  Historic charm

  
  Beautiful historic chapel. If you are looking for a small affordable venue with oodles of charm this is it. Rev Wendy Lyons has been doing weddings for years so you can put your fears to rest. she takes the time to get to know you, her process for the ceremony is simple and flexible and really took the pressure off. Her words for our blended family were spot on what we wanted to express. This was the perfect place for us to start married life together.

  Wendy officiated at our wedding. She met with us ahead of time, kept in touch by phone and email, and worked with us to plan a ceremony that truly reflected our promises to one another, our faith and out personalities. Several people said it was the best wedding they had been to. Wendy's extensive and well-written website guide aided us in writing our ceremony and offered many suggestions we found helpful. She brought warmth, faith -- and humor -- to our ceremony. We were very blessed to have Wendy as our officiant and would recommend her to any couple -- and we loved getting to know her!

  Rev. Wendy Lyon was recommended to us by wedding wire and Longfellows. She recently did our wedding on May 23, 2015. She was very patient and knew what my husband and I wanted as far as vows. She gave that personal touch which we wanted. My guests thought she was great.

  Reverend Lyon is fantastic! She is very flexible and dedicated to her service. She worked with us to make sure our ceremony was unique to us and reflected our relationship. She made our guests laugh and enjoy the ceremony...we are very happy she officiated our ceremony.

  Rev. Wendy Lyons was our officiant on our wedding day. After having some troubles with our first choice, not only was it very last minute, weeks before our big day, but Rev Lyons was extremely grateful in helping us, and performing our ceremony. She's very kind, and helpful. She made our ceremony very memorable, and all of our guests commented on how special our ceremony was for the day. I highly recommend her, for any occasion !

  Wendy Lyon preformed our wedding Ceremony at our wedding location in Lake George. She was easy to work with and we liked that her website allowed us to choose options for our ceremony. Wendy was also accomodating when I wanted to use different wording than was on her site. We worked out the ceremony wording through e-mail and she was great to work with.
  
  Wendy also was present at the rehearsal which was definately needed. She guided us through how we were to walk down the aisle and what was to come.
  
  She handed us a temporary marraige certificate right after completing the ceremony(so we could display it) and filled out and sent all legal paperwork quickly as we received our marriage certificate in the mail the next week.
  
  I would suggest using Wendy for your officiant.

  Wendy was great to work with and did a wonderful job at our ceremony. Her website allowed us to completely customize our ceremony, so it made things even more personal. Thank you!
