💍 Diamonds are forever
Tiffany & Co was everything you’d expect and more. They really worked around our budget to find the perfect ring. I never felt pressured to make a choice that wasn’t right for us... they even flew the Diamond I chose in from their New York location at the flagship store. I’m definitely happy that I chose to get my brides engagement rinf at Tiffanys. -

Needless to say, my Tiffany diamond rings are gorgeous! The saleswomen and Tiffany Somerset were wonderful and I am always looking for an excuse to return and buy something new! -

We got both engagement ring and wedding bands from Tiffany in Troy. Our salesperson Linda was very personable and friendly. Wisely, she did not pressure us to look at any rings beyond our budget and made the selection process easy and less stressful. Overall, I recall it as a surprisingly pleasant experience at the upscale jeweler. -

Everything was great! My husbands ring did end up tarnished two days after I gave it to him at the ceremony but we took it to them and they fixed it right away with no problems! -

We got all our rings at Tiffany's - engagement ring in Chicago, sizing, bands and engraving done through the Troy store. They did a fairly good job of responding to us and letting us know when stuff was available for pick-up, it took a bit of time but what can you expect when everything has to be shipped to NY for hand engraving and sizing. Our salesperson remembered us each time we came in and called and sent follow up notes to us to make sure everything was working out well. I think more than anything some of the other customers were more rude/obnoxious than the staff in the store, especially downtown in Chicago at the customer service area. -

My husband and I got our wedding bands and my engagement ring from here. While the jewelry is beautiful, the staff is incredibly snooty and it took a good deal of effort to get anyone to pay attention to us. While we are in our mid twenties, we admittedly look much younger, so I don't think anyone ever really took us seriously. However, when I went to get my ring sized after work one day (dressed in my suit, no less), they were incredibly rude to me and acted as if I didn't belong in their store. The ring sizing was supposed to take two weeks, and when I went to pick it up (a 2 hour drive from my apartment), they informed me it wasn't ready yet - no phone call or anything! They have my address and KNOW how far it is... a heads up would have been nice. When I finally got my ring back (the day of my bridal shower, thank goodness), it was gorgeous and sized perfectly. They have about 100 wedding bands in each size on hand at all times so when we went to buy those that was fairly painless. I do recommend for the quality of the jewelry, but beware of rude staff! -
