TP Enterprise Express - The Worse Experience EVER!!
TP Enterprise Express Travel, Ernestine "Tina" Price was paid monthly for a cruise through Royal Caribbean (June 19 - 25, 2022). The cancelation was submitted in writing on 3/20/2022. As of 7/22/2022 Tina Price has been unwilling to provide clear details on the cancelation & refund process. She refuses to follow-up w/ status updates and answer direct questions. All of her communications have been evasive. What kind of business can you manage w/out clients?? The answer is NONE. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone. Please beware!!!!
