All of the stars

Trilogy was an absolute dream at our wedding at Bogey Hills in St. Charles, MO! They kept the music upbeat and the dance floor stayed full all night long! They emceed our entrances as well. We have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS since our wedding about how fun the band was. They've got 8 pieces and really bring the energy. They took two short 15 minute breaks, where I was able to choose what songs were DJ'd. One song was played that we added to our do not play list, but I was the only one who noticed so nbd! We also had the duo play for cocktail hour and highly recommend upgrading this! They also looked snazzy in their matching red suits. Bill was very easy to work with and really wanted to make sure he had all the details correct. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had. We wanted to have live music at our wedding, but were worried about the cost. They are very affordable, but their quality isn't cheap! We can see why they've been together for 49 years - can't wait to catch them at the loading dock next year!

We had a wonderful experience working with Bill and the Trilogy Band!

Bill and the Trilogy Band are top notch! They met with us beforehand to go over all of the details, leaned the songs we wanted, and were always very responsive to any questions that arose. We had so much positive feedback about their performance the night of our reception! They played a nice mix of songs and everything ran so smoothly. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and gladly recommend their services to others!

Amazing band, amazing service!

I've been using Trilogy for 20+ years at fundraising events. They are always professional, responsive, and so much fun! The feedback from the crowd is universally positive. And many guests at my events have ended up hiring Trilogy for other events.

This band was absolutely marvelous. They were flexible and played music that would appeal to all those at our gala. We had guest from their early 20s to the late 80s and all thoroughly enjoyed the music.
They were set up and ready to go early without any glitches. They even provided two of their musicians early to play during the cocktail hour. I would highly recommend them for any event, including galas, and not just weddings.

Incredible big band sound - exactly what we wanted!

Bill and the band played for our son's New Year's Eve wedding and did a fantastic job. They are great to work with and even had us out to Bill's home to meet about our preferences before the big event. This group has been playing together for years and you can tell. They sounded incredible and delivered a terrific performance, full of energy and class. Our son and his bride are both ballroom dance instructors so having the right music was very important. They danced and smiled all evening long, along with most of our guests, from the youngest nephews to the oldest grandmothers - everyone enjoyed the band. Hiring a live band is expensive, but quality live music makes an event! Your guests won't remember if they had chicken or fish, if there were chargers under the plates or bows on the backs of the chairs, but they will always remember enjoying themselves on the dance floor with live music. If you're going to splurge on one aspect of the event, this is it - and Trilogy will make your event one to remember.

Amazing band and great to work with!

If you are looking to book an exceptional band for your wedding or event, Trilogy is an excellent choice. My family has used Trilogy for several of our weddings and have received so many compliments on how they had such a great time listening and dancing to their music. I have also used them at two of my recent Holiday work parties at Tubular Steel, Inc. They are very responsive and great to work with as you are planning your event. Best Decision Ever!

My family has followed and loved this band for several years. We have booked them for wedding receptions and most recently a birthday celebration with 200 people. They just do a fantastic job of playing music for all age groups present. They know how to keep the dance floor full. These guys and female vocalist are all so talented and professional. Trilogy is just the best!

Wedding Reception

Trilogy is the most personable, fun, classic, and professional wedding band a couple can hope for! They go above and beyond to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable all while taking the stress away. Excellent choice for a very versatile & professional band

Our daughter got married 12 years ago and WeddingWire wasn't a resource then, which is why it wasn't involved in our selection.
Bill and the band were absolutely THE BEST at honoring our requested songs and "knowing" how to gage the appropriate songs to play for our guests attending. I'm sure a number of them were not their favorites, but they knew they were our reception guests type of music due to the responses they got.

We've continued to follow Trilogy over the last 12 years at different venues and they never disappoint the group they are playing for. We'd highly recommend them and certainly they should be on your final list of considerations. Make sure you've been out to hear them in person and your decision will be made!!

Trilogy Band

I have been to many weddings, most of which have DJs. We decided to go with live music for my daughters wedding and it was the best decision we could have made. There is nothing like live music and the Trilogy band brought an energy to the reception that a DJ never could! My daughter and her fiancée met with Bill and went over every detail about the wedding from introducing the wedding party to song selection. The night and the band was flawless. Three things that all of our guest said to us was, beautiful wedding, great food and the band was amazing. Thanks Bill

Best wedding band in STL area!

