I did a general search for a one stop wedding shop, i was so ambitious! I was planning my wedding on a budget and needed to keep things as simple and easy as i could because i was not consulting or hiring a wedding planner or anything. My search lead me to The Pros and i was delighted! I initially only booked my photographer and then was thankfully able to add Dj services months later. The Pros offers profiles and a line of communication for all professionals and even offer bundles for services as well. They really made it easy to plan and stay organized on details and dates. I i highly recommend my wedding photos were plentiful and Dj kept the party energy up! I can't thank The Pros enough!

Great people! Great experience! Hired them on the spot at a wedding expo. They were professional , responsive and worth every penny! Joe and Julie were present but non intrusive. Joe even called me the day before to say " dont worry about the snow , Ill be there". That level of " personal" was so appreciated ! they arrived early and set up and captured all the important moments . You can see the colors and feel the emotion in each picture . I saw all the moments without me ( the bride) -- the guests arriving , chatting , reception , dancing. You can hear the laughter and share the love with each photo . I am beyond happy with the quality and quantity of photos .

Perfect Day
I hired Frank (DJ), Frank (Photographer), and Hugh (Videographer) and they were AWESOME to work with. Photo Frank was so funny, took amazing photos and he actually worked with one of my cousins for her wedding a few years ago! Hugh was super nice and made feel less awkward when doing the video and I can’t wait to see the finished video!! DJ Frank was such a good DJ, he made sure everyone gave plenty of love, played PERFECT music and was overall so sweet and accommodating. Thank you to ThePros for making my day so great!

ThePros are exactly what they are the pros. I was absolutely amazed with The videographer Donald. I love how he was there and you knew he was there, but he wasn’t taking attention away from the event. I didn’t have to direct him. He didn’t have to direct me. It was a natural flow of videography and I can’t wait to see the result of our video. Abhishika she is such a gem. She definitely came and did exactly what she was supposed to do. She had great direction. She was very patient. She was very kind. He got all of the shots. Definitely got our moneys worth lol. And the videographer and photographer worked so well together as a team it was just an amazing experience overall I would definitely recommend highly again..

We booked a DJ and photographer package through The Pros and had a great experience. Our consultant was responsive through the months leading up to our wedding and helped us shift schedules and clarify details as needed. The week of our wedding, we had detailed phone conversations with both professionals to ensure we were all on the same page before the day of the event. By the time that the wedding day arrived, we didn't have to think at all about the photographer or DJ and they provided excellent service. Our photos came back on time and were beautiful! It saved us so much time and energy to have a package with both professionals and we couldn't have found such great service at as good of a price anywhere else.

The Pros Dj and Photographer
We used The Pros for our DJ, Mike R, and photographer, Jamie. They were both fantastic! Mike kept the crowd engaged all night, many commenting on what a great playlist he had. No one wanted to leave the dance floor, even our older guests. Jamie’s photos came out amazing. She kept us on time with photos so we could get all of our must have shots while still getting to enjoy our day. Working with the pros was completely stress free and everything turned out so perfectly on our special day!

Such a great company to work with. The combo or pricing and quality was so great. Im in love with all my pictures for my wedding. Our photographer, David Orr, was wonderful. He worked well with me and my husband. We had some minor wardrobe malfunctions but I could barely pay attention to those in the photos because of how great they turned out. He was on time, a great communicator, and all my guest even complimented him throughout the night seeing him pop up everywhere getting all the photos. I would recommend this company for sure for any wedding!

I had the best experience with The Pros Wedding. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Hugh was our photographer. He was so sweet and did an incredible job with our photos. I loved EVERY SINGLE one! He has an amazing eye and made sure we had beautiful memories captured through out the night. He was also supportive throughout the whole planning process. Hugh was also so quick with getting us photos back. We had all of our photos 2 days after our wedding!!!! 😱 I would recommend the photo dash to ensure you get a photo with all your guests.
James was our DJ and he came with high energy and he was full of surprises throughout the night. He kept us dancing and laughing! He also was easy to talk to during the process and made sure we had what we wanted for our special day.
Sean was our videographer and he was great! My guests even complimented me on how great he was all night! He caught well wishes and special moments throughout the wedding. My husband also had so many nice things to say about Sean. He even said he was the “perfect guy” for the job!
Jerry was our photobooth operator and he came with so many fun props that provided us with so many fantastic photobooth pics. He also gave me a memory card with all the photobooth photos so that was fun to look at the next day.
If you are looking for an overall amazing experience, look no further! The Pros Wedding is who you should book with! They are also super affordable which is another plus!

