We asked Kory to replicate a cake that my daughter's now-deceased grandmother had designed 25 years ago for my wedding. He looked at photos of the cake and said he could do that. WOW! He really did an amazing job! The cake was stunning and received many compliments from the guests. It was a very touching tribute to a beautiful woman that we all miss dearly.
The cake also tasted delicious and so did the frosting. We really appreciate that Kory makes his cake and buttercream frosting from scratch - we could really tell the difference.

The cake was beautiful in blue and white with fresh flowers arranged on the layers and topper ordered from Etsy. I had never ordered online before, without tasting, but Chef Cory answers all my questions and came through beautifully. Amazing Flavors & Aesthetics!
We wanted to do something hard. I wanted to get a birch style, nature themed cake but didn't want fondant or molding chocolate. We wanted to be difficult and do buttercream! Not only that, but our wedding was on the hottest day of the year at the hottest time of day. Kory was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Incredible professionalism and attention to detail. He made the impossible possible, and we got a very natural/birch buttercream cake that was absolutely delicious! We were amazed at how well it held up in the heat and everything went so smoothly. The cake was gorgeous and tasted heavenly. I wish the rest of my planning went as well as it did with them. Couldn't recommend them more!

Easiest Decision of the Wedding!
We had a really great experience with Kory for our wedding! We didn't want a cake, so we ended up going with 100 of the vanilla strawberry cream and chocolate raspberry truffle - both seriously delicious flavors. They were done on time and within budget, and did delivery/set-up day of the wedding, which seriously helped cut down on stress. He was even able to help us coordinate a set of vegan cupcakes for our vegan guests, and was very good about working with us on allergies, using our custom wrappers and answering a lot of our questions patiently. I strongly recommend working with Kory!

My husband and I can not say enough wonderful things about working with Kory and Vannessa. Our wedding cake was hands down the best cake we have ever had. People are raving about the cake. Kory was a pleasure to work with. He suggested we hammer out all the details in our first meeting with him so that we did not have to ponder the cake anymore. This was truly a great idea because we were able to check something of the list and never had to worry about how perfect it would be. His cakes are delicious too! All the flavor choices we sampled were awesome, and we ended up choosing the Night & Day and the Lemon Crème with buttercream! Lots of guests commented on how delicious it was! His set up in our venue of the 4-tiered cake on the mirror base with fresh flowers was just beautiful! Kory did a great job and we highly recommend him!

The Best Cake We Could Ever Imagine
Short Read: Kory made our dream cake come true, was extremely well priced, and the cake was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend him, if you go somewhere else you’re probably paying too much for a cake covered in too much fondant.
Long Read: We spent a lot of time calling and emailing cake vendors with an ideal cake in mind. Most places responded that they probably couldn’t do what we wanted or quoted us at insane prices that wouldn’t be worth the cost. Then, Kory came to the rescue. When we had our tasting appointment with him, not only did he say he could make our dream cake, but he was also excited to do something fun and challenging. And boy did he deliver. This cake was far and away above anything we had been expecting. The design and detail was amazing, the colors were perfect, and the flourishes of hand piped frosting and fondant flowers were astonishing. To bring it all together, the cake itself was to die for. We bought a cake with a serving size larger than our guest count and didn’t have a single piece left over! All in all, I highly recommend the Art & Design Center. Do yourself a favor and book with Kory.

Our wedding cake was amazing; wonderful texture and flavor with the perfect balance of cake to frosting. The buttercream frosting was truly smooth without that granular sugar texture. This was the most delicious cake I've ever had at ANY wedding - so happy it was my daughter's wedding :) . My daughter researched local bakeries looking for real buttercream frosting and and a from-scratch cake. This was it :) . She picked the chocolate cake with raspberry jam and ganache and a white cake with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. The presentation was beautiful and exactly what she asked for, and the price was fantastic considering how fabulous it was.

Kory was absolutely amazing! When my husband and I went in to meet with him, we were very unsure of what we wanted in a wedding cake, I believe we actually went in with about 17 different pictures printed off of cakes we liked. Kory broke the cake designs down and worked with us to figure out a perfect design. When it came to the flavors of the cake, he had a piece of each cake flavor available at our first meeting! The cake was delicious and beautiful! Kory ensured that our cake arrived at our venue on time!

Kory's work made our wedding day complete. My husband and I have never been much of cake people but the minute we tried our cake sample I became a cake lover. We had a lemon filled cake for our wedding cake and did chocolate fudge and raspberry cream cupcakes that turned out amazing too! Our cake was picture perfect along with the cupcake display. We have had many guests compliment our cupcakes and seek out Korys information. Thank you Kory for making our dream wedding a reality. I would highly suggest you to anyone.

