Amazingly fun!

Vital Image came recommended by an old coworker after they had worked her wedding and we loved the idea of a “one stop shop” for some of the most important aspects of our wedding day. Tasha was our coordinator, Nicholas and David did our photography, Mark was our videographer, and Paul was our DJ. Nicholas was an amazing photographer to work with throughout our wedding journey! He was so tolerant with us as two people who have never really had professional pictures taken before. We worked with him for our engagement pictures last year and he was so much fun traveling around Tosa and capturing us outside our first date spot. Then when it came to our wedding he worked more of his photography magic! We had such a great time capturing the day in the Third Ward and even traveling to get a picture at our first kiss spot at Cathedral Square. He’s so professional and we’re beyond excited to see all the pictures from our big day! David was wonderful as our second photographer! He was very professional and personable and helped the day run smoothly with all our photography requests. We loved knowing that all of them have worked together and could handle anything the day threw at us. They worked like a well oiled machine and we couldn’t be happier with how the day flowed and ended up. We will gladly recommend Vital Image to any happy couple!

Vital Image DJ - Craig all thumbs up!

Vital Image DJ was an absolute highlight of our wedding day. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, fun, and refreshingly easy. Their app deserves a special shoutout. It made planning the music feel simple and actually enjoyable, allowing us to choose specific songs for each part of the day and feel confident that every moment would sound exactly the way we imagined.

While the dance floor is the obvious focal point, the audio from our officiants mic, to coordinating mics for speeches, and ensuring the proper song was playing during the wedding party walking down the isle was perfection.

Craig, our DJ, was fantastic. He was easygoing, upbeat, and completely in tune with the energy of the room. He struck the perfect balance between professional and personable, keeping everything flowing seamlessly while making everyone feel comfortable and ready to celebrate. His ability to read the crowd kept the dance floor lively all night long.

And then there was karaoke, something we never even imagined would be possible at our wedding. Craig made it happen effortlessly, and it turned into one of the most joyful, laugh filled parts of the night. Vital Image DJ didn’t just play music; they created an experience that felt personal, fun, and unforgettable. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ who makes planning easy and brings incredible energy to your celebration.

Amazing work!

Mia and Leo did an amazing job! We truly cannot say enough amazing things about them. On our wedding day, they made us feel completely comfortable and captured every special moment so naturally and beautifully.

The photos are beyond anything we could have imagine. Looking through our gallery felt like reliving the entire day all over again.

DJ Rich and coordinator Valery were amazing!

DJ Rich was great! Engaged with the crowd and was a lot of fun. He clearly loves his job and wants everything to go smooth. Valery as our day of coordinator was great!! She kept everyone on time and also made sure we had drinks and food as the day flew by. She even helped the photographer and us with pictures. Can’t say enough good things!

Great videographer option!

We were very happy with vital images as sour videographer- they were flexible, responsive, and delivered high quality work. They worked side by side with our photographer which made our lives much easier that day. They captured amazing special moments and were so happy to have those to look back on. Fantastic DJ experience

We had Rich as our DJ for our wedding and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! He made sure everything ran smoothly during the reception, he had a great list of songs and ways to get everyone dancing, the up lighting looked beautiful, and he was fantastic coordinating with our other venders. He helped us so much during the set up and gave a lot of tips for how to do certain things that we never would have thought about. Not only was he great at the wedding but he was the most helpful person we had in setting up everything. If we had questions or last minute adjustments, he would respond to our emails in literally a few minutes to give us our answers. I can not give him enough praise about how great he was for us. Having him as our/your DJ is the best possible choice.

Best dj ever!

Rich was hands down the best DJ I've ever seen! It has been weeks since the wedding and my guests are still talking about him. Rich did a phenomenal job making my 5 year old son have the time of his life. Our dance floor was PACKED the entire night. If you want a night you will never forget, Rich is definitely a way to guarantee it!

Great service for great value

We hired Vital Image for our DJ and videography.

Craig was our DJ and he did an incredible job! We had a unique request to play all Brazilian Bossa Nova during dinner (bride is Brazilian), and he fulfilled this request flawlessly. The vibe at the dinner was exactly what we wanted. The maid of honor requested a song to play during her speech - he nailed it! Most importantly, he kept the dance floor going all night. He had the dance floor hopping by the 3rd song of the dance!

Tayler was our videographer. We hired a photographer who was not from Vital Image due to other connections we had. Tayler worked very well with our photographer team. She was very sweet and did her job discreetly and tactfully. Can't wait to see the final video!

