My fiance and I used a vintage ring that my family passed down to me. Unicorn Jewelers added a gorgeous center stone, polished the ring, and sized it. The ring was amazing when we picked it up. What was more amazing was the custom diamond pave wedding band that they designed for the ring. It is stunning! They are a wonderful family and the service in impeccable. We used the CMR location. -

Adele was a "gem" she was so sweet and helpful when it came time to help us find our perfect rings. We told our friends and family about them and my sister in law has already been in and bought her daughter a bracelet. The service was just perfect. -

As the groom, I did an extensive amount of research looking for the best possible deal on an engagement ring. I went to the big name stores first, then started to venture out to the local jewelers. I knew that I wanted a diamond that was GIA certified because they seem to have more stringent grading policies compared to the other diamond graders. A few of the jewelers had GIA certified diamonds but they were not willing to negotiate to my budget. Unicorn Jewelry understood what I wanted and worked with my budget. Our sales associate was very flexible and gave me a deal that I couldn't pass. She saw some slight hesitation on my part, mainly because the deal seemed too good to be true. She then said the deal would stand for a week and said 'go look around at other jewelery stores so you know for sure that my deal is the best you'll find'. A week passed and I couldn't find anything close to the value and quality of the engagement ring. Since the service was so great the first time around, my wife and I ended up purchasing our wedding bands at Unicorn Jewelry as well. Thank you Unicorn Jewelry! -

Amazing service, very helpful, and created a Custom Designed ring with pave diamonds and filigree. The completed ring was so detailed and beautiful ... I would recommend them to anyone! -

My husband bought my engagement ring here, and we decided to get our bands as well from this jeweler. The quality of the rings is amazing. However when it came to sizing the rings it was a disaster. I had to bring it in four times for them to get the size right, I don't know if they weren't listening or didn't care, but I would have rather gotten the rings sized somewhere else. -

Avoid this place
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Doing business with Unicorn Jewelry has been by far the worst.
0 stars if I could... RUINED my engagement ring but not after they LOST it tried to hide it. The ring was found eventually but Fred even got my dad on board with hiding the fact he lost my ring (this was before we found out it was ruined too)
Fred has treated my parents so well and some absolutely stunning peices that have brought tears to my mom's eyes when she receives them. I figured after 20-30+ years of my parents receiving wonderful service and having nothing but nice things to say about Fred, it would be pretty similar. I even went in with my parents and I couldn't have been more ignored or unlistened to. Fred was once again nice to my parents but didn't seem to give a care about what I had to say, eventually and unfortunately got my engagement ring. I should have known better and gone with my gut to NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! He took my measurements to resize the ring and when I got it back it doesn't even fit.. the ring came in size 6, i asked for it to be taken down to 5.5 but when I got it back it's now a size 4.25 and it won't even fit on my pinky finger!!! I took it to another jeweler who told me they were fearful to resize it due to the first resizing being such a big size decrease. Children of long time customers of Fred.. you'll be treated like garbage and everyone else I'm sure your visits will be hit or miss. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. -
