's Director of Special Events, Kerri, is great to work with. She's very knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. And she has a lot of experience with school auctions as she has personally run a few herself (not to mention that many of the area schools hold their auctions at Wedgewood).

Kerri was unable to be present the night of our event (and was very apologetic about the fact). Instead, the owner of the club was there making sure everything went smoothly.

We decided to hold this year's auction at Wedgewood once again.

Kerri at Wedgewood Pines was outstanding. We had only the reception there, but she gave us good suggestions for the ceremony also.

I had a very short engagement of only five months and planned my wedding from across the country (my fiancee in I lived in Phoenix). It is a daunting enough task to plan a wedding, let alone in a short time, and without being able to meet with people face-to-face. Kerri, the event coordinator, is absolutely wonderful to work with. She communicated all the details to me via email, answered my questions, and even coordinated meeting with me on her day-off because it was the only time I was in town before the wedding day. I cannot express how easy she was to work with and how I didn't have to worry about anything--it was all taken care of, right down to the very final details. It's so nice knowing that you don't have to worry about any logistics during your wedding day, and I had a wonderful time. My guests have said over and over how Wedgewood Pines served the best food they had ever had (and, since most of my guests were over 40, they have been to tons of weddings over time). The ceremony on the deck was beautiful, and the reception inside was even better. Everyone really enjoyed themselves, and Kerri made sure the day was perfect for us. This was by far the perfect place to have a wedding and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!! I had a beautiful wedding and I'm so grateful for WPCC.

Wedgewood Pines is a hidden gem! My daughter and her fiance were planning their wedding from a distance. I checked out many, many places for them, but as soon as I met Kerri (the events manager) and saw the facility and beautiful grounds, I knew we had found the right place. Kerri answered their emails and phone calls immediately and helped them plan an absolutely beautiful wedding from start to finish. Their packages are outstanding and cover practically everything! Kerri had everything under control and the bride and groom felt at ease and not at all nervous or worried about any details. The food was fabulous - both at the tasting and at the wedding. Our friends and family are still commenting about the wedding - the beautiful location, the fabulous appetizers and meals, the service. This was definitely the party of a lifetime!! If you are planning a wedding, you have to check out Wedgewood Pines!

Wedgewood Pines was the sight of our wedding in June 2012. The ceremony was held on site on a covered terrace. This was perfect because it rained as the bridal party arrived to the venue. The ceremony went off without any problems. Our guests were dry and enjoyed the beautiful landscape of the country club grounds. The entire staff at Wedgewood Pines were extremely professional and caring lead by our personal coordinator Kerri and her assistant De. They took all the worries out of it so that we could enjoy the evening with our family and friends. As for the food, the passed hors d'oeuvres and cheese platter pleased all the guests during cocktail hour. And for dinner, we selected the filet and crab cake combo. The filet mignon came out so tender and delicious. Food overall was superb. We had 100 guests that night and the ballroom made everyone comfortable and it was spacious. I whole-heartly recommend this venue for future events. Professional, classy and packaged perfectly.

Our daughter lives in Anchorage, Alaska, and we were responsible for planning her local wedding ceremony and reception. We could not have had more professional and responsive assistance than was provided by Kerri Macaluso at Wedgewood Pines Country Club. The packages at WPCC are generous, and their listing of preferred vendors is a great reference from which to choose what you want for your event. We were delighted with the beautiful ballroom, and with every detail of the decor and the meal. More than one guest told us how their every need was seen-to by Kerri and her staff. A happy bride and groom, and a whole room full of enthusiastic guests make wonderful memories for the hosts of a wedding. We give Wedgewood Pines the highest recommendation!

We had our wedding at Wedgewood Pines in October 2011 and had an amazing night! We were looking for a place within an hour of Boston and somewhere we could have our ceremony in the same place as our reception. We picked Wedgewood because not only does Wedgewood offer both of those, but the entire venue is beautiful, from the well-kept grounds to the ballroom, to the covered terrace where we had our ceremony. Everything about the night was perfect - the weather (pure luck!), the ceremony, the food, and the service. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was (thanks to the venue), how good the food and service was, and what a great time they had. Even my dad, who is the definition of a picky eater, is still talking about the great food. Of course, none of this would have been possible without Wedgewood's event coordinator Kerri. She is a rock star. Leading up to our night, she answered every annoying question I had and had great advice when we weren’t sure what to do. I had 100% confidence that she would take care of everything, and she did. She had every detail covered, from making sure the ballroom looked beautiful to sending us on our way at the end of the night with our leftover cake and bottles of water. It was great to not have to worry about anything, and we were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding!