The entire band was a hit at our wedding! They were so nice and professional! They even learned a song we really wanted to hear! If you want a band in the STL area this is the best of the best! Our entire reception people were on the dance floor! Thanks trilogy!!!

A Great Band That Makes Things Easy

These guys really are an all-around First Class act. From the very beginning they made the experience very personal and effortless. We met with Bill (The Band Leader) to set our timelines, song list and first dances and they took if from there, and it couldn't have gone smoother. I would reccommend this band to anyone who was lookjng for a classic first rate band.

Great Evening dancing to music we could sing!

TRILOGY performed for us at a Dance Club event. They were excellent! Their song list covers big hits for all age groups, and they are ready to fill the evening with "your kind of music!" At the end of the evening, we booked Trilogy for a repeat performance at a dance next year! This is a 5-star band!

Excellent dinner-dance music

We have engaged Trilogy for several years for our annual MDC/Boeing Retirees Christmastime dinner-dance - most recently on December 8, 2021. They play a wide range of music genres, and the instrumentalists and vocalists are excellent. They are open to requests.

Wonderful Band!

If you need a wedding band I highly suggest Trilogy! They played at my sisters wedding in 2018 and then at mine on 11/20/2021! They are so experienced and know how to keep everyone on the dance floor!

Talented, Friendly, & Fun

This band was amazing. My husband initially saw them play 2 years ago in a small setting in Rolla, MO. They are a 3-8 piece band and can fit in a small space. My now Husband convinced me we had to have live music for our wedding and I am so glad he did. Bill was wonderful to work with and met with us prior to the event to discuss our musical needs and timeline of events. The band was able to learn and play unique songs we picked for our first dance, dances with the mother and father, and entrance song. Our dance floor was literally never empty and people who normally don't dance were out there. It was truly amazing. We would recommend them for any event hands down!

Perfect Band for All Ages to Enjoy!

We hired Trilogy band to play at our wedding reception and heard nothing but compliments from guests of all ages! They played a great mix of classic and newer songs, and even learned a couple special songs that we wanted to include. Bill was so easy to work with and helped everything run smoothly throughout the planning process and during the day of our wedding. He also hired musicians to play during our ceremony, and it added such a nice touch to have live music as we were walking down the aisle. We would definitely recommend Trilogy to anyone looking for a wedding band!

The Perfect Band for Your Perfect Day

One of the most important decisions about planning a wedding is the music. It sets the tone for the entire night and often makes or breaks how much fun your wedding will be. Trilogy delivered everything we wanted and then some. First the professionalism. Bill will set your mind at ease, a true professional with tons of experience from hundreds of weddings. He makes everything easy with a huge catalog of songs to choose from and will learn any song not currently in their repertoire. He sits down with you and goes over the itinerary for the evening. Making suggestions, while personalizing everything to your tastes and desires. Trilogy will play both your ceremony and reception. They act as the master of ceremony to guide you through the evening from wedding party introductions, handing off the mic for speeches, prayers and the like, cake cutting, bouquet toss and anything else you would like announced. Now the really important part, the music. All of our guests were blown away about how awesome the music was. Their 8 piece band will impress any crowd. Perfect background dinner music. The slow songs we beautiful and well timed. They kept the dance floor shaking all night long. Seriously the dance floor was always packed and the dancing didn't stop. They know how to get the party going and keep the energy and good time a rockin. It's really hard to describe how your wedding day makes you feel. It's truly a unique feeling. As a groom I went in thinking it's going to be a lot of tedious pictures, two "I do's" and a party. Then when you have a moment to look around, you're there with the person you love, surround by the people that love you, and it's something else. Something magical and other worldly and Trilogy brought the perfect sound track for that feeling. They are the perfect band for your perfect day.

Made our wedding reception AMAZING!!!

My now husband and I were the lucky couple that got to be Trilogy's first performance of 2020, no thanks to Covid-19. They were SO great!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great variety of music, and a great team of musicians to work with that will make your night/event extra special and fun. Our dance floor never "died". 5+ stars!