So professional and fun to work with

Nicholas and Hardy were fantastic to have around for our big day, and did the most to connect personally with us and ensure we got the photos we wanted. We received our photos today and I am beyond thankful that we trusted our special day to Rich and the Vital Image team! Any photographer can snap the dress you wear the the dance you share, but Rich and his team managed to capture the inside jokes, the special glances, and all of the emotions that went into our perfect day. Extremely happy with Vital Image! Emma helped us with all of our needs throughout the entire engagement. Nicholas was a dream come true as our photographer. He was detailed oriented so we had an exact plan heading into the wedding, he knew my style and had poses ready for us, and he continually checked to see if there was anything I needed. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and he took amazing photos. We also had our DJ, Diego, through Vital Image and he was great! Vital Image was an amazing company to work with. My husband and I used them for our engagement photo shoot, and wedding photography & videography. Trish was our lead, Hardy our second photographer, Brigitte our assistant & Sam our videographer. They were so accommodating the entire day and fulfilled duties far outside the scope of just photography & videography. They were so kind and patient, yet assertive and able to command attention from the group. They took time to get every single shot I had requested on our photo timeline. Trish was able to recreate every photo I wanted and has amazing attention to detail. We haven’t gotten all our photos and videography back (due to our wedding being 3 days ago), but I already know they will be absolutely amazing. Trish was extremely prompt in getting all of our edited photos back to us from the prior engagement photo shoot and even edited a few photos for a sneak peek (which are absolutely stunning). Thanks to Vital Image for your incredible work!! You guys are our photographers and videographers for life!! We are so pleased with the service and can’t wait to receive our finished photos and videography.

Craig handled our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! I had full intentions of writing a bad review of Vital Image after I was told my Officiant + DJ were no longer with the company TWO WEEKS before my wedding. Rest assured, Rich Henry, owner of Vital Image, reached out to me and more than made up for it. He spent the time to go over all my correspondences with my previous Officiant and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. He even made it a point to be there for the Rehearsal when I originally wasn’t going to have my Officiant there. I was so impressed with him and his knowledge and ability to delegate and coordinate with my wedding party, wedding coordinator, photographer and DJ. He also made an effort to make sure I felt I was getting my money’s worth regardless of all the chaos. Though I don’t wish what happened to me on any Bride, I am happy to leave this 5 star review to Rich and the Vital Image team for making sure I was taken care of. My big day went perfectly thanks to their help!

Wedding photographs are one of the few things from the wedding that you’ll have forever and isn’t just a one day expense, so we knew we had to get this right. There are a lot of good photographers in the Milwaukee area, but don’t feel like you have to spend a fortune to get a good one. We chose Vital Image partly due to the very affordable price they offered, but we were extremely happy with the quality of photos we got, the customer service we received, and the other options they offered. They let us look at samples of photography and pick the style of photographer we liked best. We did engagement pictures with them as well which were very affordable and very well done. This also allowed us to get to know our photographer, Seth, ahead of time and build a relationship with him. Seth was great with our engagement pictures and really made us feel comfortable. We aren’t really a selfie/picture couple and feel awkward taking pictures, so the fact that Seth made us very comfortable is really saying something. He immediately showed us what the pictures were looking like during the shoot, asked for and took any feedback we gave him, took pics of any ideas we had, and gave us ideas we hadn’t thought of. He stayed until he was sure we got all the pictures we wanted. Seth also met with us a few weeks before the wedding to get the timeline down. We hadn’t really thought of any timeline so he helped us through what most people do and we used that timeline when other vendors needed it and it worked out great. The day of the wedding Seth was always on time and right where he needed to be. He fit right in with my guy friends and was able to joke around and make us laugh, and he made the girls feel comfortable as well. He got a bunch of good solo shots, groomsmen shots, bridesmaid shots, and group shots. He got a bunch of shots of our niece and nephew who were the flower girl and ring bearer. He was great at the posed shots as well as the candid shots. He seemed to get a photo of

We used Vital Image for our wedding on August 26. I had heard about them because another friend on FB had used them in her wedding and, since I wanted to keep my wedding vendors local, I checked them out. They were amazing! Tasha and Emma always answered my questions and emails promptly and completely. They were super flexible in scheduling appointments for me since my husband and I work opposite shifts. On the day of, Seth (our main photographer) was phenomenal. He kept the pictures rolling so they didn't take a long time. We didn't have a lot of directions or certain pictures we wanted and all of his suggestions turned into great pictures! I cannot compliment Seth enough for going with the flow and taking amazing pictures. The 2nd photographer, Leo, did a great job of catching the little moments of guests at the wedding. Best wedding decision I made!

