We were very happy with this service at first, they were very accomodating and helpful planning out the reception and I was pretty pleased.. up until the day of the wedding.
I'm not saying they did a bad job, far from it, but... I was a little disappointed that they showed up quite late, roughly an hour after the time we'd planned with them. And, once at the reception, even though we had filled in all our song requests in their very handy planner ahead of time, not so many of those songs were actually played, I'd say about 15% of the ones we'd listed. Many generic songs and stuff we didn't care for. That alone wouldn't have bothered me, but... well, I get the distinct feeling that they didn't read the planner they'd given us to fill out. They didn't know what our first song would be to dance for, and then didn't have it with them, they had no idea what order to do the events during the reception and had to come consult the busy bridal couple frequently throughout the entire affair about "what do you want to do now?". I was somewhat okay with that, but it got to be a bit too frequent and I was too busy to deal with it, I'd expected them to follow through when they told us "don't worry about the order of the events, we'll handle all that for you".
All in all, they did a fairly good job, but I would probably hesitate to recommend them to others.
