I had the most beautiful wedding cake and grooms cake ever. Tony allowed me to browse through a picture catalog of cakes he'd done in the past so I could get ideas about what I wanted. But I actually settled on the cake that was on the front cover of Wilton's cakes. The actual cake used fondant, but Tony used buttercream icing under the fondant so that after guests pulled the fondant off, the cake was quite delicous. For the groom's cake, Tony made a sugar free chocolate confection that was half gone by the end of the reception! Tony makes beautiful cakes, and I highly recommend him. He's not the easiest person to get a hold of, but it's well worth the wait.