10 stars out of 5. One of the best investments we made for the entire wedding. Seth was positive, quick thinking on his feet, and made sure stayed on pace with everything which was much needed. Everything ran smoothly and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything— it was an awesome feeling to trust your photographer and not have to worry about if they’re getting what they need! And he stuck it out as we got down poured on in our field photography... kudos to him! We also had him for our engagement photos and he was climbing on trees and anything else you can think of to get the right shot. If that’s not passion, I don’t know what is. Zero regrets, worth every cent.

We could not be happier with Vital Image they are a fantastic company to do business with. We booked them for our wedding and they are affordable, friendly, professional and very easy to get a hold of at any point. If you want a photographer who works hard, takes car of business, has a great sense of humor and is an extremely talented photographer to boot I with I highly recommend you request Ashley Barrett. Ashley knows how to roll with the punches, take charge of your unruly family/bridal party, captures moments naturally along with recommending great poses. We could not of been set up with a better fit then her for out wedding day.

These guys made our wedding! Rich, Ashley, Kevin, Kerri and Robert were absolutely amazing. All of our guests are still talking about how great they were and how much fun they made it. I did the whole package with Vital Image. They were my photographer, videographer, dj, hair & make up, transportation, photo booth and so much more! If I ever had a question in the wedding planning process I emailed Tasha- one of the wedding coordinators. She helped me with my Save the Dates, where to go for wedding invites, the timeline for the day, etc. It was so nice working with them, we were shocked at first that we had to pay 90 days in advance- but the best part of it was doing the monthly payments. We didn't have to come up with a huge lump sum for them, and the last 90 days everyone wants to get paid the caterer/florist/desserts etc. So having them done way ahead of time was, well amazing.
Seth was our photographer for the wedding day, and our engagement session. I could not have asked for a better person to be there the whole day, he was ontop of things and made the day just run on time and smooth. The pictures look amazing!
Kevin was our videographer, although we have not received the video yet- since I just got married a few weeks ago. I cannot wait to see the video, Kevin was so ready for every moment and was just a hoot the whole day with Seth.
Bill was the DJ, I let him basically take charge of music, I gave him some must plays, and the special dance songs. But let him decide off the vibe of the night to play what he thought was right. He did an awesome job and kept the dance floor full!
The Photo Booth was fun for all guests- I got the keepsake scrapbook just full of friends and family having a good time.

Having 1 vender for everything made it so nice, I just had to tell 1 person what was going on and they dispersed the information. I didn't need to make 10 different phone calls.
I would recommend Vital Image to all of my Friends and Family!

Almost every little girl dreams about the day when she will be married, I was no different. The only difference being I decided to wait I did not get married. I did not get married in my 20s or in my 30s or even in my 40s as a matter fact. As the years roll through and you hear your friends and family tell stories of the "process" of wedding planning I became more and more fearful. However my day came I got engaged!! That when I started what I thought was going to be a very strenuous, chaotic and downright no fun planning part of my wedding.
Until... I found vital image!
They are in all in one company. I got to seamlessly and effortlessly plan out not only my dream wedding but they made memories and heirlooms for generations to come. They make you feel so comfortable while going through the planning phases I genuinely felt they were part of my wedding party not just a vendor. I don't just recommend vital image I believe they are the only choice when planning your wedding. They have the best photographers, videographers, and DJs.

We got married on July 3, 2016 and Trish and her team were awesome!!! We had Trish shoot our Engagement Photos and we loved her job that we made sure we had her reserved for our wedding day. She was awesome to work with and had us laughing the whole time. She was like our wedding planner the day of our wedding and made sure that everything ran smooth with no hiccups. We received the photos and they are amazing!!! Even our guests loved Trish that they continue to ask for her business card/information because they want to use her for any future events.

Used them for DJ and photo booth. Could not be happier. Our DJ Bill was awesome! He did a great job feeling the crowd and had everyone dancing all night! I also like how their website lets you request songs, I had a whole playlist for preceremony and cocktail hour which he played. Be careful about your package however; we did not realize that the ceremony was not part of our package but they ended up including it when we asked, since the ceremony and reception were at the same venue. I would have been furious had they not been so accommodating about it!