Kerri and her team provide exceptional service before the wedding and during the wedding. It was great!!! I was very happy with how she had all details accounted for and I was really able to relax and just have fun with my family and friends. The room and decorations were great and the food was outstanding! You really can't go wrong with having your wedding at Wedgewood Pines. PS her preferred vendor list is great! I used most of the people that were available and had great experiences!!

I do not have a single complaint about my experience with Wedgewood Pines Country Club for my wedding a couple weeks ago. Everything went so smoothly with the help of the flawless staff at Wedgewood. Kerri Macalouso, the wedding coordinator worked with me every step of the way and was so helpful and on top of things. We did not have to think about a single detail during the wedding -- everything was just taken care of. The packages offered were a little more expensive than other places we looked at, but centerpieces and cake were included, which eliminated a lot of hassle (and extra cost). The site is absolutely gorgeous and has a ton of spots for great photos. Our ceremony was out on an open porch, which was very classy and intimate. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the food was -- we got a combo chicken and filet mignon plate for all the guests with a delicious vegetarian option of pumpkin ravioli. The location was also easy for local and out of town guests, just off 495 and close to hotels. Wedgewood Pines truly helped me have my dream wedding.

If we could pick one word to describe our wedding it would have to be PERFECT! A big thanks would have to go out to Kerri Macaluso and the rest of the staff at Wedgewood Pines Country Club as they truly made our special day amazing. Kerri was so easy to work with and very detailed oriented. As someone who doesn't give up control very easily, I felt completely at ease knowing Kerri would get everything we needed done. The waitstaff were all very polite and accommodating to our guest and the food was simply amazing - we received so many great compliments about it.

As for the grounds, they are beautifully maintained creating a picturesque background for any event! We loved the idea of the covered porch as it meant we would have an outdoor ceremony regardless of the weather. The space inside was cozy and spacious - we were definitely comfortable with 150 guests!

Wedgewood Pines was the perfect reception venue! They have gorgeous grounds, and an elegant function facility. Kerri, the special events coordinator, was with us every step of the way. The day of our wedding, she was there for the entire event and every request that we had made was executed to perfection. There was nothing that I had to worry about, because Kerri and her staff had already taken care of it. The food is superb, and my guests are still talking about how good it was!

Absolutely PERFECT in every way. I can't imagine working with anyone more pleasant than Kerri and De. They thought of every detail and made it all go smoothly. The wait staff was attentive and efficient. Many people commented that it was the best "wedding food" they had ever had. The custom-decorated appetizer trays were just lovely and such a creative "extra touch". A couple of weeks later, an accounting error was caught by their office staff, and we promptly received a refund check in the mail - I was impressed by this honesty and integrity as I would never have known that a mistake had been made. Thank you so much to the entire staff, and especially to Kerri and De who made everything so easy for us! We would absolutely recommend this venue without any reservations whatsoever!

We had our wedding at Wedgewood Pines Country Club on 7/23/10 and it was fantastic! I was a nervous wreck when starting the planning process, but the wedding coordinator, Kerri, was there every step of the way to do anything she could to assist. She answered any questions we had, recommended fantastic vendors, and was extremely helpful on the day of our wedding.

As if that was not enough, the food was also amazing. All of our guests commented on just how the dinner was delicious and the staff was so professional and courteous. I agreed with them as well. We had some allergies that had to be accommodated, and each staffer knew of them and were very careful when serving.

This venue was recommended to me and I would absolutely recommend it on to someone else. It was the perfect choice and we could not have had a better wedding day!

I came to WPCC after my original venue went out of business leaving me rushing to find a new place. As soon as I walked into WPCC I knew I HAD to have my wedding there. It is gorgeous...the grounds are beautiful and the room is big and bright with many windows overlooking the grounds. I wanted an outdoor ceremony as well but was a little hesitant in case it rained the day of. Not to worry at WPCC, they hold their ceremonies on their deck which has a roof, and sides that pull down in case of bad weather. The deck overlooks a pretty pergola and flowers and you can be outside even if the weather is bad.

The staff is also exceptional. Kerri, the event coordinator, is amazing. She made everything I wanted come true and even added her own personal touches that matched my theme and color scheme. She has amazing ideas to put forth and made the wedding I was creating even better than I had envisioned. Her details and organization made the ceremony run so smoothly and there were no glitches during the reception (if there were, I had no idea about them).

