  We had initially rented a hummer limo over their website. We suddenly received an email stating that although it was online, there wasn't really a hummer limo available. We were really disappointed. However, we were able to get a limo bus for the same price. They really worked with us to make sure we had the transportation we needed to help make our day special. Thank you!

  The vehicle we had and our driver (Mike) were both phenomenal. Also, the company was easy to work with through booking and in making day of arrangements. Only complaint is inflexibility of packages and hours, but this is typical of most companies working with wedding parties.

  Thoroughbred Limo was definitely my last choice for transportation. The limo we rented was so, so expensive, and there were several issues with payment. Never have I met a vendor who made it so difficult for me to GIVE them business. The bus did not come with promised champagne glasses and was slightly dirty. Two positives about them: they were on time, and the driver was very polite.

  Thoroughbred Limo was definitely my last choice for transportation. The limo we rented was so, so expensive, and there were several issues with payment.   unresponsive and unprofessional

  Extremely unprofessional company. Called to book but the phone number refers you to their online booking website. Went to website and books. After not hearing from them for a month I email the company and receive a phone call. Was informed that my request “fell” through the cracks because they were not checking the website and they can not fill the request without charging me more. The person on the phone informed me that my date requested is a special rate and I could just pay more to continue with my rental. No where on the website does it state Saturday’s in May require a special fee on the website it specifies certain events such as derby, breeders cup, keeneland etc.
  
  There is not one of these events Occurring on my date or in the city of Lexington.
  
  As a bride I would not pick this service as my transportation. Here I am a month out from my wedding scrambling for something else. This company is unreliable and untruthful. Wish I went with something else.