The crew with Vital Image helped so much that I just have to say they were great! Our photographer kept in touch with us and we felt very much at ease with him on the big day. We meet a couple months before the wedding to plan out the day and he even made a timeline that we could take to our catering and venue coordinators. It was a huge help for us. Plus, their photos were incredible! We also used their video service and was pleasantly surprised by the video montage. At first, we were unsure about getting a 10 minute summary of the day but it turned out wonderful. The DJ was awesome. We were dancing and having fun all night. It was great. Their photo booth is a party booth, because it is so huge. But, that means it's lots of fun too. We had an incredible day and the Vital Image team really stepped up and help make it happen. It was the right choice.

What an experience, we didn't expect to find everything in one location. We got our Photo, Video, Photo Booth, DJ and a party bus from Vital Image. Everything was perfect. Our photographer was skilled and professional and we loved our final photos. The video was a 12 minute montage that perfectly summarized the day. The Photo Booth was a huge hit plus it was roomy enough for 4 to 6 adults. The DJ was just beyond compare. He really made it a fun party for us! If I could give Vital Image six stars, I would. They are the best.

We made the right choice going with Vital Image. The all inclusiveness of their operation is the best. We got a great photographer along with a really cool videographer. The DJ was simply the best. We even got a photo booth and it was a unique novelty for our guests. Everyone tells us they had a great time and we owe that to the teamwork by the professionals at Vital Image.

Where do I start, our photographer was a hoot and we loved Rich's energy and the photos. The whole day went better than we expected. The Vital Image team is tops with everything that we needed from one vendor! That can't be beat. The videographer was laid back and the 12 minute video montage of our day is perfect length while capturing all the important moments plus fun highlights. Their DJ is phenomenal. I could not believe how they filled the dance floor initially and we able to play the songs that kept people wanting to dance. It made for a great night. The transportation was everything we expected. Their photo booth was a huge hit with everyone. We made the right decision going with Vital Image!

We absolutely love the one stop shopping that we found at Vital Image. We got our photography, videography, a photo booth, the DJ, and a party bus through them. There aren't enough ways to describe how wonderful the Vital Image Team is. We hired them to do our Videography, DJ and we added a photo booth because of the incredible deal to add one our package of services. We love Ryan the videographer and Jason our DJ and Madison our photo booth attendant. They made our evening FUN! We got a great video montage of the wedding day. I wasn't sure at first but after watching the entire day condensed to a 12 minute video clip; this is far superior than enduring a two hour wedding video that bores everyone to tears before it is half way done. Their clips were perfectly timed and crisply edited. Our DJ, Jason did an outstanding job getting people on the dance floor. He was great. When we got to look at the guest book from the photo booth, it was hilariously good! Loved getting to see our family let their hair down and have fun. We are so happy with Vital Image. They know their stuff!

We eagerly hired Rich and Vital Image after observing his performance and work in another wedding. Rich is smart, outgoing, composed, and, hilarious. We had the opportunity to work with Rich for more than a year. Throughout that time Rich, and his team at Vital Image, provided us with thoughtful ideas about our wedding and photos. Rich took the time on two separate occasions to spend more than two hours with us to answer our questions and discuss our wedding day. Rich is also an expert in Milwaukee photography, which helped us immensely to select the best spots for photos. We received many compliments about Rich and his Vital Image staff from our more than 200 guests on our wedding day. The compliments revolved around Rich's humor, patience, and content--all characteristics that gave us reason to hire Vital Image in the first place. We also used Vital Image for the wedding party's transportation--we had so much fun. Rich also gave us a great financial deal to which we earnestly paid more in tips because we found his work spectacular.

One of Rich's photos of our wedding made three websites within a week including--most prominently--The Huffington Post. We would enthusiastically hire Vital Image again. We highly recommend Vital Image, and Rich, for your wedding. Thanks for everything Rich!

Vital Image Photography did an amazing job on our wedding day. Our photographer, Rich and his team made sure our day was unforgettable. I just got married and have to say going with Rich at Vital Image was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. We used Vital Image for our Photography, DJ, Videography and party bus. When I first emailed Vital Image Rich got back to me within 5 minutes! I could not believe it. Then when we talked on the phone to setup a time to meet he shared with me several ideas for our venue and ceremony. I got so excited I looked over at my husband and said I think we found our photographers.

During our meeting Rich shared with us a little about his company but wanted to focus on what we wanted (very refreshing as others we have met only wanted to talk about their styles and what they do). Its easy to say at the end of the meeting I was ready to book but Rich insisted that we take a couple of days to think about it. Once we walked out Mark looked at me and said “I really like these guys and I think we should use them”. Well that was it we turned around walked back in and said we have thought about it long enough we want you!

They really helped with the flow of our wedding day. To say our day was without problems (who has a perfect wedding day) would be a lie but because of Rich and his team we were able to stay on time and did not miss anything. Through out the day everyone kept asking where did you get your photographers? They kept everyone laughing and having fun.