Look no further this is the band you want

The professionalism and sound of Trilogy will delight any and all in attendance. The brass that accompanies the music just perfects the sound. With a vast variety of songs and genres, it's amazing that they can plan it so sharp and on spot. I would pay a ticket price to see them perform, They are THAT GOOD!

Great band

Loved having Trilogy at our event! We had them at our wedding 13 years ago and again at our birthday party recently. Guests loved the band and we all had fun dancing! Highly recommend!

Wonderful band

I had this band at my wedding 10 years ago and they were fantastic! They kept the dance floor packed! It was so much fun!

But more recently we celebrated my Dad’s 60th bday and I hired them for it.
Again they were awesome! We actually had people from another party down the hall stop in and ask for their info! They really are that good! Highly recommend them! Very professional, accommodating , and sound amazing!

Trilogy brings the party!

What a party! Trilogy kept our guests on the dance floor the whole night! They played from a range of decades as our guest list included a wide-range of ages. They were super easy to work with and very agreeable. I think their prices are great. They have a big band sound with lots of brass. Our event was at the Ritz Carlton and we even had party crashers because the music was so good :) Highly recommend Trilogy. Can't wait until next year's Gala.

Trilogy was the PERFECT choice for my daughter's wedding. We had over 200 guests and the dance floor was always full of people having a great time. Trilogy entertained guests and made the night about the bride and groom. Bill met with us and truly listened. We received so many amazing comments from our guests and plan to use them for future events.

Phenomenal Band, A+++

We can't say enough great things about Trilogy. From start to finish, they were extremely responsive and flexible. They have a great selection of songs and even offered to learn a couple just for us if not part of their repertoire. They can accommodate any style, age group, etc. My sister had Trilogy play for her wedding as well, and we couldn't wait to book them for ours. The head of the band is so friendly and pleasant and really makes working with them a wonderful experience. We had a full dance floor and so many guests commented on what an incredible band we had! I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Great band!

Trilogy is a must-have band for your next event! My husband and I are musicians so were very particular about the band we hired for our wedding reception. The musicianship was great, they were professional and kept our guests dancing the entire evening. Bill was wonderful to work with making sure all of our needs were met.

Fantastic Band!

Trilogy is top of the Chart. We accidently ran on to them at a different venue and have booked them every year since for our Mardi Gras fundraiser event. They keep the crowd danceing from the moment your feet hit the floor until the night ends. They are very pleasant to work with. So, if your looking for a band to keep the night going look into Trilogy.

Outstanding band for our magical wedding!

When planning our wedding we thought about going cheap for music, like Spotify playlist cheap. Then we danced all night at to Trilogy’s performance at a friends wedding. It made me want a live band and the energy that came with it. I called Trilogy, got a quote, and booked immediately. This is by far the best of the wedding investments. Trilogy is helpful, professional and extremely kind. Having them play our wedding reception elevated the experience for everyone. My favorite part of the night was the last song when I looked around and not a single guest was in there seat. Everyone one was up and dancing, I consider that a standing ovation to the band! Music is magic, and Trilogy brought that magic to our wedding. If you want and outstanding reception full of dancing and good tunes, go with Trilogy!

When planning my wedding I knew a band was a must. After lots of research and wedding shows I finally found the perfect band at a wedding show. My mom, sisters and I listened to them play and loved them. I cannot say enough good things about this band. Everyone was professional, full of energy and made our reception a blast. Months later and we are still receiving compliments about the music. We had one on one meetings with Bill to go over exactly what we wanted. They were very accommodating to all of my requests. They made sure we did not leave any details out and even played my college fight song off a cd for me. Go Bears! Bill played the perfect songs at the right times so the dance floor was never empty! They were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my emails or phone calls. We would absolutely recommend this band to anyone for their wedding or any other big event.

Trilogy Band is amazing! I've used them for several charitable events and they are always very professional and easy to work with. They are happy to learn any songs you request and are great about keeping the volume of the music appropriate for the moment - quieting down a bit for the dinner hour and cranking it up when its time to dance! I've always gotten rave reviews about Trilogy and will use them any chance I get.

They accommodated all of our requests from learning a new song for our first dance to last-minute changes during the reception. They handled our cocktail hour music, wedding party introductions, and our first dances with elegance. But most importantly our guests LOVED them, and the dance floor was packed the entire night until we literally had to ask everyone to carry on the party elsewhere. Selecting Trilogy as our wedding band was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. We could not be more appreciative of The Trilogy Band's preparation and execution.