We really wanted to find a videographer within our budget, and The Pros delivered by offering a four-hour package that was able to capture everything we wanted videotaped -- the ceremony, the first dance and parent dances and the toasts. We were able to view different videographers' work before selecting one, and picked Adam because we were a fan of his style. On the day of, he worked with our photographers, DJ and coordinator easily, and captured all of the moments that were important to us. Best part -- the short edited video arrived while we were still on our honeymoon right after the wedding, so we were able to relive the day and provide some feedback. The rest of the pieces -- a social media edit and the raw footage of everything he shot, which was also important to us -- came quickly after that. We're very glad we hired Adam and The Pros for our wedding -- they truly were professionals!

Booked a photographer and DJ
We had our wedding on September 21, 2024 and we booked a photographer and videographer photographer with Rob or Bobby and we hired him for eight hours and he was fantastic. He photographed over 1000 photos and every single one of them look amazing. I told him that I didn’t wanna miss too much of my cocktail hour and he worked with me and got amazing photos of me and my husband and I still made it to cocktail hour 30 minutes early. You could tell that he was very knowledgeable. We also hired a videographer that was a friend of my brothers, and Bobby was helping him out telling him where to stand so that he didn’t get in the way of any of the photos. Our DJ was also great. He made all the announcements that we asked him to and he kept the dance floor full of people everybody was talking about how great the playlist we had most I’ve was dancing. I highly recommend The pros for a photographer videographer we paid 2250.

We had an amazing experience hiring The Pros Weddings. We booked photography, filmmaker, DJ and Photo Booth. Mike was our photographer who was extremely professional and shot beautiful photos. Matt's short-form and sneak peek videos were unbelievable and had a very quick turn-around time. Eric had the dance floor packed all night and we continue to get compliments about how fun our wedding was. Shawn’s Photo Booth was a hit and being able to get every image taken as a download after the fact was a great perk since it made sharing online much easier. I couldn't be happier. The Pros are a must
The Pros were very communicative and easy to plan with for a year leading up to the wedding. Our DJ Rob was fantastic. He kept all of our guests dancing the whole reception. Rob played certain music at the right times and read the atmosphere of the room. Calm music during dinner, R&Bs for dancing and also played a segment of slow songs. We provided custom music files for our dance too and he made it work effortlessly. Our wedding guests told us he was the best DJ they had seen at a wedding. Highly recommend the pros! They are very helpful throughout the whole process.

April 20th wedding
Working with Renee to get together a package for my photographers was an experience that deserves this review. My photographer Rebecca was the most nicest sweetest person and so easy to talk to. I am a girl that is sometimes awkward in front of the camera but not for one minute did she let me feel that way. She helped my husband and I with our poses and even worked with the bridal party to get some very beautiful photos. We used Dave Richardson from the Pros as our videographer, and we were blown away. We weren't even sure if we wanted videography initially, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. Dave is so kind and thought so creatively. He thought of the many things we never would have thought of to capture our most special moments. DJ Lou was AMAZING! Going into the wedding, I was nervous that the dance floor was going to be empty since my guests claimed they were shy and do not like to dance, but once DJ Lou got on the mic, he started to cordially invite guests onto the dance floor and pumped up the music by mixing in all different varieties such as oldies, slow dances, hip-hop, Latin, pop, rock, and even Chinese songs for my guests. He arrived early to set up and test the equipment, chatted with other vendors to align with the run down, checked in with me multiple times during the event, and even took candid pictures throughout the night for us! I also appreciate that DJ Lou met with me and my wife a few times either in person or over the phone to go over name pronunciations, song choices for the wedding introductions and dances, and even did some research on his own for the Chinese songs he may have not been acquainted to. I highly recommend DJ Lou if he is available for your event! You will not regret it!

