    Excellent Service & Prompt

    Service was excellent from start to finish. Limo was early for initial pick up, dropped us off on time and waited around for transport to the venue. Contacted me if we were running late and was accessible for calls.

    I was so pleased with the services at toronto Limo Rental. Everyone was so professional and I was stress free during the entire process. The limo was really clean and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using their services in the future and highly recommend it for everyone looking for party bus and limo services.

    For my wedding I rented a limo from Toronto Limo rentals for, it showed up on time, clean and driver was professional. Driver went out of her way to make sure my guest and I were comfortable. champaign, red carpet treatment, opening doors etc. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again.

    Sarah was absolutely amazing! We had to change our schedule a couple of times to cater to the needs of our newlyweds and she was more than happy to accommodate and adjust!

    She was prompt with pick ups and getting to the door to open it for us and she did it all with a smile! Couldn't ask for better service! Her cooperation only made coordinating easier! Thank you, Sarah! It doesn't hurt that the limo was spacious and was absolutely gorgeous inside!

    The drivers were very professional, punctual and caring of our guests, family and wedding party. Their customer service was friendly and prompt with their responses.

    I was very skeptical going with this company at first, but in the end it turned out great. You hear alot of negative reviews on companies but barely any good ones. I couldn't ask much more from this company. They were very accommodating with everything requested and it they day went smoothly. The limo was clean, the driver was very polite and made sure we were all okay. Great Service!

    We used Toronto Limo Rental for our limo and after reception Lincoln ride to the hotel. Their staff were very professional, courteous and puntual.

    We rented a Hummer Limo and they had a red carpet, lots of champagne and water and beautiful decorations waiting for us.

    The drivers were awesome! They made sure we arrived to every place on time, safe and sound.
    I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for awesome reliable transportation on their wedding day.

    PROS: Driver showed up early and was ready to go.

    CONS: Although we had sent all our destination addresses to the company, the Driver that showed up had no idea where we were headed and asked us for directions. He didn't even pull up his phone or GPS to even try to look up routes on his own.

    We would not recommend this vendor.

    They left me stranded at the hall and refuseed to provide the late night pick up which I paid for. After a lot of complaining they eventually picked us up. I never got the red carpet service whcih I also paid for and the driver was rude, rarely opened the door and never offered to help me or any of the ladiers out of the limo.

    Never again

    First time getting a limo for a bachelorette party. Car wasn't what I picked, car outside filthy,no music,driver seemed tired. When I emailed them after the fact,no response just my receipt. Very unlikely I will choose them again and I will spread the word. Advice. Negative service =negative reviews . Make sure when booking a service like this you triple check the details. Then the driver had the nerve to say they didnt have any pink ones therefore false advertising as well. No courtesy call or apology whatsoever from this company.

    Pathetic service

    The service was okay, but it didn't meet our expectations. It felt like they were solely interested in making money. I had specifically requested a Hummer limo, but they provided a Cadillac limo without any prior communication. When I asked about it, they responded with the usual excuse that the car was in the repair shop at that time. I wasn't satisfied with the service. Beware whoever going to book with them.

    Toronto Limo was to pick me up at 5PM in Toronto to take me to my 50th high school reunion in Oakville. The driver called to say he was a few minutes late. I called him several times. He called at 5:45 to say he was there. He was not. He was at the Drop Off location in Oakville.
    The manager barely apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I drove, arrived 1.5 hours late and could not have the desired drinks with friends I had not seen in 50 years.
    I had to call the next day to get the charges reversed. No apology.

    I had booked and had many conversations with this company over a seven month period.
    The new ght before our event they called to tell me that a car had broken down and they couldn't pick us up.
    They had no follow up with this or apologies.
    I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
    Another company last minute doubled up their trips to fit us in.
    I will be rating their company 5 stars all the way.

    Go anywhere else!!!!!!! TorontoLimo.com- also known as Prestige Limousine Services Inc. sent a limo that was rusted-- a total embarrassment-- paint peeling when doors opened. In addition, the interior was no better-- did not even appear to be clean-- nothing like the vehicles illustrated on the web page. Had to check invoice with "added costs" -- and had to insist on their removal. The driver treated us poorly- and used an old "carbon" for credit card payment. No one from the company contacted us about our complaint.

    We contracted this company and they were prompt but we contracted for a wedding package that we did not receive including champagne and a red carpet. More importantly the driver would open the door and move away. Not one time did he offer a hand no one grandmother fell getting out. At the hotel stop a stranger walking by offered his hand to a bridesmaid. Unacceptable! I did call but they told us the champagne was there and they would do nothing for us. This is not about money it's about customer service. Go elsewhere !

    In response to this complaint we would like to state that the limo driver in question who has been employed with us for the past 7 years was interviewed by management and he confirmed that the full wedding package was supplied i.e. bottle of champagne, ice, glassware, bottled water (red carpet and vehicle decorations were held back as it was raining that day). As far as not assisting the passengers as they exited the vehicle the driver stated that the passengers were already being overly assisted by the other passengers and that he could not get close enough to assist without being intrusive.

    I would not believe a 5 star review... The limo was missing its knob on the radio (hard to find music with no knob! Only half of the A/C vents were working... can you imagine a sweating bride in a bridal ballgown?? Yeah that was me! Oh and when the groomsmen have to jump start a limo that's a F*$*#$ problem. I mean but for a company NOT to admit to that AND have no reservations taking $900 including tip and not willing to refund even a small portion for that pathetic service well that's priceless. Have some respect for clientele had the owners apologized and offered a form of compensation I would have never even been this mad. Unfortunately a few dollars mean more than a full blown reputation to some.

    I called this Company on 2 different occasions, spoke to two managers and was told 2 different prices which should have been a RED FLAG but the second manager Sonia convinced me that they were one of the best in the city, so I arranged for 15 students to go to their PROM. The Limo showed up DIRTY/FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT that the kids refused to go in it, it was so dirty that they were writing their names on the windows and the body of the LIMO. The seats were ripped and was not leather from the pictures that she sent me (FRAUD/MISREPRESENTATION). The driver did show up on time but when asked why the Limo was so dirty he advised me and my husband that he did not have time to clean the inside and washed it. I advised him that we needed another Limo or he needed to get it washed and he lost it, got inside the Limo and advised us that he was leaving if the students did not get in. I had to call Sonia and she spoke to her and at first he told her that I was lying so I took so