For any couples who live out of state: We live in Texas but had our wedding/reception in St. Louis to be near family. It was very easy to work with Bill over the phone/email to finalize the details. We had complete confidence in them heading into our wedding day and then they exceeded our expectations.

I can describe the Trilogy Band in one word AMAZING! Everyone had such a great time. I made the comment that the true measure of whether or not everyone was having a good time, is how many people are still there at the end. I've been to weddings were there are only a hand full of people remaining at the end. but in our case at least 80% of those who came were still there screaming for an encore. I asked the proprietor if they usually have live music and she said "yes, but not like this, these guys are great"! Thanks Trilogy for helping to make this a evening that we will never forget.

Trilogy was amazing! Bill was great to work with from the beginning of the planning process. They played all of the songs we requested and sounded amazing! Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night. Bill even let my dad sit in and play the drums for a few songs which was I one of my favorite parts of the night. I would recommend Trilogy to any couple looking for a great band for their reception!

Bill and the entire Trilogy St. Louis band are just the absolute GREATEST! My husband and I had the band play at our wedding reception – the band plays such a fantastic variety of music. Our guests were on their feet the entire night, even the older guests and the "shy" ones! Bill is very professional and gives you the opportunity to personalize the set list however you wish – My sister got to sing a song with the band, which was a cool personal touch. Bill is also very flexible and willing to work with your ideas. We had to change our reception venue only 2 weeks before our wedding due to a crazy accident, yet Bill and the band didn't blink an eye. They were incredibly helpful and encouraging through the entire planning process. The sound of the live band and the energetic musicians in it will make your event unique and an absolute thrill. I CANNOT speak highly enough of Trilogy St. Louis!

Just attended a wedding reception where Trilogy played at the Whitmoor Country Club. Holy cow, what a performance! The dance floor was jammed all night long, the band played songs from current top 40 hits to big band and did them all just like the original artists sounded. It was soooo much fun and I will never ever go hear a lame DJ again. The band did a great job and even did an encore. You gotta love the Trilogy band.

Trilogy is an amazing, fun group of musicians that made my wedding day perfect! The band members are personable, friendly, go above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom are happy. The band leader, Bill Grosch, invited my husband and myself to attend other performances in the community to see first hand the quality of music and performance Trilogy has to offer. Bill and the Trilogy Band were absolutely amazing at our wedding and the months leading up to our big day. They were so accommodating and really cared about what we wanted for our reception. I had the chance to meet with Bill a few times to discuss the music, the MC'ing and timeline. He is such a genuine person and great work with! One thing we knew for sure was that we wanted a live band for our wedding reception. We searched high and low and were having a difficult time finding a band we felt comfortable about. We found Trilogy on the wonderful Internet. Trilogy doesn't play a whole lot of public events, but lucky for us, we were able to see them live at The Loading Dock in Grafton, IL in Sept 2015, which was just a couple weeks after we found them online. Upon parking and getting out of the car at The Loading Dock, I heard music. I thought, "Dang, Trilogy must be on a set break now because that is definitely a CD playing." To my surprise, it was not a CD -- It was THEM! We were sold immediately and booked them pronto for our July 9, 2016 wedding. We met up with Bill, the band contact, before the wedding to discuss the details. He was very welcoming, honest, and accommodating. Trilogy provided a smaller band for our cocktail hour and dinner hour, then the full band played for our reception. Our wedding guests just loved the live entertainment, as did we! The talent of Trilogy is second to none. I come from a family of professional musicians and choosing a good, quality wedding band was incredibly important to us. Trilogy excels at the classics as well as the current hits. Their horn section is amazing. We just loved when they played Blood Sweat & Tears songs. One last thing to note is that Bill, the MC, did a fantastic job with commanding the room and keeping things moving. Also worth noting is that he correctly pronounced the names of all of my family and wedding party, which is not an easy feat. We highly recommend Trilogy. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Trilogy was absolutely amazing!! They were the nicest people you will ever meet and exceeded all of my expectations! The entire reception went so smoothly and they transitioned everything from speeches, dinner, and first dances perfectly. They kept my guests dancing the entire night! I had so many guests ask for their information and even had a few guests get a business card from them to use at their own events. I booked Trilogy for my wedding reception June 25, 2016, and I could not have made a better decision. My fiancé and I first heard Trilogy at a summer concert series in Chesterfield last year, and they were so much fun! When we began pricing various bands, we could not believe that Trilogy was literally half the cost of some of the other bands we were considering. From emails to face to face meetings, Trilogy was responsive, attentive, professional, and completely in tune to our wants and needs. They even learned our first dance song and my father/daughter dance song (and nailed both of them, I might add!) From the moment they began playing at the wedding, the dance floor was PACKED, and it stayed that way all night. "Your band was amazing!" is a comment I am still hearing from my guests almost a month later. I highly recommend Trilogy to all brides in St. Louis.