Working with The Pros was very easy and someone was always there to help us with any questions. Our DJ, Larry, was amazing! He kept the dancing alive all night and everyone had a blast! Loki was our videographer and he was outstanding. His personality made you feel comfortable, like you had known him for years. You could tell he cared so much about his work and he just wanted everyone to have a good time. Rahimi was our photographer and he captured some amazing pictures/moments. We would definitely recommend The Pros for anyone planning a wedding.

No Hassle or Gimmicks
Our experience working with The Pros Weddings was fantastic. The photo packages are clear and concise with no hidden fees or obligations. Communication was frequent and friendly. It didn’t feel like we were being sold on a particular photographer or photo package, instead we were given options with allowance to speak with each photographer we were interested in.
Our photographer, Mike, was beyond amazing. He was early to the first venue to take pictures. He was patient and professional and guided us in a way that didn’t seem intrusive or “prom-ish”. He was friendly yet firm when taking pictures even when family interrupted (taking family photos at our wedding was a bit chaotic).
All in all, our experience was great and would recommend The Pros Weddings!

Exceptional Teamwork and Professionalism: Reviewing Nadine, Chris, and Mark
I recently had the pleasure of working with Nadine, Chris, and Mark and they were all amazing! Nadine was our agent and she was extremely professional and helpful with every single question or change I wanted to make. She made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.
Chris was our photographer and she delivered amazing pictures. I sent her a gallery of what I liked and she completely delivered. She was easy to work with, professional, and very understanding. She was patient with all my requests and made my wedding even more perfect.
Mark was our videographer and he was calm, nice, and very gentle. He observed everything we asked for and was always positive and well-wishing. He worked perfectly with our photographer and I didn't feel stressed at all during the whole time because he was there between all of our bridesmaids and me.

Great value and wonderful experience
We really enjoyed working with The Pros for our September 2022 wedding. We got a package deal with a photographer, videographer, and DJ for a very reasonable price. After selecting the package we wanted, we got to look at the portfolios of the professionals available for our date and pick our favorite. Highly recommend the Pros photography for wedding photos. They offered a competitively priced photo, video and photobooth package. We received quickly and timely responses to our inquiries throughout wedding planning. On wedding day, our photographer Michelle D was amazing-she's kind and experienced and gets things done. Johnny for videography was so sweet and Luis for photobooth was friendly and efficient. We were in great hands on our wedding day and they were the smoothest and most reliable vendor to work with. Easy to work with, did great job
They did a great job in our photos. We had an outdoor wedding/indoor reception and some of the outdoor pictures were tricky with the sun but they did an amazing job on the pictures. I’m also happy with pictures of our guests dancing and having fun during the night. Can’t wait to get my album back. They were so easy to work with! Would definitely refer The Pros to anybody!

I had an amazing crew from The Pros. Ann Leigh took great care of everything with setting up photographers, videographers, and DJ. We selected Michael for a photographer and he was amazing. We had a wedding on a cruise in August 2022 and we asked the pros wedding for photography and videography of the wedding. They are highly professional and nice people. They arrived early and set up everything before the start of wedding. Both the Photographer and the videographer did a great job and took photos and video's as many as possible. We started on the website and requested a quote for what we were looking for. Within 24hrs we had a quote and a phone conversation. The Pros Weddings Knocked it Out of the Park
The Pros Weddings were amazing to work with. From the communication and organizing with Mike to the actual photos taken by Hugh, the photographer and his assistant Sean. They were incredible! Hugh and I talked several times leading up to the event to be sure he was clear with what we wanted photos of and ensure we were clear with his plan. He also worked with us to figure out our schedule for the wedding day in terms of photos. We got all of the pictures we wanted and more. The day of, he's down to business and very quick at getting photos. In the rush of everything, this is exactly what we wanted! We had time to get everything we wanted because of this. While he's down to business, he doesn't let that stop him from being nice and accommodating. I'm a videographer for weddings as well and I've worked with a variety of photographers in the past - Hugh is definitely up there as one of my favorites - I had two of my colleagues film during pictures and they (the videographers) commented that Hugh and his partner were both great to work with as well. Overall, Hugh and his partner Sean captured all of the best parts of the whole day, were super nice and accommodating the whole time. My wife and I couldn't have asked for more.

