  I love the two of them they are great people an great at what they do!! They took our engagement photos and they turned out wonderful! So glad to have Brittany and Jeff as our photographers!!! :)

  After much careful deliberation, we chose Valley Photography to fill the incredibly important role of photographer at our wedding. We had met with them and they seemed so professional and their portfolio looked great. The first red flag was when they suddenly stopped reply to our emails a few months before the wedding. After finally getting a hold of them, they told us they had issues with their email address. We had originally signed up for a photo both, but a few weeks before the wedding, they told us it was very complicated getting it to the venue (which they had known about all the time.) They told us it wouldn't work right and really discouraged us. My mother and I both told them the reason we wanted a photo both was so we had great memories and photos of all our guests. I also included this in an email as well. I even emailed them shots I wanted and the list of who I wanted photos with. The day of the wedding was great. I hardly even noticed them here, and thought that was a good thing. In an effort to make sure we got all the photos we wanted, we even booked them for an additional hour. They assured us this was enough time for them. As their time was drawing to an end, they told us we could expect our photos in four to six weeks. I could hardly wait. When six weeks rolled around, I received no messages and definitely no photos. I asked them where they were and received a less than pleasant response that they would be ten to twelve weeks. They also told me that ALL professional photographers take that long. I contacted numerous professional photographers who said ten weeks is absolutely unacceptable, especially where they told me four to six weeks. (I wish I got that in writing now!) Ten weeks later, I received the photos. The photos were so bad that I immediately started crying. The first thing I noticed was how very few there were of my guests. And of those very few, many of the guests had their backs turned. In ten years, I won't remember who a guest was ba
