AWESOME!! Fun time and luxury ride!!

The Total Transportation team did a fantastic job at being prompt for the day of our wedding! The SUV limo we booked held 16 of us and we felt super comfortable sitting inside together! The driver did a great job at picking up the groomsmen on time, dropping them off, circling back to pick up the ladies and then dropping off the whole wedding party after the ceremony to the reception spot. Throughout the ride we were able to have control over the music and were able to celebrate with champagne, all under the fun party lights within the limo! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
If you are looking for a reliable transportation service for your wedding day, I highly recommend Total Transportation!!

We used Total Luxury for our wedding at Brackett's Crossing and our hotel was in Bloomington (about 20 miles). The big busses and smaller limos were all on time and in great condition. The drivers were very nice and we got texts/calls saying they had arrived. We had shuttles going for a 4 hour window and every one was on time. Our last bus was supposed to be a 23 passenger and they sent a big 55 passenger for no extra cost, which was great because we probably needed the room! Also, one person lost a phone and Total Luxury called the next day saying they had found it and would even mail it to the individual. Very reasonable pricing compared to other companies and Rachel was always on top of updating us with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We 100% recommend Total Luxury Limousine for your event. Rachel is super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our driver was timely and professional. Their vehicles are modern and clean, and the staff is more than happy to let you check them out before booking. Their rates are very competitive for the level of service they provide. There are some more "discount" options out there, but you get what you pay for.

The only negative reviews you'll find are from people that didn't communicate to resolve the matter first, which Rachel absolutely will work to do.

Top notch service, very friendly and accommodating staff from the receptionists to the drivers, everyone was fantastic!
I talked to Rachel (@Total Luxury Limousine) and she answered every question I had with competence and humor. I will refer all my family and friends to this wonderful company. Going forward, any future transportation reservations I may need will be booked through this company.

Total Luxury was great to work with for our wedding and the driver was extremely professional and did a fabulous job the day of the wedding. It was nice to know the exact price ahead of time, including tip. I highly recommend them!

With so much on our minds during the wedding day, it was amazing to have a dependable company to rely on. Total Luxury Limo shuttled us to and from our destinations in comfort and style. Bob was an excellent driver. He was timely, professional and knew the best short cuts to avoid traffic. When we arrived at the church, it began to rain. Bob grabbed extra umbrellas and helped escort my wife to the door. We would highly recommend using Total Luxury Limo for your party bus/limo needs. They are the reliable, quality and affordable choice.

Total Limo was awesome! Used them for my wedding party transportation to take us from the ceremony to the reception. We even made a stop in between to take pictures at a park. Our driver was very nice and was even dressed in a suit which looked very nice. I ended up booking a limo bus because I figured it would be easy to get in and out of in my dress. The bus was super nice and was very clean and looked awesome. i will never book another limo again, I will always do a limo bus. Very easy to get in and out of. We were able to bring a cooler of beer on too which was nice. We had such a good time I wish we could have stayed on the bus longer. The price was also very reasonable and was cheaper than all the other places I looked. Great value!

We hired Total Luxury Limo for transportation around Minneapolis for photographs, to the reception and to get us to the hotel at the end of the night. The driver was on time for all pick ups, was extremely professional and courteous, and the limo was clean and inviting. I would hire Total Luxury in the future.

Our 30 person limo bus was AMAZING! I have never seen a cooler bus! We loved cruising around in style, and had a wonderful driver. Great value, great service, on time, and the bus was in great condition with tons of nice glassware. I would definitely choose total luxury limo again! We booked it pretty early, I'd recommend doing so if you want a specific vehicle!

I was quite pleased to receive a phone call the week of our wedding regarding the vehicle we reserved - a small limo coach bus. It was in the shop for repairs and they weren't sure if it would be ready on time, so we got a free upgrade to a stretch Hummer! Driver was awesome and even hung out with us at the baseball field during some fun pics.

Gratuity and tax are included in their quote, so there isn't an additional/hidden fee you need to worry about. They are professional and know exactly what they are doing. Great company! Best limo company you can book in the Twin Cities area.

Total Luxury was by far the most helpful, most affordable and had the biggest fleet of any of the companies I looked at, and I looked at A LOT. They helped us set up travel for the wedding party before the ceremony and then a limo for after the ceremony. Both drivers were incredibly nice and willing to do what we needed and take us wherever it was we needed to go. The great thing is that the cost of the vehicle, driver, gas and gratuity are all included, so the day of you don't need to worry about a thing!