We had been through the ringer with vendors canceling on our wedding, so were a little hesitant when working with thepros was so easy. Pretty good wedding experience
If you are looking for one of the best budget options but with really good results, I recommend looking at the Pros. Their package made It simple, easy and affordable to put our wedding together and they have a variety of customizable options. The only frustrating part I had with them is two consecutive videographers backed out but their regional manager personally called to apologize and guarantee a good suitable replacement.

I Literally loved working with this company from start to finish. I had a wonderful conversation in the beginning to gauge what I was looking for in a videographer. Kareem did an amazing job conveying my vision to the dance floor. He was very communicative with me before the wedding and easily understood my thoughts. Not only was he easy to talk to over the phone but also in person. He was very personable which created a very comforting situation for everyone. I’d definitely recommend Kareem if you are looking for a DJ who listens to your concerns and ensures everyone is having a great time in the dancefloor!
My photographer Arthur was just as great as Kareem! They worked so well together as they’re both charismatic and great listeners! From the start, I realized how creative Arthur was with his first shots. This made me very happy as I was 100% confident in his suggestions and ideas. He is well-humored which made everyone genuinely smile in mostly all photos. His work speaks for itself and I was surprised to receive my photos in such a short period of time. Again, Arthur was a great addition to the team for the day.
Last but not least, my videographer Vanessa was the perfect fit. She worked on the sidelines and knew when to intervene to capture great moments. I am excited to see the footage as I know she was present at all the right times. She worked well with my bridal party and her fellow colleagues. She was charming and very easy to talk to.

They made everything easy. Our wedding took place in Indianapolis and we had to postpone because of covid. Our wedding coordinator Renee was super helpful through this process.
Stephen our photographer was amazing! We had a very large bridal party and I was very nervous after our conversation that my group wasn't going to keep it together and we weren't going to get all of our photos that we wanted. He knew that we were on a time crunch and got every single photo I asked for. Stephen kept everyone in line and the process moving. He had a lot of patience with us. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We had worked with him for engagement photos too. I think using the same photographer for engagement and wedding photos is very important because you get to know them and they get to know you. Stephen had several tips on how to make photos look good and because we had already worked with him once, he didn't have to interrupt our wedding day photos to remind us what to do. The turn around on getting photos back was exactly what was promised.
Steve (different person) also handled our photo booth very well. Everyone said it was a hit! He even sent us with a flash drive afterwards so we already had something to look at immediately following the wedding.
Caroline our videographer was awesome! In our phone call beforehand she said to trust her and she knew how to make an excellent video for us and what to capture. We only have the raw footage and not the actual video, but I am 100% confident the video will turn out great. Everything I have seen with the raw footage exceeded our expectations.
Michael our DJ made our reception so fun. We had so many people come up to us during and after the wedding telling us how great of a job he did. He kept the energy up and played exactly the type of music I asked for. He was super adaptable too and communicated with me, my husband and parents throughout the night about our schedule and what was next. I picked a long song to dance with my dad too and I didn't realize how long it was going to be until we were actually dancing. All I had to do was give Michael a look and he knew exactly what to do. He faded the music perfectly. It was awesome. He also came up to me in the middle of the night and said someone had requested a slow song. He wanted to make sure I was okay with changing up the vibe for one song. I was of course okay with it but I was just super appreciative he asked me before doing anything.
I 100% reccommend working with the pros. You will not regret it.

