  TP Enterprise Express - The Worse Experience EVER!!

  TP Enterprise Express Travel, Ernestine "Tina" Price was paid monthly for a cruise through Royal Caribbean (June 19 - 25, 2022). The cancelation was submitted in writing on 3/20/2022. As of 7/22/2022 Tina Price has been unwilling to provide clear details on the cancelation & refund process. She refuses to follow-up w/ status updates and answer direct questions. All of her communications have been evasive. What kind of business can you manage w/out clients?? The answer is NONE. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone. Please beware!!!!

  If you want your wedding to be an enjoyable and memorable experience do not use TP Enterprise, Ernestine "Tina" Price. I booked a destination wedding package through her "company" and was scammed. Monthly payments were made by my wedding party and not applied to the trip. My guests arrived at the hotel in Mexico from Washington, DC with NO accommodations. I was informed by the resort that no reservations were ever made for my party. Tina did not answer her phone to remedy the issue but texted only (can you imagine my phone bill). I had to come out of pocket and pay additional monies for my guests to stay or they would have been kicked off the resort. On top of that she used the credit card numbers of 3 of my guests that she had stolen from their credit card authorization forms and made additional fraudulent purchases. Several months later she is still "working on it" to refund guests their money. She should lose her "company" in addition serve some sort of jail time.