During the reception the DJ did a great job and was constantly working with the photographers to make sure everything was captured just the way I wanted it.

I would highly recommend Vital Image to any couple. They truly care about your wedding and what you want. Thank you Rich and the entire team at Vital Image you made my wedding just the way I dreamed.

Rich has been excellent to work with thus far. We went with the Ultimate Package for our wedding day, which isn't until August 2015. I want to let everyone know about Vital Image Photography. We were able to hire the photographer, videographer, a DJ and get a photo booth all from one company. I was so glad we met with the staff several weeks before the wedding to go over the timetable for the day. (Silly me thought all the family pictures afterward could be done in 30 minutes.) Everyone was warm and friendly and wanted to make this the best day possible.

The photographers did a great job of recording the highlights (and sometimes embarrassing) moments of the day. They also kept us on schedule to the next event throughout the day. I liked that Seth wasn't always in my face during the day and used a long lens so he could be at the back of the church during the ceremony. I didn't like being distracted by the photographer at a friends wedding earlier this year.

The photo booth was a big hit. I have over a hundred pictures of friends and family and I didn't have to take 20 disposable cameras to have pictures developed. I have a scrapbook and a flashdrive of all the pictures (great for blackmailing a few friends).

I would, and have, recommend this company to anyone getting married.

We are glad we found the Vital Image team and had them handle our wedding. They are very professional, responsive, and best of all they made everything fun. Initially, we were looking for only a photographer but we ended up finding our Photographers, Videographers, DJ, and Party Bus plus we a wicked good deal on a photo booth.

We just love these guys! they were Fun, Exciting, and the team made our day very enjoyable. Plus the pictures are absolutely gorgeous.

A little over a month before the wedding we met with our photographer and developed a timeline for the day. That really helped keep us on track and minimized getting behind schedule. Overall, I could not believe we got so many vendors from one location and the savings were substantial which helped our honeymoon budget.

We used these services from Vital Image: Photography, Videography, DJ, Photo Booth, and their Limo.

Photography - high fives all around! They nailed it for us.
Videography - we love the video and how it's shot with a cinematic quality.
DJ - three words... Dance, Dance, Dance; they can fill the dance floor; no complaints at all.

I just had to let your site know about the great team at Vital Image that made our wedding so special. It was great to find one company that offered everything we wanted at a reasonable price. Meeting with the lead photographer several weeks before the big day eased some of my stress because we were able see a timetable with all the people that would be working the event. Everyone was friendly and very professional throughout the long day.

We had a lead photographer and an assistant photographer to capture all of the special moments (can't wait to blackmail a few friends who were on the dance floor). Lead photographer Seth kept us on schedule even when we were almost running late. Seth and Sean worked together to get many different shots all while never making us feel as if we were being pushed around. Many times during the reception, I forgot they were even there because they weren't in my face all night.

Our videographer, David did a great job of condensing a full day of events into a couple of hours without losing the key moments of our ceremony and the highlights of our reception.

The DJ (Bill) made sure all eyes were on us for the first dance and then kept the guests on the dance floor for most of the night. I appreciated that the music wasn't so loud that people didn't need to "escape" to the outdoor deck to talk to friends. Nothing is worse than leaving with a headache because the music is too loud.

The photo booth was a BLAST!!!! Everyone was having fun going in with props and taking pictures. Several were surprised that the pictures were printing while they were putting things back on the table. One of our guests is in a wheel chair thought he wouldn't be able to get in the booth. Not a problem. they opened the back panel and he was able to drive the chair straight inside. They were able to adjust the camera for the children that didn't want to leave.

I just want to say thank you to Vital Image making it a great experience!

These guys are the best and so much fun. They kept us laughing and kept the wedding day upbeat and fun.

Trish and Tasha were our awesome photographers then later on Tasha set up and ran the photo booth for us. It was incredible. We just love the photos and were so pleasantly surprised by the size of their photo booth. It really is a party booth! We got 6 people in it easily. When we wanted to get our Grandmother in the photo booth, they brought over a chair for her. Their camera is a web camera with awesome flexibility and it was able to adjust for her being seated. That was an awesome touch!

The photos from the ceremony and reception were great. The fun photos from the photo booth were just goofy and great. It was so funny when we got to review the personalized guest album and see the comments and stuff folks wrote by their photo strips.

We found these guy through a groupon ad for their photo booth services. We ended up going with them for both photography, videography, and the photo booth. Their pricing is just the best like they gave use of the photo booth at a huge discount since we booked the photographer.