Excellent quality/experience at an affordable price
We have been working with Hugh Riley since May of 2020 for our engagement shoot. From the very beginning, he has made us feel comfortable, and honestly, we've had a lot of fun with him. As expected, he did an excellent job with the photos from our wedding day! At the end of the wedding, we were sad to see him go. The professionals we worked with for our photo and video services were all amazing! My husband and I could be happier with all the beautiful reminders of our day. I would happily recommend The Pros in the future to anyone I know getting married.

I am grateful we had The Pros for our wedding! The process up to the wedding was seamless and there was clear communication and then on the day of the photographers were incredible! They had wonderful ideas and also did every shot that I wanted. I received my photos back in less than two weeks and was extremely happy with the results! I highly recommend!

Best Service Ever
This was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. The Pros made me and my husband feel important and special for our big day. Due to the pandemic, we had to push our date back and a lot of companies were hard to get in touch with. Not only did The Pros work with us and our changes, they were the only vendor that we hired that made us feel like they had the time for us despite the other customers they had. They responded everytime we reached out and did not make us feel like a burden or an inconvenience. I am really appreciative of all of the teammates involved in our package and I wouldn't have traded this company for anything. Thank you so much, my husband and I are beyond grateful!

We were so happy that we found this company to DJ our wedding. Our DJ Frank was incredible and the photo booth was a big hit. The price and service we received was incredible. We would definitely use this company again.

Outstanding service & quality
The Pros Weddings was recommended to me from a friend. I am so glad I checked into them. Not only were they very reasonably priced, they were attentive to all communication, and very professional. The initial photographer that was recommended was not available for our date, so we reviewed all the portfolios of the photographers, and made our choice of David Taylor. I cannot compliment his work enough! Creative artistry with poses, stunning quality of photos, and attention to detail was top notch.

Simply Amazing
The Pros was absolutely amazing for our wedding.
In the morning I had Andrea working with me at my house taking photos of everyone getting ready. She got some really great shots of myself and my girls getting our hair and makeup done.
For the ceremony and the reception we worked with Hugh. He captured all the most important moments in a really amazing way. There are so many photos to choose from, the variety is fantastic!
Thanks again Andrea and Hugh! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as wonderful if you hadn’t helped us capture the special moments forever!

Incredible Company
I have to tell you from the very beginning when Leighann from the office contacted me to set up everything, the company is amazing. She was so attentive to our needs. We then got to chose our DJ and Photographer.
The DJ that we had chosen came down with Covid 4 days before the wedding and the owner Hugh Riley called me. I was very impressed. He got us setup with another guy named Gene and he learned everything we needed in a few days. He was amazing. He had the crowd going all night long on the dance floor and was just so friendly and engaging. I can't say enough good things about him.
For our photography we had Sherri and her husband. They were incredible. They captured every moment and were very involved in taking pictures of everyone.
The Pros are the best at what they do!!!!

We used the Pros
We used the Pros for a DJ, photographer and photo booth for our wedding day. Tony Pop was our DJ - he played all songs on my song list and kept the energy in the room going. Diego was our photographer he was a pleasure to be around and capture every detail. Our photo booth guy was amazing as well. I highly recommend this company.

A blast!!!
Our photographer, Teresita, was such a cute ball of energy to work with. She made us girls and guys feel like we were stunning all day. She was on time and worked all the way through til 9pm. Our dj Anthony, was also fantastic! He had the right tunes for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and had the dance floor packed for the reception. I can’t take you guys enough. Your website made everything so so easy to put all our details right on that, and songs and what not. Thank you for everything.

Wedding on Saturday
We are so glad we chose The Pros for our dj, videographer, and photographer for our wedding this past Saturday! All were extremely professional and very personable! Andre, was our dj and had everyone up on the dance floor dancing the entire night and played the songs that we had our on wedding list! Andre was great! Wesley was our videographer and Diego was our photographer and they were great! I can’t wait to see our video and photos! Our guests are still talking about how awesome our dj, videographer, and photographer! All 3 are very talented! We highly recommend the pros and Andre, Wesley, and Diego!