The food is absolutely delicious, I'm still receiving compliments about it. WPCC also runs an "open house" in which couples who are having their wedding there can taste the food and hors d'eourves and meet WPCC's recommended vendors. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who's interested in a country club wedding.

It was the most beautiful place to have a wedding! The porch that can be set up as a chapel was perfect and it made the ceremony even more special to have it in a different location than your meal. Kerri was amazing to deal with and they were extremely willing to do our "odd" wedding meal selection, which was a big family Sunday brunch. Our guest completely enjoyed themselves and will be passing this gem along to anyone else who needs a venue. Thank you to all the staff that helped with our special day! You are all THE BEST!

Our wedding at Wedgewood Pines Country Club was absolutely flawless. I could not say one bad thing about my experience with Wedgwood Pines. Kerri Macaluso, the even coordinator is great at what she does. The preferred vendor list she put together was very helpful. I would highly recommended going with any of the vendor's she recommends. The food was very good for the cost. Wedgewood was able to accommodate all of my guests (we had several with diet restrictions).

My wedding day, was PERFECT, not one thing went wrong, and if it did Kerri and Dee made sure to take care of it with out myself or my husband knowing. There professionalism, and positive upbeat personality on the day of my wedding was extremely helpful on my wedding day. One of the most anticipated days of my life. Selecting Wedgewood Pines Country Club was an easy decision. It is quite lovely. The grounds are attractive. The ceremony site is on the terrace, and with the pull down shades and heating vents, you will not be affected by inclement weather. (That turned out to be very important to us since it rained the day of the wedding.) Their wedding packages are reasonable and flexible. The list of approved vendors was a big help. I found that it was easy to work with vendors that were familiar with Wedgewood Pines and knew what the setup was and how things operate.

From beginning to end, Kerri Macaluso, the wedding director was a pleasure to work with. Kerri has a lot of enthusiasm for making your wedding special. I so appreciate Kerri�s organizational skills. I was always amazed at her ability to keep the details of the wedding in her head, when I knew she had so many other weddings in the planning stage. Her advice was invaluable. She was very thorough in the details � all to make your day go smoothly. Her sense of humor helped too � nothing seems to faze her.

Unfortunately, on the wedding day, an unforeseen problem caused a rather long delay in the start of the wedding ceremony. Kerri and her staff didn�t miss a beat. They were wonderful. The appetizers and the meal were delicious. Kerri, who was hands on during the event, worked with us to make sure the reception was extended so that we would still enjoy the day.

I can�t say enough about the professionalism and the efficiency of both Kerri and the staff. The delay had no lasting effect on the evening. It was a wonderful wedding. We have received many compliments on the food, the venue etc...

Wedgewood Pines did a fabulous job on my wedding. The Director of Special Events, Kerri Macaluso, was great to work with. She is great at what she does, she is very personable and professional; and was always quickly responsive to any question or concern I had. She was a lot of fun to work with and had great ideas for planning the wedding. Kerri and her staff did not forget any detail - from printing personalized hors d'oeuvres trays to printing copies of my readings in case I forgot to bring them to bringing me a jacket to wear between pictures so I didn't freeze. There really was nothing that they didnt think of for me. They are also very flexible on timing of your event and allowing on-site pictures prior to your event should you choose. It is a great place for your ceremony location as well since they have the ability to enclose and heat the outdoor ceremony space - weather is not a concern here!! The food was awesome, and the food service was quick and all servers were very professional. Wedgewood Pines also has a great list of recommended vendors, I used them to find my minister, florist, & live music for the ceremony. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here - not one thing went wrong on my day and that is definitely due in very large part to the competence and dedication of Kerri and her staff.

Our guests have not stopped raving about the fabulous job they did. Not only was the staff amazing, so was the setting and of course the food! My husband and I are so happy with our choice to get married at Wedgewood Pines Country Club and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Kerri, the wedding coordinator at WW helped us so much throughout the course of our planning. It was like getting a personal wedding planner for free! She was so available and knowledgeable and really helped ease our minds during a stressful time. She was even there the night of the rehearsal and wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. In addition, the staff at WW were equally as attentive and such a pleasure to be around. They made us, and our guests feel so special. There was not one person I encountered who did not have a genuine smile on their face and seemed so honored to be a part of the day. It really added to the night in so many ways.
Wedgewood also has many vendors they work with directly to help narrow down the search for florists and wedding cake designers. We chose two vendors that were included with our package and LOVED them both.
The food was also delicious, so many of our guests commented on how it was the best meal they had in a long time. WW also offers a tasting months before the wedding where you have the opportunity to taste different menu options, passed appetizers and can meet the vendors. With certain packages, you can bring guests to the tasting and it is really a great experience.
WW also has a beautiful covered terrace attached to the reception site where ceremonies are held. This was part of the reason we chose WW initially, because I wanted to get married outside but knew the one thing I could not control was the weather...And, when a hurricane moved in for our wedding day, they pulled down side panels and cranked the heat and I had the most beautiful ceremony ever. The rain didn't change the atmosphere on the terrace at all, it was warm and cozy and actually added to our ceremony.
Overall, I can't say enough about how great my wedding was at Wedgewood, I would not change a thing!