The photographer was Seth. He was fun and kept us laughing the entire time. The photos are great and just what we wanted.

The photo booth is huge! I have an uncle who uses a wheel chair and their booth is handicapped accessible like yes it is that big. We got four of us with a wheel chair in the booth. I was shocked, amazed and very happy all at the same time. They told us that it is a party booth and they were not kidding. Because they use a high quality web camera, they could adjust for my uncle being seated. These guys are best!

The team from Vital Image was great! Trish and Tasha got wonderful photos from our wedding day. They were able to capture our wedding day in a thoughtful and romantic way that just blew us away. Did I mention we love our photos! The field photos were everything we want and more. Trish really captured the emotion of our wedding day. We had Seth for our photographer. he has a wonderfully creative eye and really captured the images we wanted in both style and mood. We also had a video shot and Kevin did a bang up job following the photographer and getting awesome behind the scenes looks in addition to the other great camera angles he was creating. I almost missed the fact that these guys provide photo, video, DJ, photo booth, and limo services. We took advantage of this convenience. The DJ was impressive and keep the atmosphere hopping. The photo booth was a Party Booth with its size and the great selection of props. We really enjoyed looking through the photo booth album and seeing how many of our friends let their hair down and had fun in the Party Booth. These guys are good and they earned a 5 Star rating!

Trish is an outstanding photographer! We are so happy with our photos. She really captures the emotion of the moment and the pictures tell a great story about our wedding day. Seth was our photographer and he did great engagement photos for us so we had high expectations for the wedding day. He did a wonderful job at our wedding! David was our videographer and again, we just love the video he produced. I was a bit nervous about booking everything with one company. I’m here to say it was the right call. Our DJ was fantastic. He took requests and kept people on the dance floor all night. And, their photo booth… what a hit! Everyone loved it because it is big, roomy, and you fit 4 or more people in it without feeling claustrophobic. The experience we had was nothing short of remarkable and met every expectation.

Right from the moment I contacted VIP I knew that we wanted Rich for our event. Our engagement session with him went really well. Rich was able to get my husband to smile, which is not easy! The pictures were flawless and had prompt turn around time. I also did the Boudior session with Rich. I was a little nervous at first because you do not know what to expect. He offered a great salon to do my makeup and hair, which turned out amazing! At the studio he made sure that I felt comfortable: he gave me a tour of the place and offered several sets to choose from. A book was put together that had 10 images with 10 things I love about my husband. It made the book personal and let my husband know the things I love about him. Then we used Rich for the wedding day and he was amazing. Rich helped us create a day of itinerary prior to our event so we knew how the day would pan out. He helped take a lot of the weight off of our shoulders...I guess having a background in wedding planning gives this photographer an edge that others do not have. All in all, Rich is the best wedding photographer in Wisconsin!!! Ladies, if I could offer any advice: contact him first before booking the hall or anything! VIP will be the best money you ever spent and every moment will be well worth it. We also rented a photo booth from VIP and let me tell you, our guests had so much fun with it. They printed off two copies of the photos, one went to the guest and the other was placed into a photo album for the bride and groom. The guests were encouraged to sign the book and leave a special note. Looking at our guests having fun and reading the messages they wrote gave us an insight into the event from our guests point of view. The photos also had a personalized logo from us...we picked a design that went with our wedding theme and then it had our names and the date of our event. Our guests will always remember where those pictures were taken. In my opinion, VIP is Number 1!

The photobooth was a hit and all the guests loved it especially with the props! We had such a good time looking through our scrap book the next day with the funny notes and the pages & pages of hilarious pictures. People we never expected to go in were letting their hair down. I also loved how patient and understanding our attendant was, I think his name was Billy?. He patiently allowed my guests to swarm over for final pictures as he was suppose to be packing up already. It was just an awesome choice overall and you get a USB of all the pix too!

The photobooth at my wedding was awesome! They made sure that all of the photos were put into our book. They also did a great job of ensuring that my husband and I made it into the photobooth to take pictures with our guests. Everyone LOVED the photobooth!!