Incredible experience! Best wedding EVER!
My now husband and I had a wonderful experience working specifically with Leigh Ann Muzi from the Pros and we had the best team -- Steve our videographer, June and Steve our two photographers, and Mike our DJ. We literally had the best wedding ever and we could write a novel about everything that was PERFECT about it, but when it comes to The Pros, we met Leigh Ann at a bridal expo -- she was the first person we talked to and we immediately knew we wanted her to assist us. I know this organization is huge but I can truly attest to how wonderful our Pros team was. Thank you SO much! With love, the Dackos! :)

Great experience at a great value
We used the Pros for a DJ and a photographer for our wedding day. The company was very professional and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner! I liked getting to look at portfolios of each professional before I chose the ones we wanted for our event. Each one reached out to us prior to our wedding make sure that everything would run smoothly. The day of they were both punctual and did a great job! The photos especially were amazing and were edited within a couple days.
I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends getting married!

We had an amazing experience with the Pros! We loved our DJ Mike. He did a great job moving along the events of the night and playing music we requested. Our photographer William was absolutely fantastic and did a great job getting all the shots but not being in the way. He was friendly and easy to work with and so was our second photographer Denzil. Our videographer Shelia was also very professional and great at blending into the scenes but you could tell she was getting all the shots. During dinner, I looked out the window and she was outside getting all sorts of detail shots as everyone inside was just eating. We received our photos 9 days after the event, which is unheard of! We are so happy we ended up going with the Pros.

Dreams came true
Absolutely amazing. Our photographer was right on top of every photo very friendly understanding patient professional just amazing. Our dj was amazing as well friendly understanding patient professional played all the right music for everyone he kept the party going. We are very happy to have found this vendor they are there with answers for any questions. Denise was amazing helping out and explaining to make sure all went well for the big day I couldn't be more happy.

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.
We chose The Pros at a wedding expo. We chose Camilla based on her portfolio. We still are working through the after-wedding stuff but they have been great so far. I can definitely review Camilla, our photographer. She was amazing! she was punctual, prepared, and was present for everything. She was taking pictures all night and lots of them. She wasn't intrusive taking photos but she was present for all the action. Camilla also went out onto the beach with us to get some evening photos despite the wind and coolness of the evening. We loved her!

Frank is the DJ you want at your event!
DJ Frank was the perfect wedding DJ. He called us early in the week prior to our wedding and he went over every detail with us. We talked about the order of events, what songs we wanted to hear, and what we wanted the overall feel to be like. Frank did an amazing job. He honored all our requests but still put his unique flair on things. During the line dances he even showed the guests the steps. Frank has a great speaking and announcing voice. He does a great job commanding the room, narrating events (e.g. cake cutting/announcing the wedding party/etc.), and he knows how to get the guests up on the dance floor. Many guests commented to me about how great Frank was. Thank you, Frank, for making our wedding special!

Photographer - Steven (very warm and such a calm person)
DJ - Gerald (soon to be Mr & Mrs, if you’re reading this and you want life to the party, you know who to book!) I had no issue communicating with Gerald, very detailed and helped me decide what songs to play (and what not) on our wedding.
Photobooth - Eric helped me achieve the layout and font of the photo strip. Im so happy how it turned out! He had to deal with my fickled mind 😂 I was constantly changing the layout but he was kind enough to help me out.

Please save yourself the stress and book everything through The Pros! We booked our Dj, photographer, and photo booth through them and it was so wonderful! Renee was great and so responsive with all our questions. Our photographer, Hugh was amazing. He got all the perfect shots and our photos were available in a matter of days. We even had time to enjoy cocktail hour! Our DJ, Andre kept everyone on the dance floor all night! 10/10 highly recommend

Absolutely Amazing Experience
I cannot say enough about David Lee P from the Pros in Indianapolis. We hired him as our DJ for our wedding and it could truly not have been better. Due to COVID, we had to make some last minute changes but David was so easy to work and so flexible! He did such a great job reading the energy level of the crowd and really began to understand everyone's music preferences. He scaled back when he needed to but really brought the party when we were ready! Having David at the wedding was one of the best parts of the night and I will forever be grateful! I cannot recommend him, or the Pros, enough!
