  Dream Venue!

  I would give The Redmoor more than 5 stars if I could! Mandie and her team are so professional and organized, she was able to put this anxious bride at ease. She is so on top it! She came through on everything promised before, during and after our wedding! If great food is a priority for you at your wedding, you have to go with The Redmoor. It was AMAZING! We got loads of compliments from our guests about how Chef Scott’s food was so much better than typical wedding food. We made a couple of requests outside of the typical menu they were able to accommodate, like Argentine-style empanadas for the groom’s side of the family. They were praised as very authentic by those who came from Argentina! We loved the space and the vibe as perfect for what we were going for-timeless elegance. We were glad we didn’t have to add a ton of decor since the space is already beautiful. We are looking forward to attending other events there in the future!

  Guests LOVED this venue!

  I could not have asked for more from a wedding venue or venue staff! We planned to have our reception here in 2020, but postponed when covid hit. Mandie was so accommodating when we were rescheduling. She worked with us to make sure every detail was accounted for. On the day of the reception, the staff put out our decorations, and made sure everything was perfect so we could enjoy the night. Our guests absolutely loved the atmosphere of the venue, several people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and the signature drinks the redmoor helped us with were a hit! I couldn’t imagine a more helpful staff or a better environment for our reception! Such a beautiful space!

  AMAZING Venue, Spectacular Service

  We had our wedding here on October 26, 2019. It was absolutely spectacular. I could not have imagined a better place to marry my soul mate and celebrate with my friends and family.
  
  Let's start with Mandie: Mandie was so accommodating with all of the things we wanted for our big day (and boy, there was a lot). She responded quickly to my emails and made my vision come true. On the day of, she made everything so unbelievably relaxed and carefree, there was nothing I had to worry about that day except for tripping while walking down the aisle. ;) She made our wedding more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
  
  Let's talk about the food: I have two words: AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Our guests were STILL talking about the New York Strip, potatoes, chicken, and our appetizers.

  Perfect Wedding Reception

  Our reception was at The Redmoor. Everything from the food, to the service, to flexibility of planning and working around our schedule for the wedding day was perfect! Mandie was our head planner and she ran everything perfect and even set up the decor for me! She ensured that the timeline for our day ran according. I had nothing but, compliments for our day. We will always recommend The Redmoor to others!

  Phenomenal!

  I absolutely recommend The Redmoor (Mandie Merritt) for your wedding. The venue is a renovated movie theater from the 30's and is beautifully decorated and has incredible character. Mandie handled every detail of the wedding/reception, and it went off seamlessly. I did not use a wedding planner and it was not needed because of Mandie's expertise and assistance. The Redmoor has their own chef/cooking staff, and my guests are still raving about how wonderful the dinner was that night.

  An amazing venue!

  We are so happy we chose to have our wedding reception at the Redmoor! We had so many people tell us that night and after how much fun they had and how much they loved the venue (and we agreed!). The appetizers and dinner meals were delicious and we loved all of the options we had to choose from. Mandie was the absolute best and helped make our wedding the best night ever!

  We just had our ceremony and reception at the Redmoor and we cannot say enough good things. All of the Redmoor staff are fantastic, and the venue is beautiful. We worked with Mandie through the whole process and she made everything super easy. Our guests were very pleased that the ceremony and the reception were in the same place. No travel time and getting lost for them! :)
  
  Also, we loved that the Redmoor is totally up front about their pricing; there is no added costs or surprise fees. Everything is included in the price they give you, and the service fee is the tip for the staff. After looking at other venues that had added fees for random things, the direct pricing was very helpful and appreciated.

Brian Feldkamp was so patient and listened to ever request and made them happen. He was there through the entire event making sure we had everything we needed.   The Redmoor is PHENOMENAL! Brian and his staff go above and beyond to meet your every need to make sure you have a spectacular night. I got married on 6-2-17 and they made sure everything was perfect. They even added in some extra lights that they knew we really wanted but couldn't afford. All of our guests remarked on the beautiful, unique venue and the delicious food! I loved having our names posted on the sign outside and taking pictures underneath. The Redmoor is worth every penny! Brian even helped out with coordinating everything so the entire night went smoothly. They also reply quickly and work with you throughout the entire time leading up to your wedding. They exceeding our every expectation. My bridesmaids and I were also able to use the room upstairs to get ready. We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Redmoor!