When we saw Wedgewood Pines CC for the first time we knew that it was the place that we wanted to have our reception. Once we sat down with Kerri, we were sold. They offer a very comprehensive package that has a lot of bang for the buck. Kerri was fantastic to work with! She was always available weather by phone, email or in person. We did have some requests that we thought might be difficult but Kerri took them in stride and made everything perfect!! Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was!! We would reccommend WPCC to anyone!!

My wedding at Wedgewood Pines was as beautiful as you could imagine. Their wedding coordinator, Kerri, works so hard to make your day perfect. There were many little details that she does as extra. Overall, she is easy to get to with phone and email. They were efficient and organized in their billing process. The facilities are amazing and the pictures outside were fantastic for the fall. The complimentary round of golf was a great time for father/daughter bonding as well! You won't be disappointed.

Wedgewood Pines was an absolutely beautiful setting for my wedding. I had my ceremony here on the convered porch and it was so nice. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. The dessert buffet was a huge hit!

I just had the ultimate fairy tale wedding at Wedgewood Pines. If you're not getting married in a church, I would strongly recommend you get married on their covered porch. It was so beautiful and I can't even describe it. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the facility is absoutely breathtaking. Highly recommended!

We found Wedgewood Pines through an online search of venues in central Massachusetts. After reading through all of the reviews here on Wedding Wire we decided to visit and see if they were accurate. The grounds are beautiful and clearly well maintained, and Kerri's years of expertise in the wedding industry were immediately obvious. She was the only event coordinator I met in my search who actually sat us down and showed us pictures of the weddings that had been previously held at Wedgewood to help us get a good idea of what it could look like all dolled up different ways. Kerri's professionalism was one of the major deciding factors in selecting Wedgewood. She was helpful, responsive and flexible with combining bits and pieces of other packages with our selection to make our wedding exactly what we wanted.

Our wedding went relatively smoothly, though a miscommunication ended up with us going towards the greens which were apparently in play and a golf ball flying at our wedding party. A suggestion for the future would be that it would be useful to inform the bride, groom, or honor attendants in addition to the photographer where exactly the wedding party isn't supposed to go for after ceremony photographs to prevent this from happening. And the only other nit from the whole night is that there was supposed to be a vase for the sweetheart table for my bouquet but it wasn't there.

The hors d'ouevres were delicious and the rest of the food was good overall. Our guests reported to us that some of the steaks were overcooked while others were perfect.The vegetarian and chicken dish guests reported that their meals were delicious.

Overall, Wedgewood Pines is an excellent venue. The wedding packages offered are an excellent value for their quality and Kerri & her staff are professionals. I would certainly recommend Wedgewood to anyone considering it.

We found Wedgewood Pines through an online search of venues outside of Boston, but still easy to get to. The other positive reviews we had seen about it were spot on. The venue itself is gorgeous and well taken care of - many of our guests raved about how lovely it is driving up the long driveway and how it just keeps getting more beautiful. We loved that we could have both the ceremony and reception there and how the ceremony was on the covered porch for an outdoors feel despite New England weather.

Our day was beautiful and everything ran so smoothly - we thank Kerri (Wedgewood's Director of Special Events), her assistant De, and every one of the staff members who helped throughout the night. Kerri was absolutely wonderful and professional to work with. Kerri's years of working with couples and creating beautiful weddings definitely shows in her knowledge and helpful tips, and she shares in such a way where she's helpful but never pushy. She made us feel confident that she would make all of the little wedding details come together, was patient with our questions and requests, and was very responsive.

In addition, the thoughtful things Kerri and the staff do, above and beyond duty - packing up all of our gifts, guest book, cake, decoration items, etc by the end of the night, staff helping me find my shoes and purse and helping bustle my dress, accommodating last minute vegetarian meal requests and allergies, Kerri helping us with our rehearsal, and more - didn't go unnoticed. The food was phenomenal, from the hors d'oeuvre in the cocktail hour, to the first course, and our main entrees. The package we went with was a little more expensive than other venues, but we appreciated not having to search for certain vendors as the items were included. Overall, we felt the services and atmosphere were well worth it.