Side note: I chose to add on the jazz trio and pianist during the cocktail and dinner hours. The cost was minimal, but the impact on the ambiance was quite substantial!

As a musician myself, having quality live music was a top priority, especially because of the many many friends attending that are also professional musicians. I watched their video and compared to one other group and they were tighter musically. The music performed at the reception was outstanding. Many compliments from my musician friends as well. Very professional presence, on time (very early load in so as not to disturb cocktails or dinner), classy, and they could "read the room." Bill (organizer) was so easy to work with and they got in all my song choices, as well as learned a couple new ones. It was very enjoyable to be welcomed to sing with them as well!

The Trilogy Band comes highly recommended! They are professionals at their best! Our dance floor never rested and our guests loved the feeling of a live band. We used Trilogy for our wedding on August 15th and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! We were guests at our friends wedding who used Trilogy and we danced ALL night! So we knew we wanted them for our wedding! They are not only talented but very professional and so easy to work with! I had actually forgotten to give them our song choices and they ended up playing to the crowd and it was amazing. We used Trilogy for our wedding reception music and cocktail hour music. Trilogy is extraordinary on all levels. Musically they were phenomenal and the interplay of fabulous vocals coupled with really well balanced and professional instrumentals made for an amazing sound. They did a great job of playing songs that kept the dance floor hopping! They were very professional and they were very easy to work with. Many of the guests complimented us on the band and said they really enjoyed the music. Bill and his team made the process seamless and really made the reception a blast. Trilogy Band made our wedding reception a hit - people continue to compliment us on our choice of bands. They get the party started and played great songs from all different decades - including current. They even learned a song that wasn't on their song list so we could have our choice for our first dance song - and they did a great job. We used Trilogy Band for our daughter's wedding! They are fabulous and will not disappoint you! They play the music you want to hear and the dance floor is always full! Bill MC's the reception and is so efficient and organized! The band members and singer are so talented and professional! Our son, who plays the guitar, also joined the band for a few songs! They are open to guest players or singers! We had so many compliments on the band from our guests! We also had 2 band members during the cocktail hour play a keyboard and sax for background music, excellent! We would highly recommend them! Thanks Bill and band members!

We listened to a few different bands when planning our wedding and decided on Trilogy because of their great performance, professionalism, and diversity in music. They were a great vendor to work with and already knew so many of the vendors we already had. At the reception, they were perfect. What great variety! I asked them to learn Ingrid Michaelson's "The Way I Am" so I could sing it at the reception for my [new] husband, and they sounded great on it! They were really fun to work with, and our families enjoyed the live music. Thank you, Trilogy!

Trilogy did a fabulous job playing at our wedding reception on June 30, 2012! From the day we signed the contract to the end of the event, Bill Grosch and his band were incredibly easy to work with. They are all very talented musicians and kept the party rocking all night. Their rates are an incredible bang for the buck. They know a large variety of music, but will even learn a special request before the event if they don't know a song that you'd like to have played. My only regret is that I was too busy visiting with our guests and didn't get to dance enough! I highly recommend this band!

The band was excellent and we HIGHLY recommend! From the music at the cocktail hour to keeping everyone on the dance floor all night we could not have hired a better group for our wedding. Trilogy was great!

We really enjoyed having trilogy at our reception, they really did a great job! the only thing I would recommend is to fully double check itineraries with vendors in advance that way everyone is on the same page! And if you have any special requests for music, let them know in advance! They will learn songs for you if they don't know them. They did great with keeping people on the dance floor all night!