My daughter's wedding was 03/05/2011-They arrived on time at the church. We had a minor glitch with the beverages but was resolved promptly and professionally. It was so minor. The wedding party had a good time. They arrived at the reception. Everything was great. thank you

We rented a 33-passenger limo bus for our wedding party and spouses for two hours after the ceremony. Our driver was professional and able to easily navigate, and I was very happy with all communication with TLL's office staff. Recommended!

Wow, they did a nice job. We had the big hummer limo, they picked us up on time.. well they were early. woohoo!! The drive was super nice. They dropped us off and than they picked us up again at the end of the night... we needed them to come earlier and all I did was made a 2 minute phone call and they were there like that, wow that is good service. The limo was clean and we got a wedding gift from them :0)

I would highly recomend Total Luxury Limos....they were friendly when we came in to reserve the limo. They picked us up and brought us where needed. The limo driver was fun! We even went about 45 minutes over our time and the limo driver said don't worry about it!

We rented the 20 passenger Escalade for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The limo was on time and looked amazing after our ceremony. The limo was very roomy and had great lights and drink setup. Our driver knew exactly where everything was and was extremely easy to work with. Everything was perfect with them and couldn't have gone any smoother!

Our driver was great - super knowledgeable about the Twin Cities area. We gave him a list of locations for pictures and told him to take the best route or whatever he thought would look the best. All of the locations were great. The actual limo we rented turned out to be the size of a tour bus which was even larger than what I had expected. Everyone was impressed. He was there early and cleaned up after us making sure we got everything off the limo. I would totally use them agian for any event.

Because our reception site closed early, we rented a Party Bus for us and our friends. We had the bus pick us up at the reception, take us to Dave and Buster's in Maple Grove, then back. The cost was VERY affordable for the size of the bus. It was the most impressive party bus I have ever seen and we're already taking about renting it again for a night on the town. The driver was very friendly and the service was great. I would totally recommend their 30 person Party Bus to ANYONE who wants to feel like a celebrity!!!

I just want to say that I loved my executive coach that they have we had plenty of room for our wedding party and they significant others on that bus. When it showed up to pick up our wedding party, Everyone was stunned! This is an AMAZING company to rent a limo through. They have different Wedding Packages to fit almost any budget and alot of limos to choose through. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They are professional, fun, honest, and their drivers are on the ball and dressed professionally.

We loved Total Luxury! We found them at the Wedding Fair and later realized they were the same company some friends had recommended to us. They were right on time, very flexible about our destinations along the way, and incredibly friendly. They provided everything we needed and the limo bus we chose was exceptional, as expected. It was probably one of our favorite parts of the evening. We definitely recommend Total Luxury!

We rented the '57 Chevy Bel Air limo this company had. It was so much fun to have such a unique ride. All over town, people were taking pictures and videos of it. The driver was super cool. He let us take pictures in the driver's seat and my husband really enjoyed when the he revved the engine. He was willing to drive where we wanted, without question, even though the locations changed on a moment's notice a couple times. That limo was a little pricey, but our experiences in it were well worth it.

I used Total Luxary for both my bachelorette and my wedding day and I do not regret it! They were very easy to work with and I had no issues whatsoever. Maria was very friendly and helped me book and bring liquor in before to stock the coach with, both times I used a 20-24 person coach limo. Our drivers were fantastic as well. (Christian and Jim) In my opinion it was a very good value, and I liked having gratuity and all fees included in the initial amount. Great Job Total Lux, I would definitely recommend :D

This company provided exactly what we needed. We got a 24 passenger party bus. They were there promptly on time, had a very fun driver AND they let us bring beverages to be put on the bus the night before. Great value as well! I highly recommend this company for those in need of a limo service.

We had a wonderful time working with Total Luxury Limo - we rented one of the party buses for our wedding party between the ceremony and reception - everyone had a great time. Our driver even made two special stops for the boys in our wedding party to use the bathroom :) the only very small glitch is our driver got mixed up on which Radisson to go to for the reception, but that was easily fixable and we still arrived on time.

Our limo experience for our wedding was a positive one. Our driver provided an umbrella as we climbed in on a rainy day. He was professional and flexible as he followed our photographer's instructions for stops for photo sessions. They even provided a gift set of wine glasses and a balloon. I only wish I had known that we would have to provide our own champagne ahead of time. This was something I had overlooked. But it did give us a very cute photo op as we stopped for a couple of bottles of bubbly at a local wine shop.

Great service! Easy to book and fairly inexpensive. We got the 22 passenger limo coach bus for the entire wedding party and it was great. Red carpet, balloons, glassware and ice were provided. The driver was very nice and we stopped for pictures between ceremony and reception. One of the high points of the day!

