I can’t thank Mia enough. From start to finish she was so perfect for us. We were originally only renting linens and covers but then covid hit and we had to change everything from venue to decor to food to set up. We were going to do everything on our own but Mia offered her planning services which was an absolute no brainer. Mia is incredibly professional, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable about this industry. When she says she knows what she is doing and what she is talking about she is not exaggerating. I did not worry about a single thing once we started working together. Yes this is her business but the love and compassion that she put towards our wedding was shown in every single detail. I can not thank her enough for all her time, expertise, patience, hard work and passionate love for making sure her couples have an amazing whether it is one simple piece she rents you or its an entire wedding planning from start to finish. The women she has help her are just like her. Professional, personable, and on top of every detail. When I say i did not have to worry about a thing when it came to anything she was responsible for I mean it. And that is the absolute best gift for any bride and groom. And her showroom. Oh my gosh. The best thing we did was hire Mia to decorate for our daughters wedding. She did everything, she hung 60 strands of twinkle lights and transformed an ugly outdoor pavilion into a romantic dream . Her staff were professional and friendly. I was able to sit back and enjoy the day because I knew she was on it .

Wedding 8/22/20
Mia and Staff came to the rescue for us! My daughter was scheduled to get married in November 2020. She decided at the last mine to get married in our backyard in August. Mia at the Wedding Agent was wonderful to work with! She has such an amazing selection of items in her shop, she can transform any venue in an instant. She was so helpful while we adjusted several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic and worked with us to re-design whenever we needed to change something. Before our wedding in October 2020, we weren’t sure if we would be able to even go through with our original plans due to some family health problems. We called Mia and we worked with her to plan a small ceremony in June — right in her shop! She even live streamed our ceremony for everyone who couldn’t attend. We are so thankful to have hired Mia for our special day and can it express enough our gratitude to her!

Boxwood Wall Rental
Mia is one of the only vendors in the area to rent these boxwood walls! It was a beautiful addition to our reception and with the uplighting Mia added, our guests LOVED taking pictures in front of it! Mia was great to work with and even met with us a few weeks before the wedding to make sure our personalized sign would work with the wall.

Gorgeous Addition!
My husband and I got married on December 21st, 2019 and we were lucky enough to work with Mia. On top of the stunning decor she offers, she was absolutely wonderful to work with. We got married at La Galleria, and we wanted to enhance the tables and chairs they provided. The wedding agent made our vision come to life. We had a Christmas themed wedding and our colors were red and gold. The wedding agent had beautiful sparkle gold table runners and red bows for our chairs. I can't express how much better the room looked because of this addition. Our tables were stunning. Mia was great to work with - she was very responsive, kind, and helpful. The Wedding Agent really made my wedding. During the planning process, I knew that decor was going to be one of the most important things and where I wanted the most attention to detail. Mia made the planning so easy. Her social media was inspiring, which is how I determined how to decorate my head table. She also helped me narrow down uplighting color, specialty linens, and gorgeous center pieces; all of which tied together so nicely and really made my reception glamorous. She was friendly, motivated, engaging, and enthusiastic. She provided me with updates during set up and she checked in with me at the end of the night to make sure I was happy. I met with Mia at a bridal show and chose her because of her amazing and unique centerpieces and rentals. She had some of the most GORGEOUS items I had ever seen. She was very familiar with the Statler and had great ideas on how to set everything up. Her pricing was reasonable considering the quality of product we had received that you could not get anywhere else. I was very specific that I did not want flowers, but rather glamorous crystal and gold. The options she had to offer was so beyond what I could expect. She was very quick with responses and took care of everything perfectly. I had originally booked the diamond aisle runner for my ceremony and at my final meeting, the venue told me I was not allowed to use it. I contacted Mia immediately and she made a quick suggestion of something I could swap it out for which was awesome. She was great at making sure all my counts of items were accurate and made my wedding look absolutely stunning. And the best part was that I didn't have to worry about setting everything up on my own. Would totally recommend The Wedding Agent to anyone looking for centerpieces/backdrops/etc.
Mia made our vision a reality and some!! Guests were blown away by the elegance of the room for our daughter's wedding. The ivory and gold chair with lucite table and lighting backdrop were a hit as well. Thank you for making our vision a reality! Perfect in every way.