We continue to receive compliments on our wedding and couldn't be happier with Wedgewood in helping to make it happen.

Getting married at Wedgewood Pines Country Club and working with the Wedgewood Team was an amazing experience. Kerri and the crew were so helpful and flexible. True professionals. She always gave such good advice, had great examples of things, and was so prompt.

The outdoor, covered deck, was a wonderful place for our ceremony. It was great to be able to clear the seats and use the deck for cocktail hour as well. What a gorgeous spot. The bar area inside that flowed into the reception room was fabulous. It is updated, but still gives a more formal feel...with great views!

I was so impressed how Kerri organized, put together, and put out all of the wedding "stuff" you bring. It all looked perfect - even better than I had imagined.

There are also fabulous places for photos and they follow you around with food and drinks so you don't miss out on anything.

Wedgewood Pines is a beautiful venue, and it's so convenient from Rt. 495. As soon as we drove up the private entrance road and saw the lovely landscaping and the pretty yellow clubhouse, I knew I wanted to have our wedding there. The inside of the clubhouse is just as nice, with lots of windows overlooking the golf course and the pond with the fountain. We chose to have both the ceremony and the reception at Wedgewood Pines, and the covered porch for the ceremony is perfect. You feel and see the beauty of nature all around you, but you don't have to worry if it rains. Kerri, the director of special events, was great to work with. She's very organized and professional, and she is very responsive to questions along the way. The wedding packages they offer are terrific, and besides the beauty of the venue, was one of the main reasons we chose Wedgewood Pines. We chose the "gold" package, which included the cake, centerpieces, one hour open bar, etc., and we were pleased that we could also upgrade certain items (e.g., linens) - all you have to do is ask. The staff took great care of us the day of our wedding - the Banquet manager, Dee, was terrific - they all made sure we had everything we needed. And they even helped us load the car after! We were extremely pleased with the service. The food was absolutely delicious! We got many compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We got the combo plate of filet mignon and chicken Florentine, and the meat was cooked perfectly. The preferred vendors they have for flowers, photography, and cake were great. If you choose Wedgewood Pines, definitely go to the open house tasting they have. You get a chance to taste the food and meet with the vendors (flowers, cake, photography, etc.) - it's a great way to kill 2 birds with one stone, so to speak. I highly recommend Wedgewood Pines. Our wedding there was absolutely beautiful, and everything was perfect.

We had our wedding reception at Wedgewood Pines about a month ago and we had a phenomenal experience. Though it was raining very hard the entire day, the venue was still beautiful and the service extremely attentive. Guests were well taken care of and the whole place was just beautiful from the entrance to the outdoor covered deck to the main reception hall. The best way to describe this place is simple elegance and that's exactly the way I wanted my wedding. The attentive service to the bride and groom the day of is also a huge plus. They have people personally making sure you are taken care of the entire evening. Kerri works with you as a de facto wedding planner so you have peace of mind and know your reception is in safe hands (from the big picture schedule to little things like adding your wedding logo to the TV displays and tray napkins). We highly recommend.

I was a bride from Long Island, NY and having an out of state wedding in Massachusetts. Kerri Macaluso, the wedding coodinator at Wedgewood Pines was phenemonal. She went out of her way to put my mind at ease and really helped to create a "Long Island Wedding" for my husband and I, and believe me when I tell you, Kerri has really set the bar for all the other wedding coordinators out there, she was top notch and I really admire her attention to detail.
The food was 5 star, I would give it 6 stars if I could, from the gorgous dessert buffet to the Martini Mashed Potato Bar, guests couldn't get enough of it!! The service and staff were EXCELLENT, and I hope this gets read by the Wedgewood Pines Country Club staff because I really want them to know their hard work did not go unnoticed and every single one of our guests commented on how amazing the service and food was!
The scenery was breathtaking, food excellent, staff excellent, service excellent, and I would recommend this venue to any bride looking for a beautiful venue with New England charm, and SUPERIOR service. Choose Wedgewood Pines Ladies!! At least go and see it!

Wedgewood Pines Country Club is an incredible facility - a perfect place to choose as a wedding venue / reception venue. The location is ideal. The staff at Wedgewood, in particular Kerri & Dee are extremley professional and helpful. They are perfect to work with and can make a stressful event come out flawless. Everyone we talked to at the end of night said the food/venue the was incredible and surpassed any 5 star hotel in Boston. Truly a top notch event. We visited many sites before coming to Wedgewoods and I am so glad we decided on hosting our reception here. I would recommend Wedgewood to any couple seeking a location for their wedding/reception.

