I loved my chair covers. They were perfect, and everyone commented on how gorgeous the room looked. Joan worked with me to get the pickup and return as convenient as possible. Also, even though we put the chair covers on ourselves, Joan had pre-tied all the bows, so setting up was easy as possible!