It's all in the Details -- and they have it all!
The Wedding Agent was the BEST DECISION I could have ever made for my wedding décor! I’m all about the details, and if you’re wanting to really make your wedding or event come alive, I highly and absolutely recommend her. High quality products, HUMONGOUS inventory, and so easy to work with! And what I love most about it is that all I had to do was pick out what I wanted, give her the quantities, and she did the rest of the work -- Everything was set up and ready to go when my guests got there and her team came and tore down that night when the reception was over. Being able to spend time and celebrate with my bridesmaids and family instead of trying to figure out who was to set up what when and then packing it up at the end of the reception – it was so relieving that I didn’t have to do any of that and could just enjoy myself!
All my guests kept telling me how it was the fanciest wedding they had ever attended, and I know a lot of that was because of the décor I selected. The Wedding Agent had everything that I needed for my 1920’s/Gatsby inspired wedding: vintage style charger plates, really elegant black floor length Damask linen (our venue included chivari chairs and you could see the table legs even when they put their linen on – super tacky!), tall feather centerpieces that lit up, gold sequin linens for our head table, and opulent candelabras which I was able to use for both my ceremony & reception décor. You absolutely NEED to see her showroom – there is no way you can’t find what you are looking for!

I first met Mia at a bridal show when I was looking for a rental company to rent chair covers and centerpieces from. I decided to set up a meeting with her at her beautiful shop. When I first walked into her shop I couldn't believe how beautiful all the rental decor was. We talked for a while about what I was envisioning for my wedding. My husband and I wanted to have a fall wedding. She pointed me in the right direction for centerpieces and told me I could add pumpkins and leaves to the tables to give it more of a fall look and I agreeded that it was a great idea. She made me feel so much better about the decor and everything was finally coming together. She also helped me with invitations and place cards which turned out so nice and I got so many compliments from my family and friends. I give The Wedding Agent more than 5 stars because Mia was honest and never stirred me in the wrong direction and all the decor I rented turned out so amazingly beautiful. I got so many compliments from my family and friends about how nice the centerpieces, chair covers, backdrop, head table decor and table linens were. Thank you again for everything. The Wedding Agent did a wonderful job decorating for our wedding! Mia was extremely patient with us when we were deciding which products to use, and helped us to put together colors in a way that looked spectacular. Our wedding colors were purple and red, so we were concerned about the hall looking gaudy with those two colors together, but that was not at all the case. With Mia's guidance, the hall looked absolutely gorgeous, the colors of the napkins, table runners, chair covers, and chair bows were vibrant and made the reception hall look magical while still tasteful.

I was so beyond happy that I decided to choose The Wedding Agent for my wedding needs! Mia completely catered to my individual needs and was so helpful. The linens that I chose for my tables were one of a kind and were something that I always dreamed of, but never knew existed. Mia also provided our center pieces which were AMAZING. The candelabras were something else. They looked stunning! Her professionalism was top notch and I really appreciated how she made sure to keep my stress as low as she could when figuring our deliveries and such. She worked wonderfully with our florist and I couldn't recommend The Wedding Agent enough! Fantastic!!

Mia worked with us for decorations at the ceremony and reception location. She provided lanterns over the dance floor that were gorgeous! For the ceremony, she provided a runner that changed the look of the venue for the better. At first we were a little surprised by the price but her and her team did such a wonderful job we believe it was worth every penny!

They were transparent with pricing, had a good selection and were flexible when we made a last-minute change to our requested style. Mia is efficient and easy to work with. Mia is simply amazing. If your looking for stress free wedding planning then the wedding agent is for you. The shop is beautiful, so many options to meet any styles. Literally has everything any bride would need. Mia did all my linens, uplighting, Swarovski crystal cake topper and cake stand. My reception venue looked amazing. Our chair cover company that we had contracted did not respond for a week before the wedding. We called The Wedding Agent at 10pm the night before the wedding and they were willing to save the day! The day before my wedding was an epic disaster, my flowers died, flights for bridal party members canceled, my hairdresser got kidney stones, and my rehersal dress tore right up the back! So to say the least when I got to my rehersal on Friday night, I was prepared for the worst. And then I saw the aisle runner, aisle decor, flower petals, and arch that Mia had set up prior in the day and I was blown away, it was stunning, and it brought me to tears (happy ones!). It couldn't have been any closer to the vision I had. The reception decor was just as breathtaking. I rented the crystal cardbox, went with an entirely white damask linen table package including silver charger plates, and the nine arm candelabras. Mia also put together our head table based on a photo I brought to her off of pinterest.
I started on this journey of planning the wedding two years ago, and Mia was willing to make changes along the way as well as let me come into her showroom and play around with different linens and centerpiece options until I ultimately settled on my final choice. All in all, Mia was accomodating, responsive, polite and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend her to anyone I know, and there is absolutely nothing I would have changed or anything I regret renting/purchasing from her store. Three weeks later and I am still getting compliments on how beatiful and classy everything looked.