My husband and I loved working with Kerri from Wedgewood Pines CC. She was very attentive in helping Ryan and I plan our perfect event. The food and service was outstanding! From coctail hour thru dessert, every guest was served by a friendly and professional staff member. The attention to detail was wonderful. Since we were planning a winter wedding, and held our ceremony on a covered terrace, I was concerned about the temperature the day of the wedding. Kerri went out of her way to rent a heater in case the built-in heaters did not give off enough warmth. They also provided a bridal suite for me and my bridesmaids to dress before the ceremony. The perferred vendors were all very professional and easy to work with. We were able to use the Club House for our professional pictures, and with the fireplace background they came out beautiful! My family and friends all raved about the venue. I would definitely recommend Wedgewood Pines to any bride seeking out a venue.

When we first viewed Wedgewood Pines we knew it was a great spot for a reception. The landscaping is well manicured, the ballroom is nice and has great windows overlooking the golf course, and the wrap-around porch seemed like an awesome spot for cocktail hour.

Kerri was friendly and helpful, and we could immediately appreciate that she cares about each couple/event. She tries to add little touches to the reception based on the couple’s theme or interests and did just that for us too by customizing the appetizer trays to fit our theme. Kerri also worked with my husband to help setup a surprise video for me. Kerri is great to work with, very accessible by email, and always answered my frequent questions. The food was excellent and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful on the wedding day. There were a few minor issues before the wedding day (TV stuck in black and white for slideshow and porch sides still down when weather forecast was good), but we worked with Kerri and everything turned out great. I would definitely recommend Wedgewood Pines for a quality wedding reception venue.

We are so happy we chose Wedgewood for our reception! The guests loved the food and the atmosphere. It poured and thundered during our cocktail hour but we still got some nice outside pictures with a beautiful back drop. The bridal party was under the covered porch outside, nice and dry and our guests were dry because of the covered sides up on the porch. Kerri was great throughout the process. She answered all our questions and was always just an email away. She took care of everything night of so we could just enjoy with our guests! The general manager was very nice too! He helped us a lot during the off season. All our guests were happy and so were we!

We just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wedgewood Pines Country Club and it was a lovely experience. I was really impressed with the way they pulled through on the day of... neither my husband or I had to worry about a thing (except from the other vendors, but that is another review). I should note that we wanted a small, intimate wedding (70 guests) for our non-denominational ceremony and reception, so this place was perfect for that, though I can see it also being fun and accommodating for larger groups.

Pros:
-The setting is secluded and lovely with all the trees. We took advantage of the fall foliage with our wedding date, which the guests appreciated. The fact that we were the only event there that day (their policy) made the venue seem like our little place for the day.

-Kerri, the venue coordinator, was incredibly helpful and helped guide me through most of the major planning details. Even when unforseen events prevented Kerri from overseeing our wedding day as planned, the venue was covered and Dee did not miss a beat in keeping things running smoothly.

-Again, for the type of wedding we wanted (all-inclusive, etc.), the wedding packages were convenient for us. We got the platinum package, which included things like an hour of open bar (top shelf liquor), reception flowers, cake, plus upgraded menu choices, round of golf, etc. So the venue coordinated with the cake person w/billing, which was one less thing for us to worry about.

-Aside from the packages, we really appreciated having several other little details covered at no extra charge. Things like them providing a card box to use, personalized trays with our names on it for hors d'oeuvres, frames we could use to insert our own pictures in lieu of table numbers (we used images of our favorite video games), plus they decorated the escort card table tastefully with stands for the favors and fall leaves. These are little things that wouldn't be a big deal on their own to plan, but they were nice touches and I appreciated not having to worry about them.

-The food was actually really good! We went to the venue tasting in February, which offered nearly all the hors d'oeuvres, several entrees, and both cake vendors (yum). So we got to whittle down the menu based on what we did and did not like. We were happy with all of our menu choices, and people loved the food... the mini hamburgers were a big hit.

-Our group photos were during cocktail hour down on the lower level, and they had a cart set up with chilled beverages and trays of hot hors d'oeuvres for us and the wedding party! It was a very nice touch, especially after hearing all the stories from friends and family who had to forfeit eating their own wedding food because of taking pictures. I didn't really eat much because I didn't want to mess up my lipstick, but everyone else really enjoyed the refreshments.