When we got engaged last year, we did not know who to use as our photographer, but quickly found Vital Image Photography. Needless to say, we were lucky and they did a truly amazing job in capturing our special day (start to finish, preparations, gaffs, tears, and all). Not only did they take beautiful photos and make sure we got all the traditional photos, Larry used his creativity and artistic eye to find unique and unstaged photos. He also accommodated many requests for photos by family and guests. The photos were absolutely stunning and beautiful. We feel as though we are reliving our special day every time we look at them. These guys were great. They were quick to reply to our questions and had no problems answering questions about planning our day. We figured the photographers have been to enough weddings to give us great tips for wonderful evening. They know their stuff. When we meet a month before the wedding, they gave a great breakdown for planning the day and maximizing the use of their time. We could not be happier with the way the day flowed seamlessly. As part of our wedding photography package, we got a photo booth. Wow, what a hit that was! All my friends loved their props and getting a keepsake from the wedding. Plus, the personalized guest book that all my friends signed was simply incredible. We loved the personal comments everyone wrote.

These guys are so much fun to work with. When we talked to Rich and found out what all they included in their wedding packages, we were almost unsure of our decision. We didn’t expect to get our engagement shots, the wedding and a photo booth at their price. It was a super surprise to find out we could have all that. Larry shot our engagement photos and we were super pleased with the results. Rich shot our wedding and he was a riot. Not only did he get great shots of us but he got extra shots with the guests and everything. We also got a photo booth with our package. Our guests loved it! I highly recommend these guys. They really went all out to please.

I only have good things to say about Vital Image Photography. If we had questions or ideas, Rich would call or emial back within a couple hours. He had good ideas with other aspects of the wedding, such as putting together a timeline of the day. He had fun shots planned that we have never seen before and all the photos turned out very well. We would definitely recommend Vital Image Photography, they were fun to work with and a good value for the money.

We enjoyed working with Larry and Rich. They were quick to answer questions with a fast reply to emails or return phone calls. It made us feel like we were their only customer with all the personal attention we received. That was so refreshing after talking with so many other vendors who seemed like they just wanted our money and didn’t really seem to care about the "production of our special day."

I'm so glad we chose them. The pictures are wonderful and they really helped us keep to a schedule for the day and that was a tremendous benefit. It kept everything moving nicely for entire day.

We also got a photo booth with our wedding package. It was lots of fun, I can see why so many are getting them. The print option is a must as it meant all our guests got keep sakes plus we got a personalized guest book that everyone signed. That really means alot to us as so many people came from out of town.

We were going to go to Vegas and elope on a getaway weekend. It didn’t work out as we planned and we had a month to plan a local wedding.

We lucked into getting these guys and could not be happier. The photos are terrific and they took the time to get special photos with our aging grandparents. The other part I could not believe was their turn around time for the proofs. It was fast. We are very happy with their work.

We also opted for a photo booth and that turned out to be a real hit at the reception.

Our photobooth was a huge hit. There was a line for the booth all night, and I love that we got another guest book of pictures. Also really love that you get a jump drive of the shots, and that they're uploaded to Facebook - so cool! Staff was friendly and professional. Thank you!

Rich did our engagement photos this past weekend and did a great job of capturing the beautiful scenery, while making us laugh. Our session was fun and Rich is very creative. I had to look for a photographer a month before my wedding. We saw Vital Image from a groupon and called regarding their photobooth offer. I talked to Rich and knew we had found our wedding photographer. He and his team had a plan, knew their business, were understanding and worked with my busy schedule, even when my grandfather died a week before the wedding and I had to be out of town at his funeral for half the week before my wedding. We created a list of the shots we wanted ahead of time and even the day of, they had creative ideas for taking shots and let us suggest photos we wanted at the spur of the moment. They even helped to communicate with our DJ to make sure we got the songs we wanted and that everything went smoothly. I got so many compliments from guests on how professional, talented and unobtrusive our photographers were. They made it turn out better than we could have asked. We love our photos!

We had a week to find a new photographer and these guys came through for us. We met with Larry who outlined what we could expect and was our photographer at the wedding. He did a wonderful job. Because they were running a photo booth special we added that to our package and our guests loved it. We got an album with prints and our guests signed it, even writing cute congratulations comments. That really made it a special guest book for us. One of the things that helped us decide to use Larry was the amount of information they put on their web site. We felt like we knew them even before we got to meet Larry. We were very impressed with the quality of the pictures and the professionalism of Larry and the photo booth attendant. They saved our day and really captured the finest moments for us.