Mia is absolutely the best!!! She provided me with the most gorgeous linens, centerpieces, head table and lighting that I have ever seen. When I walked in and saw what she had done, it took my breath away! Everyone raved about how beautiful everything was all night! She took care of everything, so all I had to do was enjoy my day. I highly recommend the wedding agent!

I would recommend The Wedding Agent to anyone who wants a beautiful wedding! The linens were gorgeous, my invitations were exactly what I wanted, and my video was out of this world! Everyone was extremely professional and they made my life as a bride a lot easier. I knew I was in good hands when I met Mia for the first time. Everything was wonderful.

Mia did a fantastic job of making our wedding day beautiful! Not only did she wow our guests with her fabulous table decor and lighting, she also did a great job of decorating our outdoor ceremony.

For the quality of the linens provided by the Wedding Agent, the price was very reasonable. Mia was very helpful and created the vision I had for my wedding with the linens that she used to really set the tone of the celebration. The employees she had were very efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with all the linens provided through the Wedding Agent and I also wore one of the rental sets of jewelry that Mia has stocked in her shop. They were gorgeous! I had so many compliments and they really added that special bling to my bridal attire.

We saw a table set up at a Bridal Show that featured the most gorgeous candelabras. We were able to ask a ton of questions which they took the time to answer even though it was so busy. We rented them on the spot with full payment. We were able to pick them up the Friday before our wedding & our venue set them all up (which was very easy). They were so gorgeous & added a special touch behind our head table.

We got our chair covers and table runners from Mia at The Wedding Agent, she matched a price we found from another vendor and was very helpful in helping us select the right colors for both. They looked beautiful at our Brierwood Country Club reception! Also, due to some miscommunication some of my friends thought we were supposed to take the runners home and we found them in our trunk a few weeks later! Mia was very understanding! Thank you for everything Mia!

Mia is very straight to the point and good and what she does. We used her for chair covers and invitations. The invites came quick, no errors and high quality. Beautiful! The chair covers really made the room look great. I would totally recommend The Wedding Agent for these 2 needs!!

Mia is the owner of this little business in Kenmore, NY. She has everything you need; and if she doesn't have it, she will find it! She was amazingly helpful and totally calmed me when I needed it. She was personable but professional at the same time. She is a wonderful woman and a FABULOUS addition to the wedding industry. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

This is a mother of the bride review. We are notoriously a spastic bunch. Mia was patient with my concerns & the room my daughter's reception was at was absolutely stunning beyond my expectation. Just perfect! Beautiful & sparkling!

I can't say enough about Mia and her services. I looked everywhere for the perfect invitations and was disappointed by a lot of the samples that I received. The quality and selection of Mia's invitations are not even comparable. Mia was so flexible and patient with me. She was certainly the most responsive of all of my wedding vendors. She always responded to me instantly... even on weekends. My invitations are absolutely breath taking. If you want the best in the Buffalo area... Look no further! Thank you Mia!

Omgosh Mia as the Wedding agent has practically everything a bride could want! You can't get everything but it's candy with all the bling (if that's your thing). Saw her set up at a bridal show and it's great you can get a one on one appointment with her to pick things out. The hours a little weird but I understand. The only reason theirs a 4 on responsiveness is because getting phone calls back is far between BUT as a worried bride you just have to trust that things are ok, They delivered and everything I rented was exactly like I pictured.

Mia was great to work with! We were able to go through her showroom to see setups and select what we were interested in. The prices are up there so we rented things through her that we couldn't do on our own. She set up a fabulous head table for us with skirting, a backdrop, and uplighting. We also rented chair bands from her that really pulled the room together. Unfortunately, we had rented an archway for our outdoor ceremony but it was too windy to have out. Her team delivered everything to the venue, and disassembled and picked it up after (I was SHOCKED to see Mia there at midnight after the wedding, but I think it's a testament to how invested she is in her business!).

Mia was great to work with! She responded so quickly to emails and was very helpful. The ballroom was completely transformed into s fairy tale setting with her products!! The only reason I gave a 4 for quality was because the bows fell completely down the chair as the reception went on, which didn't look too good. Otherwise I highly recommend her!