  We had our wedding here on April 7, 2017. I cannot say enough about this venue. Brian was amazing to work with from day one. This venue was the third venue we looked at on our first day looking after we got engaged. From the moment we walked into the Redmoor we felt so at ease with everything. Wedding planning is a stressful time and there is something about Brian that put us at ease. He had an answer to every single question we had. He worked with us to create a custom menu for our guests and the food was absolutely amazing! You will not be disappointed. Brian communicated with us the entire 14 months leading up to our wedding. We were able to visit the venue as many times as we wanted. He did not miss a single detail. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as well. As soon as I walked in after pictures, the bridal party went upstairs to wait until time for the ceremony to start. Someone from the staff was upstairs right away asking if we needed anything and wanted drinks. We were able to drop off our decorations the Monday before the wedding and Brian made notes about how we wanted everything set up. We didn't have to worry about a single thing that day. The staff put everything out for us. Brian stays with you the entire day and makes sure things go smoothly and start on time. He even made sure the train on my dress was straight before I walked down the aisle. My wedding was over a month ago and people are still making comments about how amazing our venue was. My grandmother is on oxygen and a staff member got her a plate at dinner time so she wouldn't have to worry about it. I had the most perfect day thanks to The Redmoor and Brian. Book this venue! I promise you will NOT regret it!!

  We loved our wedding at the Redmoor! Brian is so easy to work with. He has a lot of experience with weddings, so he is able to give you good advice when you are making decisions. The food was good. In fact, we liked the food better the night of the wedding than we did during our tasting! We had our ceremony and reception both at the Redmoor, and we wouldn't have changed a thing! Everything ran so smoothly. Brian works well with your other vendors such as DJ, flowers, and photographer to make sure that everyone is on the same page. The staff was very accommodating and made sure our guests had everything they needed all night long. Another amazing thing that they do at the Redmoor is that they will set up EVERYTHING. All you have to do is drop off boxes of decorations and explain to him how you want everything (or take pictures to send him), and he and his staff put all of the decorations out! That way you get to enjoy your weekend completely carefree knowing that the venue is going to be beautiful and taken care of by the time you get there. Our favorite thing about the Redmoor is the fact that it is the type of venue that people will have FUN at! Our guests hung out at the bar and dance floor all night, and we have had tons of friends and family tell us it was one of the funnest weddings they've been to. The theater type of venue really sets the mood for people to have a good time. Brian was also very flexible and easy to communicate with. I wanted to come up one day in October when I was off work and try out my decorations to make sure everything was coming together the way I wanted. He had no problem meeting with me, helping me put the decorations out, giving me some tips, and then helping me pack it back up and load it into the car. It was so nice to be able to get into the venue and do a trial run with the decorations and get the peace of mind that everything was coming together. Thank you Brian and Mandie for everything you did to make our day so special!

  Mandie and the staff at The Redmoor are simply amazing! Mandie was a great help in planning both the ceremony and reception for my husband and I. She was prompt to return phone calls and emails, offered help and suggestions as to what works within the space and made sure our wedding was just what we wanted. The art deco building is great for photographs and the fact that the reception and ceremony were in one space made things relaxed and not stressful at all! The food was great, the staff was great and words just cant describe how awesome Mandie is. This is definitely a great place to check out!

She was prompt to return phone calls and emails, offered help and suggestions as to what works within the space and made sure our wedding was just what we wanted. The art deco building is great for photographs and the fact that the reception and ceremony were in one space made things relaxed and not stressful at all! The food was great, the staff was great and words just cant describe how awesome Mandie is. This is definitely a great place to check out!

