  Omg I couldn't have been happier with a Touch of Class!! They went above and beyond! They were on time and got us where we needed to go! Also, we had some issues transporting guests from the hotel to the venue. My dad called up touch of class, they came right out and helped with the transportation all night. Even picked us up and took us back to the hotel at the end of the night. Above and beyond!!

  We used A Touch of Class for our wedding day and highly recommend them for your next big event! They were very professional, showed up on time, and most importantly - were so friendly! Will definitely use them again.

  Prices were great and worked with us on splitting the time up for before and after the wedding. Joe the driver was great. Great personality and very friendly. We did pics before wedding at venue and then I got back in Limo so guests would not see me. He helped me with my dress in and out of Limo, stood there and talked to me while I waited to help calm my nerves and kept lookout to make sure my grandpop got there. I was upset because Pop was running late and we couldn't start without him. Joe then helped after carry everything out to limo and from limo into house. Awesome guy! Limo was very nice looking, comfy, and clean.

  They were very helpful with providing me with what we wanted, which was the bear minimum, just a ride for the girls to our site. The only bad part was when we got to the drop off, the driver wanted us to get out right away. There was no building for us to get into, as it was all outside. We were trying to wait til the guests were all seated but he was really pushy about getting us out. They shouldn't have booked their next appointment so close to ours, so that they could allow for a little bit of flexibility. Other than that, the service was great.

  On our wedding day, the Touch of Class Limo driver was very professional, helpful, and on time. I think those are the qualities you want in a limo driver for your wedding. The price was also much better than any other limo services I consulted. During my planning, though, they were not always professional or timely in responding to my needs. Very rarely did they answer an email. It took weeks for them to send me a receipt of payment and contract. They also gave me a hard time when I called a week before to confirm my services saying they don't confirm until 1-2 days prior. Finally the person on the phone did go through her paperwork to confirm with me prior to that. I would recommend them to a friend because of the great value and in the end they limo was timely, clean, and friendly. If you are type-A like I am though, you will probably have some added stress and frustration because of their lax attitude.

  It took several phone calls and emails to finally get the correct contract and book them. The DJ was fabulous. He made it a real party. Dealing with manager was a whole nother story.