-We benefited quite a bit from having a Sunday wedding here. First, the venue rental fee was waived, and we did not need to meet a minimum for guests or budget (which was helpful for our small wedding). We got to use gold chavari chairs (MUCH nicer than the ugly burgundy criss-cross fabric ones they usually have) for free because they had been rented for the events earlier in the weekend. Usually they are a couple bucks per chair to rent. Also, a lovely birch chuppah from the previous wedding had been left on the premises, and so we got to use it for our cocktail hour on the terrace.

-The service, at least for my husband and I, was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The servers helped keep me calm prior to the ceremony when a glitch with our DJ caused a major delay in us walking down the aisle. Then during dinner the servers were always checking with us wherever we were in the ballroom, offering drinks, making sure we knew we had food at the table and offering to re-warm it for us (which I think they did but we still didn't make it back to the table to eat!). They gave us our wrapped entrees at the end of the night, which we were thankful for later, as we got to heat them up at the hotel and finally eat our wedding dinner together. They also packed up not just the top layer, but all of our un-cut wedding cake, and it was a lovely surprise to find huge chunks of delicious cake in our fridge the next day!

-The balance owed to us for the consumption bar was mailed like a day after the wedding, with an updated invoice and letter. We were very impressed with their expedience and no hassle way of dealing with this.

Cons:
-Though we appreciated the secluded location of the venue, it is very hard to find for those who are not familiar with Stow or with driving through heavily wooded neighborhoods with questionable street signs. We have lived in MA for years and still almost got lost every time we drove to the venue, and were concerned with guests being able to find the place. All of our guests made it generally on time, so we lucked out.

-Kerri was very helpful, but was not super-responsive in the beginning of the planning stages. Sometimes it was a week or so before I would hear back from her, though she was always apologetic. I am aware that she handles all special events at this venue and is very busy. She was, however, increasingly responsive once we got closer to the wedding, and would respond to my emails or calls within a day.

-The way the venue is set up is such that the brides have to wait in their car/limo in the parking lot until all guests have arrived, then get out, grab their flowers, and walk down the aisle, otherwise guests would see them (the front entrance is also the entrance to the terrace and we were not allowed to dress there early, despite our requests to do so). So we couldn't take pictures there (with bridal party) prior to the ceremony, which would have been a time saver later, and we had to get dressed off site and then pile into a car in preparation to walk. This is not so much the fault of the people at the venue as its building structure, but it was still not ideal.

-We were "strongly encouraged" to do a receiving line out front after our ceremony, even though we don't care for these and wanted to use the time to take the BP pictures we couldn't take earlier (see above). We did this so that the staff could have time to break down the terrace from ceremony mode to cocktail hour mode. So my husband and I just had a brief receiving line with the two of us to accommodate the venue's timeline. We were given the option, but didn't want our guests otherwise standing about in the hallway waiting for cocktail hour to begin, which would have happened if not for the receiving line.

-The covered terrace is lovely for ceremonies, and to shield people from the elements, they have those drop-down, white tent sides with French "windows." It was a bit chilly but sunny on our wedding day, yet they still left the tent sides down over the length of the terrace and opened up only the zippered door part in the guest entrance. The tent flap behind the front of the aisle was completely lifted to allow views of the trees and golf course (and stay out of pictures), which was nice, but I wonder how the tented entrance will look behind me in pictures of me walking down the aisle. I wish all sides had been up for our wedding day, but they said they make a "judgment call" in the morning, and decided to leave it partially tented. I imagine summer weddings probably do not have this issue as much.

Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at Wedgewood Pines CC, and found it accommodating for our small wedding. Despite a few negative aspects, my husband and I have lovely memories from our day there and all of our dealings with them throughout the past year. I would highly recommend them for a wedding event.

Kerry was great. She was efficient, organized and made the wedding day go smother than I could have ever imagined. She made sure that the wedding party was fed. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious. The staff was friendly and were very unobtrusive.

