Wow! This company was just wonderful. When we called in for information they helped us out in figuring how many vehicles we needed and how many trips were needed. They were all so helpful. I had the opportunity of dealing with polite staff, Keith, Sunny, and Jennifer who were all responsive. Keith worked with me in making final adjustments to the schedule he called the day before the wedding to confirm all my reservations and had all final information emailed to me with the driver’s contact information. They seemed well organized. Their system was down one day when they had told me they’d call me back but didn’t that was a little bothersome but other than that the communication was there. All the drivers were so professional and right on time. We had two limo services and a bus service. Jason was our morning limo driver and he was polite and attentive. For the afternoon at the end of our wedding we had Patrick who I can’t say enough wonderful things about. He was professional and courteous. He handled our fake exit wonderfully and came back around waited for us to finish gathering our things and helped the entire bridal party load up in the limo. It was raining that day and he was concerned about my wedding dress and being so careful to help me get in the limo! Kendall was our bus service driver. Can’t say enough wonderful things about her either. She made sure the guest were all accommodated in the van and was patient while we made sure everyone was accounted for. Patrick and Kendall made sure that the guest made it to the after party safe and sound. Kendall was our transportation from the after party back to the hotel and again she was in such a wonderful mood always with a smile on her face. After dropping off the last bus she found a cell phone that was left behind. She knew we had one more trip with Patrick the following day and made sure to get it to him so we could get it back. We will definitely be using a touch of class again.

We used A Touch of Class for both a shuttle service for our guests as well the End of Night transportation for my husband and me. The End of Night service was fine, but the Shuttle Buss was terrible. The bus driver did not know how to get to our venue and ended up getting lost and arriving 45 minutes late for our ceremony. Since all of our guests were on the bus, we didn't start until they got there, but then we lost 45 minutes from our reception time and had to pay our ceremony vendors overages charges because it ran long. Guests also said that the the back taillight was out, the bus driver didn't know how to turn on the windshield whippers, and the roof hatches on the bus were open, even though it was raining and the guests were getting soaked. Many of our guests carpooled back to the hotel with the bridal party because they did not feel safe getting on the bus at the end of the night.
After this ordeal, we contacted A Touch of Class and asked for a refund for the Shuttle Bus, because the service was so terrible and we lost 45 minutes of our wedding day that we can never get back. The Operations Manager we talked to was extremely rude and not sympathetic towards our complaints. He fought on the phone with both my husband and me for days until he finally conceded to return 1/4 of the Shuttle bus price. Save your wedding day, and DO NOT hire A Touch of Class Limo for any services.

I booked a 40-some passenger coach bus to shuttle our wedding guests to and from the hotel. As we were walking out the door to the rehearsal dinner, ATOCL calls to inform me that the bus has broken down and they are waiting to get a replacement part that wouldn't arrive until the following week. We spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and not helpful. After much arguing, they were able to provide 2 vans. Our guests had to wait for the shuttle and we ended up driving ourselves on the night. Based on my experience with this company, I would be wary of using them. They were the only problem with our wedding. Good luck!