Total Limo was a stand up service and David was an awesome driver. He was extremely accommodating and ultimately flexible with the overall plan for the day. Always smiling and always cheerful. We were overall very happy with this company! The bus was a little smaller than we had expected. It was a bit tight for the number of people that can fit on it. The driver didn't really know where he was going despite giving directions and stops ahead of time, so we directed him while on the bus. He was extremely sweet and helped me on and off the bus with my dress and everything. We loved the glassware on the bus as we were able to drink our celebration champage out of real glasses! Overall, we had a great experience!

Everything was perfect! They did a great job, i only rated value a little bit lower because we rented the executive limo bus, which was priced expensive. Must book for 2+ hours and we really only used it for about 45 mins. Someone had actually originally misquoted me and I remembered their name - they ended up honoring the lower rate, so that's great business integrity. They were very easy to work with as far as dropping off liquor, etc.

We used Total Luxury for our wedding day needs. We got a luxury coach vehicle. The inside was very spacious and everything was stocked (ice, glasses). The driver was super friendly, dressed professional, and got us where we needed to be on time (which is very important). I would definitely recommend Total Luxury for all your wedding day needs.

They were great to work with and the cars were beautifully maintained. The reservation team was quick to respond to questions and the drivers were friendly, good spirited, professional, and a lot of fun!

The limo bus was one of the funnest time of our wedding day! The driver was fun, flexible, and tolerable of our rowdy crowd! It's a lot of money to pay for 2 hours (total we were on the limo with pictures etc. was about 45 mins.), but worth it if you have bridal party that will enjoy and appreciate it. Loved that we were able to stand up and dance around in the limo. Plenty of room for 19 people. Book early!

Our driver was great! He made Total limo perfect! He was fun and professional at the same time. Total Limo was also the cheapest we could find. We had a coach bus for 16 people and for the full 8 hour day it was just over 1,000. Most places were 1,500 or more. Pick up was on time.
The issue we had was our driver did not confirm with our photographer where we were going for pictures. We ended up driving to the wrong place and losing over an hour of photo time. It was stressful but the rest of the experience was good. ALSO- If you book your Bachelor/Bachelorette party with them and your wedding the offer discounts!!!

We had an overall good experience with Total Luxury Limousine....the only knock on them is being about 10 minutes late and not apologizing, which is why I gave them lower scores. Other than that, they had a nice vehicle, were helpful in getting people in/out of the limo (not always the easiest in a wedding dress!) and had good off-peak prices. (We paid about $575 including tip for a 2 hour ride that involved quite a few miles.) We had 14 people in the 16-passenger SUV option, which was a perfect fit.

The limo was awesome. The driver was very professional and kind. The air conditioning was not working during our rental. I have called the owner/manager twice with no reaponsr back. So his customer service is HORRIBLE unlike all his employees who were very polite and easy to work with.

Left in Below Freezing Temperatures

Was very disappointed. We were married in January in Minnesota. Of course the day of our wedding there is a severe weather warning with lots of wind and snow. We hired the party bus to take the wedding party to our outdoor photo location that was ten minutes away from the venue. The purpose of hiring them was so everyone could travel together and so no one had to be a stressed out driver.

The driver showed up on time and the bus itself was very nice. She took us to our location and asked her to wait as we would only be outside for a few minutes due to the cold temperatures. After taking photos for maybe five minutes we turn to get back on the bus and it’s gone! We try calling her but she does not answer. All our bridesmaids and myself (bride) did not have coats and we had three small children with us. Luckily we were able to wait in the lobby of a neighboring building to get out of the wind. After many more calls the driver finally answers and comes back. We get on the bus and she leaves the door open long after everyone had gotten back on. Which was frustrating as we were desperate to warm up.

The driver then had no clue where to go next or how to get there. This is very frustrating as I had filled out a form describing exactly where they would need to be taking us. It was a very simple route that was basically getting from one side of the river to the other side. My husband had to direct her back to our venue with his phone. We ended up being late to our own ceremony due to the missing bus.

This experience was extremely frustrating as the whole point of hiring this company was for us to have a safe and stress free way to get from point A to B. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience with this company and would not recommend. I hope that our experience is unique as the reviews we had read were good and we paid a lot of money for this simple service. At the end of the day we had a beautiful wedding, amazing winter wedding photos, and were married but our day was certainly disrupted by this experience and I am concerned I may have gotten frostbite due to the prolonged time we spent outside due to the missing bus.