  A five-star rating does not truly explain how happy we were with our decision to have our wedding ceremony and reception at The Redmoor. Mandie and Brian epitomize professionalism and are so helpful, that we didn't have a need for a wedding planner or day of coordinator. Planning a wedding from out of town (SC) was tricky but Mandie was so thorough and quick to answer questions and give suggestions/feedback. They both have a sense of calm to them that instantly puts you at ease and have no problem trusting them with your big day. Mandie saw my vision and when I walked into the venue that before the ceremony, I was brought to tears at how perfectly executed everything was. Mandie and Brian were so attentive to my needs as well as my fiance's, our families, bridal party, and guests. Our guests raved about the unique atmosphere and quality of service. And the food! It is amazing. One of our focal points when booking a venue was making sure the food would be hot, delicious and not run out. The Redmoor makes everything in house, from scratch and it does not disappoint. Many of our guests walked away saying that they want their daughters to use The Redmoor someday. I cannot thank Mandie and Brian enough for all they did to make our day absolutely perfect.

  After touring wedding venues all day, the owner Brian's warm attitude and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Immediately my fiance and I felt like we were comfortable and that we would be taken care of while planning our big day. We are sure the day will go off without a hitch - I will update following our wedding!

  Brian and the staff at the Redmoor were amazing! We did not have a wedding planner and Brian was always available and easy to reach to give his experienced opinion on everything such as decorations, vendors, and timeline. He was even happy to accommodate a special beer request for the wedding which was very appreciated. The night of the event his staff took care of everything. They were very attentive to all of the guests and made the night all the more enjoyable.
  
  The venue was great as well! All of our guests loved the charming atmosphere and décor. From all of our searching for reception halls we didn’t find another one that was as charming or well laid out in Cincinnati.
  
  The food also well exceeded our expectations. We received many compliments on the passed appetizers as well as the entrees. Once again the staff did an amazing job not only preparing the food but serving the appetizers and making sure the food on the buffet was fresh!
  
  We certainly can’t imagine having our wedding at any other place! We fully recommend the Redmoor to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

  I could gush about Mandie Merritt and the Redmoor crew all day long. Words cannot describe how incredible the entire process was to make our wedding day happen. Mandie is worth her weight in gold! I think my favorite aspect of the Redmoor is that we held our ceremony and reception there while also being our caterer and photography backdrop AND had our rehearsal dinner all for one price. There were no hidden expenses. We held our rehearsal at the Redmoor and Mandie was there to help us wrangle all of our guests. She let me, my bridesmaids, and my mother come the day before the wedding to set up our flowers and decorations. She added alcohol we wanted to our package, let us use her vases for flowers and votive candles, and brought me hot tea to help my sore throat for no extra charge. I felt completely taken care and I was so calm the whole day because I knew she would make everything run smoothly. The audio tech ran our music from an IPhone all night. The servers made sure I had water and tissues without even having to ask. The food was incredible and even hot! Mandie always answered emails quickly and met with me whenever I wanted to. She is flexible with her schedule and makes whatever needs to happen happen. My husband and I so happy with our wedding day and we feel it was worth every penny we spent!

  I had my October 2014 wedding at the Redmoor and am so happy I did! There are so many reasons why I loved it.
  
  1. The space is beautiful and so unique. No matter where you are inside the Redmoor, you can see anything and everything going on! We didn't have to worry about guests feeling excluded and not being able to see/hear dances, cake cutting, speeches, etc. It was so great for us to be able to see everyone as well! The dance floor is huge which we loved, and the bar is so unique!
  2. The food and beer choices. The food was so delicious and we had so many people compliment the food. One of the key selling points for me on the Redmoor was their wide variety of beer choices! We had 13 bottled beer choices, and 8 beers on draft (including Rhinegeist, Great Lakes, Bells, Founder's, Guinness, etc.). I love craft beers and this definitely set the Redmoor apart from every other reception place I viewed that offered just a few standard beer flavors.
  3. Working with Mandie. She was phenominal to work with made the entire process very easy and stress free. It felt like I was working with a friend who had my best interest in mind at all times. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mandie and the rest of the staff at the Redmoor.
  
  Overall, the Redmoor is incredible. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for us, not only on the wedding day, but for the year of planning leading up to it.
