Mr. Todd Blanton, Food and Beverage Director of the Plantation was wonderful! He was great to work with and these are just a few of the reasons why: extremely knowledgeable, laid back but professional, detailed oriented, efficient, highly organized, hands on, responsive to concerns and wasn't afraid to steer you away from making poor decisions. I felt absolutely confident in his ability to make my daughter's wedding the best day in her life. And for me, a controller type personality and always in charge, this says alot....and, I was absoultely right in his abilities!

As axious and crazed as mother's of the bride and brides to be can be....he was always in control willing to listen but never condescending. It was truly a blessing that we found The Plantation and I would give this beautiful Country Club a 5 star rating in all of the above categories.

My daughter's wedding had a beautiful setting, fantastic food, friendly but professional staff, and there was not a one single thing that went wrong. UNBELIEVABLE!
