John at T-Town Photography made the photobooth experience great! He responded quickly to e-mails I sent him, and purchased a new silver-colored background just for our reception. He was willing to adjust the time even a week before the event. The photobooth itself was a hit -- everyone (from toddlers to the elderly) LOVED it! Every picture was posted online afterwards, and he cut the photostrips in half so we could have some fun photos for our wedding scrapbook. The reason I gave him a 3.5/5 on professionalism is not only because he wore jeans to our formal event, but also because he asked if he could drink from our open bar. I felt obligated to say "yes," but felt that the question (and follow-up action) was a little unprofessional. Otherwise, he was great.