We decided to use a Touch of Class Limousines, since they were part of the Frederick Area Bridal Network, as a few of our other vendors also were. Their service and responsiveness on the phone before our wedding was excellent. I spoke with several different representatives who always were great to work with and always assisted with my requests for our upcoming big day!
We decided to have a private car drive myself and my husband to our hotel for the night- which was excellent. Raymond was on time and even had a little gift basket for us to take back to the hotel room. We also chose the Wedding Special for the 25 passenger limo bus which is 4 hours total service- 2 hours before the ceremony, and 2 hours after the reception- which was a great option. They received all our information including how many guests we planned on having at our wedding (the guesstimated number(200) was twice as much as our actual number of transported guests(75), and where the pick up and drop off locations were as well as the times. Everything was included in the contract. After the wedding I started to hear all of the upsetting experiences that our many out of town guests had riding the limo bus. Many of our guests were yelled at and treated terribly by the driver. I understand its a tough task to take on driving guests to and from a wedding, but they are also our guests and we paid for a service which we feel like was terribly executed. The trips to and from the hotel to the ceremony/reception venue seemed to work, but some guests in particular were yelled at for filling up the limo bus or sitting on laps. Now I completely understand that the driver has a responsibility to keep everyone safely in a seat, but guests never need to be yelled at. This message could be executed in a much different and calmer manner. When you are running a business and providing a service, customers or guests who are paying you money, should never be treated with disrespect. My husband and I were very pleased that all guests were safely transported, but it truly crushed us when we found out how uncomfortable and disrespectfully treated they were. This was our wedding day, a wonderfully happy time for all of our closest friends and family. Instead of being greeted in a kind manner, their positive moods were effected by this driver. The driver didn't even drive for the entire two hours after the ceremony, she had to be called after an hour and a half of waiting from my husbands family to be brought back to the hotel. She was then equally rude to my mother in law, sister in law and brother in law (who are the most pleasant and wonderfully polite people) when she finally returned to pick them up. So my husband and I decided to call and speak to the manager before we reviewed them on Wedding Wire to express our concerns. The manager was equally unpleasant, he made excuses for the driver and almost agreed with her actions towards our guests. He stated that there was no way that the amount of guests could be transported in that time frame, when they actually had all that information in November of 2010 when we booked their services, and never once was it mentioned to either of us about there being an issue with the number of transported guests(which anyways ended up being significantly less than the originally given #). He never sympathized with our situation, which made it seem like he really didn't care one bit about providing customer service to paying customers. We had such a great experience with our private car, but when it comes to dealing with a manager who doesn't seem to care about the situation, and a extremely rude driver who is still employed by this company- I would have to say I do not recommend a Touch of Class Limousines. Everyone wants their wedding day to be special in every way- for you and your significant other and especially your guests that have traveled near and far for you. Their services definitely were disappointing.

Their telephone communication is excellent! The receptionist was very nice and helpful! However, the drive Paul who has been fired was a MESS! His shirt was not tucked in, his hair was a mess, he was swerving, did not provide us with the red carpet until we got to the reception because he said he could not find it and to top it off he got out of the car at the reception and before he even opened the door for us he started dancing!!! I was happy to hear that he lost his job due to multiple complaints. I am sure if I had a different drive my review would have been a lot higher.

I had a good experience with Touch of Class - we rented two shuttle vans for wedding guests and a sedan for my groom and myself. They called a couple days before the wedding to confirm everything and one of the driver's called as well. We were given all the drivers' numbers in case we needed to get in touch with them. Everything on wedding day was perfect. The shuttles were on time, and got everyone to and from the wedding. This vendor was so easy to book and work with!

We booked two different limos for our wedding through A Touch of Class and the driver for the first limo was very professional and friendly. It poured rain on our wedding day and the driver escorted everyone one at a time in and out of the limo under an umbrella. The driver for the 2nd limo (a town car) was not as friendly and made a rude comment at the end of the trip to us. I would use A Touch of Class again but I would request the driver from our first limo.

Be careful when using touch of class limo. They told me that when I made the reservation, they just needed the credit card to hold the reservation. However, they charged 50% and then when I tried to cancel because I felt lied to they said that I would not be getting the deposit back. I asked to speak to a manager and they never put me through to a manager. THey have no regard about gouging you for money and I didn't realize until furhter reasearch that they gave me the most expensive and inconvenient package. I had asked for a wedding shuttle and instead they charged me for a limo. Read their fine print before booking and they are not the least bit flexible.
However, on the bright side the day of the wedding the actual drivers were great and were on time and very professional. Just be careful dealing with their main office.

Our driver was Kingsley and he was friendly yet professional. He showed up on time, took the bridal party to the church, waited outside and then took the bridal party to the reception. He opened the doors and helped the ladies enter and exit.
The limo was nice and clean with ice and bottled water available. I believe champagne was available at an extra cost. Our only complaint was that the radio stations were difficult to hear and had a lot of static. Some other form of music would have been nice and we were not made aware of it if it was available.

A Touch of Class was extremely quick to respond to my e-mailed request and immediately set us up with transportation for myself and my bridesmaids for the big day, even though I had only called a week in advance. I think their pricing was a tad high for only a half hour of service, but Francis, the driver, was very kind and friendly.

As the bride, I never got to ride in the party buses, but I did get lots of "chatter." The one negative about the buses was that the driver was speeding excessively down a busy highway- many passengers on Sunday morning told me how concerned they were. The company also had our wedding marked for the 18th (instead of the 19th) for quite awhile. However, I never noticed it on my contract, so I suppose that's partly my fault, too. They also moved offices while we were planning and never contacted us- for a split second we thought that maybe they went out of business.
All in all, they got all our guests to and from our wedding, and, thankfully safely.