Kory was awesome! He made us an absolute gorgeous cake that we got so many compliments for! Not only was it a piece of art (that I didn't even want to cut!) but it was so delicious! I gave Kory a picture of an elaborately decorated cake I found on the internet, and he matched the color and design exactly. You can book this vendor with confidence....you will get an amazing product that looks as good as it tastes! My wedding was 3 weeks ago, and I am still getting amazing feedback about the cake from our guests!

I needed a three tier Dobos Torte decorated for a rock and roll surprise party. After reaching out to multiple bakeries who told me it was impossible, I found Wedding Cake Art and Design who didn't blink and eye. Kory created a delicious cake for a special birthday luncheon that was exactly what we had hoped -- fairly simple in overall design but with with special details and touches that meant a lot to the "birthday girl." He picked up on the details from the invitation in a charming way. The cake was delicious and the chocolate fudge filling was completely crave-worthy.

They worked with us on billing, made sure the cake was delivered safe and sound, and even let me use some real sea shells on the cake as part of the decoration! They made it so easy and the cake was delicious! By the way, they do offer to make it gluten-free for a little extra cost. Just ask them. :) We opted not to do that to save some money, but they do offer it.

I came to Kory about 20 days from my wedding date. He was extremely helpful and understanding with my situation (last minute change of plans left me without a wedding cake and panicking!). We discussed everything in great detail over the phone and email, and he reassured me what I wanted was possible, and - even better - within my price range. Well, the day came, and I was so happy! He created the wedding cake of my dreams, exactly the same as the picture I gave him of a cake I had seen on Pinterest; it was like he just pulled it straight out of the picture. Even the color of the cake was perfectly matching my mint green theme. Everyone loved the taste - I picked lemon cream and night and day (vanilla and chocolate) - and still I am getting compliments on how beautiful it was. I had a birdcage cake, it looked just like one! Kory did our wedding cake back in October 2009 and it was wonderful. This past weekend (October 2013) my twin girls were baptized and we knew we wanted a beautiful cake so we went to Kory. He did an amazing job and everyone at the reception was completely blown away by his work and attention to detail. Of course the cake tasted delicious as well! It took my breath away. It was more beautiful then anything I could have imagined. We both agreed it was exactly what we wanted. As gorgeous as it was, that could not compare to how good it tasted. We received many favorable comments on the excellent taste of the cake which had a fondant icing and two different types of layers and fillings. We found Kory Rollison most willing to work with ideas from our florist and the person who designed our invitations. Her designs were incorporated into the cake's decorative design. Until now, my great grandmother was the best baker I knew (and she was really good!!) But one taste of Kory's cake changed everything! Now I love cake, but I just never knew it to be possible to taste THAT good! And the fondant? Don't be afraid to try it with Kory, I tasted that too and it was like an edible playdough that actually tasted good! 75th Anniversary Party
This company was so easy to work with and always got back to me very quickly. Rory and Vanessa both work full time jobs and still manage to create the beautiful cakes! Everyone at our party said the cake tasted so good. I also loved the cupcakes. Kids and adults alike loved the cake pops!
I went with this company even though our party was 3 hours away and I transported it all. Everything was packaged and survived the trip in great shape!

Delicious!
Our cupcakes and cake turned out so good! Not only were they beautiful to look at, but they were the best tasting cakes I've ever had! I couldn't recommend Kory more for your wedding cake!

Great service!
I liked how we were able to customize our cake by looking at pictures and picking what we liked. Kory was very organized and prompt. He even dropped the cake off at our venue so I didn't have to worry about it at all!

Kory has made two bridal shower cakes for me and they were both beautiful and delicious. He is easy to work with and very helpful with suggestions. The cakes are four layers, not the typical two and he has a great selection of flavors. We did two tiers with one the vanilla with chocolate ganache filling and the other vanilla with raspberry and buttercream. They were wonderful! These are not your typical bakery cakes, so if you want something special for an extra special event you can't go wrong with Wedding Cake Art and Design!

Kory was very easy to work with and made all of my request look wonderful. Everyone loved the cake (Chocolate w. Chocolate Gnash & White w. Raspberry Filling)! The cake was perfect, and he worked with our florist to add flowers to our cake. His prices are very reasonable and there isn’t anything he can't do!

Our wedding cake was amazing. I had so many guests tell me it was one of the best cakes they've had! Kory was also super accommodating and really easy to work with. One of the perks he offers is having two flavors without an added cost. After we went in for a tasting, we kept going back and forth with our second flavor. When we asked for more samples, he provided them so we could make the most informed decision. The cake looked beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend going with Kory!