These guys are nuts, in a good way. Rich is energy personified and had great ideas for our field photos. We got some really great photos of our special day. My guests loved having the photo booth at our reception. It was a huge hit! Theresa was our photo booth attendant and she was wonderful. We are so happy that Larry and Rich were our wedding photographers. Larry has the calmest, easiest way about him. Rich is full energy and excitement. Between them, they eliminated our wedding day stress. We were both a little nervous before the wedding and they definitely helped put us at ease. They captured all of the special moments in our wedding through candid photographs as well as planned portraits. A great team to work with

The team at Vital Image was great to work with for our wedding. Valery is very responsive and knowledgable, answering our questions on packages and helping us customize a bit to make the most out of our budget. When it came time to switch from talking with Valery to discussing with a photographer, there was a slight delay with getting in touch with our photographer. We had Trish as a lead photographer, Luca as a second and Mark for video. Trish gave us many prompts for photos and had lots of ideas for poses and places she wanted to take shots of. Luca was very calm and had a lot of fun with the groom and groomsmen taking their photos before the ceremony. They kept our requests in mind and we had a good mix of formal portraits and candids.
At first the editing of the photos were not what we originally thought we wanted, but Trish continued to go back and make any edits that we requested on large batches of photos, until we felt they were what we wanted.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the services received from Vital Image!

Vital Images was nothing short of amazing for me. The only downside I had was my DJ didn't play the playlist I had suggested, and was a little slow to change songs. But overall the communication was so great and my photographer and videographer were sooooo good!

We used Vital Image for our engagement pictures. Rich was an obviously knowledgeable photographer, and we felt confident that he would capture some fantastic pictures (which he did). His team also helped us create professional-grade save the dates. Vital Image Photography was extremely flexible and catered to special requests that I had as a bride. They were very fun for our guests and the photo booth always had a long line. At the end of the night, they gave us a great photo album that had notes from all of our guests who used the photo booth. Everyone at the reception really enjoyed the props and the photo booth!

When I reached out to these photographers I met the owner and he was planning on doing our wedding. With the fall season around the corner he started to feel a little ill. This was no problem because I had explained to him the kind of photos we were looking for and I met with him and the replacement if something were to happen. They were both amazing friendly people and it turned out the lead photographer got sick! The day before I was notified by the stand in that he will do the wedding and recapped where he needed to be, when and his contact info. It turned out wonderful and we all had a great time!

Loved the photo booth! My guests had so much fun and they are still talking about it. Rich was great to work with and really tried to chill me out. He answered all my questions quickly and was so great to work with. We had a small problem with the photo booth stiprs at the wedding but he addressed the issue and is fixing everything. A photo booth is a wedding must!

Vital Image Rocks!

We used Vital Image as our photographer, and I am so glad we did. I worked with Tasha to coordinate everything, and then Nicholas Hoffman was our lead photographer. I've seen the previews, and so far, the pictures turned out absolutely beautiful (still waiting to see all pictures from the day of, can't wait!!). Everyone from Vital Image was really professional. Nick was really easy going, and helpful with respect to directing us for poses, facial expressions etc. He also has a really good eye for some unique shots - not just of people, but of the scenery, venue, accessories etc. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

We rented a photo booth from Vital Image for our wedding reception. Overall we are very pleased with the service provided. They sent a young representative to man the booth and he was both fun and professional. The booth was set up discreetly and was a huge hit with our guests. We paid extra to have printouts made and a book assembled for us with copies of all of the photo strips taken. It's a really fun album. Vital Image also created an image with my husband's and my name on with our wedding date. I was supposed to be contacted the week before our wedding, but ended up calling the day before our wedding to finalize details because I hadn't heard. I was told an email had been sent to me, but never received it. I would have liked the photo book to give our guests the opportunity to sign next to their photo strips, but still a great keepsake.

I signed with Vital Image for our wedding photography because I specifically wanted Ashley Barrett to photograph our wedding, because she's AMAZING! One month before our wedding, Vital called to tell me they were sending me a different photographer. After going back and forth a few times and explaining that per my contract, it had to be Ashley, and that I knew her outside of Vital Image, I was able to have her shoot my wedding as planned. I should have originally been able to cancel the contract, and receive a full refund based on them not providing the photographer requested, but they refused to cancel/refund. The communication added unneeded stress during wedding planning. It's been a month since my wedding and I figured I'd email to check in on the process of my photo edits, and I received a snarky response back about "30 business days". Mind you, I hadn't heard anything since before my wedding from them. It would be nice to receive updates during the process. I'm really looking forward to seeing my photos, and I highly recommend Ashley as a photographer. Took Deposit and Wouldn't Refund Even After PPP Loans

Vital Image did not refund us our deposit once COVID hit. We had only gone with them two weeks before COVID became a serious deal. Normally, sure, you need to stay in business but with all of the PPP loans I’m sure they received, it really shows their character that they wouldn’t refund us our deposit for clicking a button. Every other vendor we secured for the wedding that was still 5 months out refunded us promptly. Don’t trust Vital Image.