We had both our Ceremony and Reception at Wedgewood Pines Country Club on May 29, 2011. The facility was ideal for the Ceremony and attached Reception Hall; no driving or waiting around for hours for the Bridal Party to finish pictures. The Ceremony cost is not included in the packages. They provide 3 packages, choose the one that best suits you and there are no hidden costs. Kerri, the wedding planner, was very up front and honest with us throughout the entire process. However, the vendor meeting/tasting at Wedgewood was postponed a couple of times throughout the year and we weren't informed until we emailed asking when invitations were coming out. Response time and important information was not prompt getting to us until the final months before the wedding. Within the final months, Kerri was very good about providing a timeline and sitting down with us to make final arrangements. I would recommend using some of the vendors that Wedgewood has on their 'vendor list'. We used the recommended DJ, flowers and cake - you don't have to worry about a thing. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and according to plan and the Reception hall and cocktail area were decorated beautifully. Kerri was conscious in keeping with our color scheme. The food was also presented nicely and tasted great. Kudos to the promptness and professionalism of the service staff. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and we speak for our guests as well :)

We loved Wedgwood! Its a gorgeous setting, with a lovely winding drive up to the clubhouse. The food, especially the apps, is outstanding! Trish, the events coordinator, has been in the business for quite a while, and is very flexible. She clearly wants to ensure that your big day is exactly how you want it, to a fault; she can sometimes get so focused on finding you just what you want or offering so many alternatives that she gets a little off-course. However, she is extremely responsive, super positive and reassuring, and was just so excited for us! She was able to make a number of suggestions that we hadn't thought about, as well as tracking down somewhat unique table linens for us. She has great ideas on how to decorate, what pairs well with what in terms of food, how to set up the room to accomadate guests and musicians/DJs, and has worked with many vendors over the years who she can suggest for things like flowers, cake, and transportation. We had an amazing time at our wedding reception and can't imagine having it anywhere else! While we know most guests at weddings will compliment the bride and groom on a great reception, we really felt that our guests were especially enthusiastic with their compliments on our reception; we had many people tell us that it was truly one of the very best weddings they had ever been to! Thank you so much, Trish and Wedgewood, for helping us make our day stress-free and so, so much fun! We will treasure the memories of our special day there :-)

I really felt I could enjoy my day because everyone else had things under control. The food at Wedgewood was fantastic and Kerri is a great wedding coordinator. She really knows how to plan a wedding. Wedgewood also has relationships with some wonderful vendors. We used Jacques Pastries and Frugal Flowers and loved both.

Kerri M provided great service from beginning to end. Her expertise helped us make decisions all along the way making the whole process much easier. The service was professional and the reception and ceremony locations looked amazing.

I heard some complaints about the food being cold or overdone. Overall the service was great with friendly staff. I would recommend this location to anyone, it is a beautiful location with a great staff who will go above and beyond to make your wedding perfect.

The venue is gorgeous on the inside, and by booking our wedding on a Friday night, we were able to have a smaller minimum and free ceremony location. The food is great, and the team at Wedgewood was willing to work with us on tastings until we were completely satisfied. Special food orders for picky guests were also handled well. The wedding coordinator, Kerri, is extremely responsive to the bride and groom's every question and desire through the whole planning process. Ask to meet any assistants or other coordinators ahead of time, so you'll recognize them in the event they are a part of your special day, too.

Overall we had a great wedding experience at Wedgewood Pines! There were a few mishaps in the planning process that were related to the fact that we had three different event coordinators. I have to be honest about that fact and make sure the ratings reflect that. But the venue is beautiful, the chef is AMAZING - we got so many compliments on the food, and multiple guests were thinking that we spent a fortune when we spent a very reasonable amount here. The original event coordinator, Trish, unfortunately had to leave the venue and she was very on top of things. She left big shoes to fill. The other two coordinators that we worked with were definitely flexible and held up their side of the deal as far as things we had been promised in the beginning. I truly wish everyone there the best! And overall I would still recommend this venue.

Wedgewood Pines is a beautiful place to have your reception. There are several places to take pictures, all of them really nice. The inside is nice as well, a beautiful ballroom. The table setup was great, very elegant and the food is delicious! Many people commented on how nice everything was, which was what I was hoping for. The only bad thing was that it was pretty pricey, but if you are willing to spend the money, this is a gorgeous place to have a reception!

Wedgewood was easy to work with as Kerri the Coordinator I had was spot on! She never missed a trick and was unbelievably helpful when it came down to the wire. She took care of the little things that were important to me. Even with the rain the day was fantastic!

Great location, beautiful rooms. Staff was great - had to adjust the wedding date and they accommodated us!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Wedgewood Pines and had a very good experience.

(Reception Only) The sales process wasn't like the delivery. The wedding planner and her assistant were difficult to work with and had I known what I know now, I would not have chosen it. Great location, view and facilities. The food turned out better then expected, but still not Great! Trust was an issue. For example we were suppose to have strwberries in our champange. We paid extra for it. We didn't get it. When we settled up, I was told why they weren't there, no problem. However instead of reducing the final bill, I had to ask and then got the credit. Trust?
